Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 42 Hero TD-1After some explanations from the group leader, Chen Ping understood.

Those people were probably infected by green maggots.

Chen Ping had known about the existence of this kind of thing through systematic detection earlier, but he had never seen it with his own eyes. According to the system’s information, Chen Ping knew that it was a disgusting insect with a very powerful reproductive capacity.

Once green maggots enter the human body, they will multiply rapidly. Hundreds of thousands of them will be produced within a few minutes. Then they will secrete special secretions to control the human body’s nerve connections and thus control the person’s actions.

However, green maggots have no IQ, so people infected by them will become like walking zombies, with no other ability except spreading green maggots.

After exiting the tent, Chen Ping moved towards the teaching building in a familiar manner, while starting to contact the TD-1 mecha staying here through the system.

For a moment, white light flashed through the air, and a mecha with flying wings landed in front of Chen Ping.

”Mastermind, number 1377 reports to you!”

The mecha raised its only remaining right arm and saluted Chen Ping.

Chen Ping looked at the mecha in front of him. His left arm was empty, the electronic components inside were clearly visible, and his body was covered with large and small scratches and teeth marks of alien beasts.

Looking at the somewhat tattered mecha in front of him, Chen Ping felt a sense of respect in his heart for no reason, and slowly saluted towards the mecha. From the condition of this mecha alone, Chen Ping could roughly guess that the condition of the remaining mechas was probably not very good either.

One can imagine what happened to them.

”1377, your glory will be remembered by mankind!”

The light in No. 1377’s eyes flashed, as if he understood what Chen Ping was talking about.

”Come on, follow me in to find someone!”

Chen Ping strode towards the teaching building.

I came outside the teaching building again and looked at the familiar scene. A few months ago, Jiang Yunya was here to hold Chen Ping and it was here that people from the security department took Chen Ping away and opened Chen Ping’s machine. A era.

………………

”Jiang Yunya, don’t you understand the situation now? I will give you one last chance to come with us and take this group of students with you. We will all die!”

On the third floor of the teaching building, more than a dozen people surrounded Jiang Yunya. The leader, a middle-aged Mediterranean man, was questioning her arrogantly.

”Director Zhao, you have also been an educator for many years. I didn’t expect that you would be thrown into the trash can so quickly.”

Jiang Yunya stared angrily at the Mediterranean Sea, her chest rising and falling because of her anger. The dozen or so people she saw were in a daze. Behind Jiang Yunya was a large group of students from Red Sea University. They all stared at the dozen or so people with indignation. , but no one dared to stand up.

”Hmph! Jiang Yunya, don’t be ignorant. If it weren’t for your ability, do you think we would care about your life or death?”

Zhao Chengxue, director of the Education Office of Red Sea University, snorted coldly and said angrily.

”Director, why are you talking so much nonsense to her? Let’s go together. No matter how powerful she is, can she still stand up to a dozen of us awakened ones?”

One of the obese students made a suggestion to Zhao Chengxue.

”No, we are all the proud sons of the new era. We will be responsible for the safety of the entire Blue Star in the future. It would be a pity to cause losses here! Times have changed, and those who have not awakened will only survive. The lowest level of society is just hanging on, so why bother!”

Zhao Chengxue said solemnly and enigmatically, and the fat man stepped back somewhat dissatisfied.

”Director Zhao, take your bitch and get out of here! Otherwise, don’t blame me for being rude!!”

Jiang Yunya slowly took out a short dagger and protected it on her chest.

”Teacher Jiang, just follow them and leave us alone. We are not awakened ones and will only be eliminated by this era.”

Suddenly someone among the students behind Jiang Yunya said something weakly.

A sinister smile appeared on Zhao Chengxue’s face. Those words he just said were not meant for the fat man at all, but for the students behind Jiang Yunya to break down their psychological defenses and make them give up voluntarily.

Just imagine, before Blue Star was invaded, who among the students who could enter Red Sea University would not be called an outstanding student and the future of the motherland? These students have such high spirits, and now that they are hit by such reality, many people’s psychological defenses will become very fragile.

”Don’t give up, my talents will be useful!”

Jiang Yunya glared at the dozen or so people surrounding her and simply dismissed the student’s words.

”Okay! Okay! I’m a natural born and my talents will be useful! Jiang Yunya, since you don’t know how to praise me, don’t blame us for forcing you to cooperate!”

Zhao Chengxue was angry and bitterly emphasized the words ”forced cooperation”.

Ever since the students at Red Sea University discovered that they would awaken after eating the meat of alien animals, everyone was excited. The teachers and students cooperated with the army to obtain a lot of exotic animal meat. They originally hoped to increase their strength through awakening and then kill them.

But they soon discovered that only a few were awakened. Thousands of teachers and students only produced a dozen awakened ones. Among them, Jiang Yunya and Zhao Xuecheng were the strongest and the only level 2 awakened ones.

At first, the two could work together to protect the unawakened students, but then more and more alien beasts attacked the school. Seeing that the frontline troops could no longer hold on, Zhao Xuecheng had no choice but to find another way out.

Zhao Xuecheng’s idea was to abandon the ordinary students and organize all the awakened ones to rush out, but Jiang Yunya disagreed.

Seeing more and more strange beasts trapping the school, Zhao Xuecheng was no longer sure that he could break out without Jiang Yunya’s help, so Zhao Xuecheng came up with the idea of forcing Jiang Yunya.

”Let me do it!! I have long wanted to challenge Teacher Jiang’s strength!”

The fat man from before got excited, said nothing, rolled up his sleeves, and punched Jiang Yunya.

The fat man swung out his fist, and a layer of stony skin quickly formed on his fist, with a trace of flame on his fist.

”Are you Level 2 too?!”

Jiang Yunya was shocked and angry!

”Hey, you can’t believe it, Teacher Jiang! I just upgraded!”

The fat man let out a hey sound and put a little more force on his fist again.

Fire element and stone element, having two different elements at the same time, this is the sign of a level 2 awakener.

Before she could think too much, Jiang Yunya’s body slowly rose into purple-black mist, and she raised her arms to resist.

”boom!!”

A dull sound came, and Jiang Yunya was confused, why didn’t her arm feel pain?

Jiang Yunya raised her head and saw a weird steel mecha standing in front of her. One of the mecha’s hands was holding the fat man’s fist.

”Who are you?”

The fat man twitched his fist twice, but did not break free, and asked vigilantly.

Chen Ping ignored the fat man, but turned around and opened the armor on his face, ”Hey, Teacher Jiang, it seems that I came at an unlucky time and disturbed your group activities!”

Jiang Yunya was stunned, ”Chen Ping!?”

Jiang Yunya reacted and slapped Chen Ping.

”when!!”

Chen Ping’s steel mecha made a crashing sound. Jiang Yunya’s face turned red. She covered her palms and looked Chen Ping up and down again. Her expression couldn’t be told whether she was excited or angry.

”Uh... Teacher Jiang, I’m here to help you out of kindness, why are you hitting me?”

Chen Ping touched his head and couldn’t understand Jiang Yunya’s behavior.

You said there is something you can’t figure out, and you have to deal with it...
