Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 47 Good guy, maggots also mutate”Get away!”

Chen Ping cursed angrily, kicked the infected person who was rushing towards him, then spun around and jumped forward several meters. As soon as his feet landed on the ground, he was surrounded by several infected people at the same time.

Chen Ping frowned, and he found that the speed of these infected people was not as slow as expected.

”Damn it, it seems I can’t do it without taking action!”

Chen Ping calmed down, tilted his body, and the girl on his back was hugged by Chen Ping with one hand, clamped under his arm, freed his right hand, and the sharp blade popped out.

”squeak……”

One of the infected people made a very depressing sound from his throat.

Chen Ping raised his dagger and faced him.

The infected person seemed to have seen through Chen Ping’s intention. He was still two meters away from Chen Ping. He stood there and stretched his neck forward.

Chen Ping was shocked to see that the infected person’s neck turned into a dark green section, holding the infected person’s head, and jumped straight across a distance of two meters, with his head directed towards Chen Ping, with a crack on the top of his head, revealing a sharp teeth, green saliva dripping out.

”Fuck!! What the hell is this?”

Chen Ping was stunned for a moment and raised the sword blade! With a clang, the green-headed monster’s teeth bit into Chen Ping’s sword blade.

”ah!”

When the girl under Chen Ping’s arm saw this scene, she screamed, rolled her eyes and fainted.

”That’s good, stop moving!”

Chen Ping complained in his heart, his actions were really restricted a lot by the girl.

Without thinking much, Chen Ping pulled out the dagger from the monster’s mouth with a sudden force, turned his wrist, and slashed the monster’s neck with the blade.

”Crack!”

Several pairs of short jointed limbs popped up from the monster’s neck to block Chen Ping’s sword blade, and saliva flowed down Chen Ping’s sword blade.

Chen Ping’s scalp felt numb. Although he didn’t know the consequences of being stuck with this saliva, when he saw the nausea-inducing dark green color, Chen Ping quickly shook and slashed open the monster’s neck with a sharp sword.

”squeak…………”

The monster screamed, its head rolled to the ground, its neck quickly shortened, and it turned into green worms that fell to the ground.

”puff!”

Chen Ping stomped hard on the green insect, exploding a handful of slime.

”It’s so disgusting!”

It seems that these things are the so-called green maggots, but Chen Ping did not expect that these green maggots would actually cause the parasitized person to change the human body structure. Obviously these things have also mutated.

…………

”Boom boom boom!!”

Cannons roared.

The armored battalion at the front had already broken through the siege of the alien beasts. The turrets of the tanks and armored vehicles rotated 180 degrees and fired fiercely toward the back to support the teams still surrounded.

The team at the back was still surrounded, and the group of alien beasts seemed to know the intentions of the human team.

The alien-winged beasts violently attacked both sides of the team.

”Da da da!!”

The soldiers at the front of the team fired wildly at the alien beasts that rushed towards them, but the effect of those ordinary bullets hitting the alien beasts was too limited. At most, they could scratch some skin on the alien beasts. In a few cases, the bullets Only when it hits the eyes or throat of a hetero-winged beast can it cause a certain amount of damage.

But this couldn’t stop the alien-winged beast at all.

At the same time, those Feilian beasts with harder shells were also hovering above the team’s heads. From time to time, they would swoop down and spray out bone spurs from their tail pipes, taking away the lives of a few unlucky guys.

Jiang Yunya followed the team, relying on her ability to dodge among the strange beasts. Those beasts that were extremely dangerous to ordinary people could not even touch the corners of her clothes.

Seeing that the vanguard had broken through the encirclement, Jiang Yunya felt reassured and looked behind the team with a little peace of mind.

She was already starting a head count.

At this glance, her mood suddenly lifted. The person she cared about the most - Chen Ping, was actually at the back, and was surrounded by infected people and alien beasts. The situation was extremely dangerous.

”Chen Ping!!”

Jiang Yunya shouted worriedly, her body became blurred again, creating a series of ghost images, and then rushed towards the back.

”Teacher! Don’t...”

Several of the students saw Jiang Yunya’s actions and wanted to stop them, but it was too late. Jiang Yunya’s figure had disappeared from the spot.

”Chen Ping...you must hold on!! Wait for me!”

Jiang Yunya was thinking anxiously to herself as she quickly passed through the herd of beasts.

………………

At the same time, in the teaching building of Red Sea University, the group of students who chose to stay watched the actions of Chen Ping and others.

”Listening to the sound of the cannons, it seems like the fighting was quite intense!”

After a moment of silence, one of the students said.

”What’s the use? With their little firepower, it’s hard to get out. They might be almost dead now.”

Another student shook his head indifferently. At that time, he was still hesitating whether to follow Chen Pingchong, but now it seems that he feels that his choice is wise, at least now he does not have to take risks.

”Haha, it’s been more than fifteen minutes. I think they can’t hold on anymore and have to retreat.”

The somewhat handsome leader looked at his watch and said with great confidence.

”It’s not good, senior!!”

Just as the leader’s words fell, a student who ran to the school gate to check the situation returned and gasped.

”Tell me slowly, have they retreated?”

The leader glanced at the student and asked, pretending to be aware of it.

”No, senior! The troops withdrew after them! And the leading troops have already broken out of the encirclement!”

The student’s head shook like a rattle.

”What did you say? The troops withdrew with Chen Ping and the others? How is that possible!!”

The leader didn’t believe it, so he pushed his way through the group of students and rushed towards the teaching building. Cold sweat began to trickle down his forehead.

He knew in his heart that even if Zhao Chengxue agreed to protect his group of people, it would not be possible without troops at the front to stop the army of alien beasts.

No matter how powerful Zhao Chengxue is, he is only powerful personally. Once the troops leave, the alien beasts will inevitably rush into the school. By then, it is not certain whether Zhao Chengxue can protect these people.

”Damn! Why are the troops withdrawing? Isn’t their mission to protect Red Sea University?”

The leader’s mood had sunk. He saw that the military green tent at the school gate had disappeared.

As expected, the troops withdrew!

”Damn, what now?”

The leader only felt that he had miscalculated this time. Now that he had no protection, he would soon fall into the beast’s mouth. He sat down on the ground in shock, his whole body trembling with fear.

”Senior!!”

A group of students who chose to stay also ran to the school gate, with a look of panic on their faces.

They all understand that things are serious!

”It’s over, we’re dead!”

”Fuck! If I had known earlier, I would have rushed with that Chen Ping!”

”Go find Director Zhao quickly!”

The students were all talking.
