Earth's Greatest Magus

Chapter 2131: Final Clash

With Shen Longʼs guidance echoing in his mind, Emery focused his energy, summoning forth his [Dao Edge] spell. The ethereal blade materialized in his hands, crackling with the raw power of Khaos.

As Mo Yan taunted him, commanding the spectral forms to converge and attack from all sides, Emery remained undeterred. With a swift movement, he surged forward, his blade slicing through the air with deadly precision.

Mo Yanʼs voice boomed with triumph, commanding the spectral forms to converge and attack from all sides, Emery remained undeterred. Instead, he soared upwards, deftly maneuvering past the encircling spectral forms.

With a final surge of strength, Emery unleashed the full force of his attack, directing the energy blade toward the weakest point of the vault—the broken seal.

Mo Yanʼs anguished cry echoed through the chamber.

BOOOMMM!!

The decisive strike shattered the vault open, unleashing a torrent of cosmic energy that engulfed everything within its reach. The once-hidden chamber crumbled to dust, the remnants of hundreds of enslaved magus bodies consumed by the unstoppable force.

Emery, sensing the impending cataclysm, made a swift escape. He used the spectral soul as cover to shield himself from the worst of the onslaught, but even its protection proved insufficient against the overwhelming power of the blast.

With a jolt of agony, Emery was hurled out of the aperture, his body battered and broken from the force of the explosion.

Hovering above the ruins of the Alavnic mountain, Emery grimaced as he assessed the extent of his injuries. The blast had taken its toll not only on him but also on Cthulhu. Unfortunatly, Despite their weakened state, the battle was far from over.

Mo Yanʼs voice thundered, echoing through the ethereal plane with a chilling intensity.

As Emery could finally focus on the soul battle, he unleashed the full force of his [Spirit Devour] technique, intent on weakening Mo Yan as swiftly as possible and gaining the upper hand. With each passing moment, more of the darkness energy flowed into Emeryʼs primal core, siphoning strength from his adversary and bolstering his own power.

But Mo Yan refused to go down without a fight.
he declared.

Emeryʼs eyes widened in astonishment as Mo Yan absorbed the essence of the surrounding souls, gathering their collective energy into a swirling vortex of dark power. With a primal roar, Mo Yan unleashed his strongest spectral attack, a devastating surge of malevolent energy that rippled through the spirit realm, threatening to tear it asunder.

Instinctively, his mind raced as he attempted to cut off Khaosʼs power and activate his [Prism of Light]. But to his shock, his body refused to obey. It was as if some unseen force held him back, a resistance that emanated from deep within his primal core.

Emery felt a surge of explosive energy pulsating within his core. The last spirit devour strike had triggered a profound transformation, unleashing a primal hunger that coursed through his being.

In the midst of the chaos, a new presence materialized behind Emery—a massive, terrifying wolf beast, its form radiating with ethereal energy. With a deafening roar, it lunged forward to meet Mo Yanʼs spectral attack head-on.

BOOMMMM!!!!

As the clash intensified, Emeryʼs physical form seemed to undergo a dramatic transformation. Dark spirit energy enveloped him entirely, surrounding him in a swirling sphere of shadows as he hovered in the air. His primal core pulsed with newfound vigor, its hunger driving Emery to consume the energy of his adversary.

Despite Mo Yanʼs overwhelming strength, his spectral form found itself unable to resist Emeryʼs attack. Like a tidal wave crashing against a shore, Mo Yanʼs attacks seemed to dissipate into nothingness as they collided with Emeryʼs aura.

In a shocking turn of events, Mo Yanʼs very essence was drawn inexorably towards Emeryʼs primal core, consumed by its voracious hunger.

With a scream of desperation, Mo Yan pleaded for mercy, his voice echoing through the spirit realm in a chorus of fear.

But it was too late. Emeryʼs primal core had an insatiable hunger, its thirst unquenchable. Mo Yanʼs once-proud form trembled and writhed in agony as he was slowly drained of his essence.

Amidst Mo Yanʼs weakening cries, a series of notifications flashed before Emeryʼs eyes, signaling a momentous change within his body:

[Your Magus Core is experiencing changes]

[Primal Core has been successfully fixed]

[Soul force increases exponentially]

Emery couldnʼt contain his excitement. It had been nearly 15 years since his Magus primal core had shattered, Yet, amidst the thrill, a sense of foreboding washed over him like an ominous tide. 𝐫𝘢ꞐоᛒƐṠ

As expected, The very fabric of his aperture began to tremble violently as if it were being pulled apart at its seams. Dark energy surged throughout the space, rending mountains asunder and laying waste to the surrounding landscape.

Amidst the chaos, a fearsome apparition materialized in the sky above—an enormous wolf spirit formed from the gathering clouds. Its deafening roars echoed through the air like thunder, sending shockwaves that shattered mountains and uprooted trees in their wake.

The residents of Chizpur village fled in terror, their panicked cries mingling with the tumult of destruction.

Concerned for his friends, Emery made a desperate attempt to break free from the grasp of his devouring power.

Mo Yan seized the opportunity to unleash his final will in that fleeting moment, Mo Yan the hunchback slave master detonated his soul.

BOOM!!

Emery staggered, his soul trembling within him as the shockwave reverberated through his being. Blood spilled from his lips, a testament to the immense power unleashed in the detonation. Despite the absence of a physical body, the destructive force of a grand magusʼs soul was beyond ordinary comprehension.

As he regained full control of his body, a realization washed over him—finally, he had successfully achieved the long-awaited breakthrough into the Full Moon Magus Realm. Opening his eyes, Emery beheld the figures standing before him—Queen Sonhee and her Magus subjects, their expressions a mix of relief and curiosity.

Emery turned his gaze towards the destroyed mountain and realized that the Alvanic ancient formations had been reduced to rubble.

Queen Sonheeʼs voice broke the silence, laden with concern, ”Lord, does this mean we can never leave this realm anymore?”

Emeryʼs response with a reassuring smile, ”Do not worry, I have made the necessary preparations.”
