Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 9 Can beat a hundred Xiao Luo”I also want to start the TD-1 project immediately, but Chen Ping is not something I can decide alone.”

Yang Huali regained his composure, rarely lit a cigarette, and spoke slowly.

”In fact, as early as a year ago, the first one had already established a plan called the Blue Light Project. Now it seems that the purpose of the Blue Light Project is probably the same as your purpose of manufacturing mechas.”

After hearing what Yang Huali said, Chen Ping thought for a moment. The Blu-ray project Yang Huali mentioned seemed to be more than two months earlier than his own TD-1.

”So what’s the current status of the Blu-ray project?”

Chen Ping asked.

”Our original goal was to build a large-scale mecha. Contrary to what you might think, the design height of the blue-light mecha is over fifteen meters. However, due to problems with the internal balance system of the mecha, the entire project has almost stalled. ”

Yang Huali shook his head silently.

”So, you originally hoped that my six-sense balance system could help the blue-light mecha?”

Yang Huali nodded.

Chen Ping understood that Xia State had already considered this aspect a long time ago, and was even ahead of him. It must be said that the leader’s foresight was unparalleled in the entire Xia State.

Chen Ping suddenly felt that he was not fighting alone. With such a government and such people protecting the Xia Kingdom, this nation could never fail, not even in the end of Blue Star.

”If you want to launch your TD-1 project, then my Blu-ray project will have to be scrapped. I also know very well that we don’t have much time. I saw that your TD-1 project is more mature and advanced than Blu-ray. I I am more optimistic about yours, so I have suggested to the leader to build your TD-1.”

Yang Huali’s words made Chen Ping fall into silence.

Although everyone is working for the survival of Xia Kingdom, as a researcher, who doesn’t want his work to be shown to the world? Especially for people from the Zhuguo like Yang Huali, this kind of sentiment is deeper than that of ordinary people.

Giving up means that all the previous efforts have been in vain. Not only Yang Huali’s efforts, but also all the staff of the entire Mecha Research Institute have made sacrifices for the TD-1. In the face of the national situation, they chose to give up Blu-ray .

”You go back and prepare, organize the materials and energy issues you mentioned into documents, and come with me to meet with the chief tomorrow. Xiao Luo, I will find someone to repair it today, and I will bring it with me tomorrow. I believe the chief also hopes Seeing our best warriors.”

……………………

The next day, Chen Ping followed Yang Huali to a place called ”Ginkgo Mansion”. Chen Ping was a little surprised that the usual office location of the peak of Xia Guo’s power was hidden in such an inconspicuous small mansion.

It is a typical northern courtyard with several ginkgo trees planted inside. The yellow leaves are falling off one after another. The decoration is not luxurious. In Chen Ping’s opinion, as the first person to work in such a place, it is simply called simplicity.

Enter the office.

There is a huge painting ”The Great Wall” on the wall, and a red flag is behind the two-meter-long desk. Half a hundred old people were sitting at their desks writing.

After a moment, the old man raised his head with a friendly smile on his face.

Chen Ping was extremely excited. This was the first time he saw the first real person.

”Hua Li, here we come! Sit down quickly!”

”First seat!”

Yang Huali saluted, then pointed at Chen Ping and said, ”I’ve already brought that boy to you!”

”Oh? You only told me that Chen Ping is a great mecha expert, but you never told me that he is a young man!”

The leader stared at Chen Ping with a smile, which made Chen Ping feel a little uncomfortable.

”First seat!”

Chen Ping followed Yang Huali’s example and saluted.

”Haha, a great man once said that heroes have emerged from youth since ancient times! Well, well, well, if Xia Kingdom had a few more young people like you, the great cause of rejuvenation would not be so difficult.”

The leader’s words made Chen Ping feel a little ashamed. He thought that he didn’t have any outstanding specialties. If it weren’t for the existence of the mecha system, I’m afraid he would still be completing his studies honestly and then find a serious class.

”First Officer, this time, we have brought you a gift!”

As Yang Huali said, several staff members carried in a half-person tall wooden box and opened the box. Inside was the restored Xiao Luo.

When activated, the mechanical eye lights up coldly.

”Master! Xiao Luo is reporting to you!”

Seeing Xiao Luo, the leader quickly stood up and observed carefully. Yang Huali on the side kept talking about Xiao Luo’s outstanding results yesterday, and the leader nodded repeatedly.

”Chen Ping, how does your TD-1 compare with this machine?”

Chen Ping has not thought about this problem in detail. The TD-1 is a basic mecha produced by the system. Xiao Luo cannot even be rated as a basic level by the system. It can only be regarded as a battlefield auxiliary level. In the system’s planning, Xiao Luo can only execute Auxiliary tasks such as spying on intelligence, transporting ammunition, and serving as cannon fodder.

These two models of mechas are not at the same level at all and are incomparable.

But Chen Ping thought for a moment and replied, ”I can beat a hundred Xiao Luo!”

”Hahaha!!”

Chen Ping’s words made both the leader and Yang Huali laugh, and Xiao Luo was actually regarded as a unit of measurement by Chen Ping.

”Well, I understand! Chen Ping, with your ability, I can definitely let you set up another research institute to specialize in studying this kind of robot, with you as the chief engineer, but you are still too young, and I am afraid that people will not be convinced. ah.”

The leader lit a cigarette and thought.

”It doesn’t matter if you are the first one or not the chief commander. I, Chen Ping, am a civilian. I only hope to build the TD-1 to help Xia State tide over the difficulties. The country only needs to solve the problems of manufacturing materials and energy supply. I can guarantee that in a short time Realized within.”

With that said, Chen Ping handed the documents he had sorted out last night to the chief executive.

The leader looked through it and said, ”Well, let me solve the uranium reactor technology and Beifeng Steel you mentioned. As for you, I will assign you to Huali’s Mecha Research Institute as the deputy chief engineer. In name, you are the deputy chief engineer. Give him a hand. In fact, it is you who will lead the TD-1 project. As for the manpower, you can choose it from within the Chinese Navy. I will allocate you another 10 million in research and development funds. What do you think?”

This condition can be said to be very generous. With money, people, and positions, what else can you be dissatisfied with?

”First seat, I have one more condition!”

Chen Ping stood up straight and said with his neck stiffened.

”Chen Ping, just give up when you see fit! Don’t start raising prices and negotiating terms just because you have the skills.”

Yang Huali looked dissatisfied after hearing Chen Ping’s words. This kid, given such a good condition, still slaps his nose in front of the leader, what’s going on?

The leader raised a hand and pressed it towards Yang Huali.

”Tell me, if you have any other requirements, I will try my best to satisfy you if they can be met.”

The leader said with a smile still on his face.

”I would like to implore the Prime Minister not to abandon the blue light project!”

Chen Ping answered with a serious face.

”oh?”

The first one was surprised.

Yang Huali was also stunned for a moment. He didn’t expect that the condition Chen Ping mentioned was actually this.
