Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 184: Get Dongdian Jietong!
Chapter 184 Start with Dongdian Jietong!

Of course, at the same time, he is also preparing to acquire Dongdian Jietong and Boshima Mobile Phone Company through his senior executives!

Boshima Mobile’s annual production capacity of more than 30 million mobile phones was also coveted by Lin Xuan.

After all, Bodao mobile phone humiliated him so much at the beginning, so let’s buy him and kick Xu Hua out of the game now!

Thinking of this, the corner of Lin Xuan’s mouth curled into a smile!

However, there is no rush to acquire the Bodao mobile phone. Now Hantang Technology does not have much money, so the acquisition can be taken slowly.

After all, no matter how poor the island mobile phone is, they rely on their annual production capacity of 30 million units, as well as many fixed assets such as factory land or buildings.

There are still three nails in the rotten ship, so the acquisition of Bodao mobile phone is not a short-term matter. Lin Xuan continued to suppress the Bodao mobile phone.

Purchase their assets when Bodao mobile phones are reduced to 300-500 million yuan. Of course, Hantang Technology only needs a factory at that time.

Other real estate or other fringe industries, etc., if you don’t need it, try to sell it to transfer your own financial pressure.

So this is a long-term thing, but it is Dongdian Jietong Company, the acquisition of the WIPI patent holder company, which will start immediately.

Lin Xuan is going to spend hundreds of millions of funds to completely acquire Dongdian Jietong Company, and then hold the WIPI patent in his hands.

From then on, Lin Xuan no longer needs to pay patent fees for using WIPI!

…

Just like that, time passed slowly, and in the past few days, the streets and alleys of the Internet have been hotly discussing the matter of Hantang Technology Company.

However, as time approached February 15th, people’s hotly discussed things were no longer the high profits of 30 million mobile phone OEMs or selling accessories.

At this time, the hotly discussed matter is gradually becoming the matter that Hantang Technology is about to release black technology with the passage of time.

February 15, 2005, today is the Daxia Lantern Festival, which is the last day of the New Year.

At this time, the workers who went home from Hantang Technology for a few days off had all returned to Hantang Technology Company as early as yesterday.

Hantang Technology implements a shift system during the Chinese New Year holiday. At this time, the last batch of employees have returned to the company.

So although Hantang Technology Company is on holiday, it has not stopped operating.

Whether it is an accessory factory, a mobile phone OEM factory, or other aspects are in normal operation.

On today’s Lantern Festival, Hantang Technology has three good things.

The first one is that the factory with an annual output of 30 million units has officially started mass production, the first mobile phone has been rolled off the assembly line, and the new factory is in the process of rapidly increasing the yield rate.

That is to say, in less than half a month or a month, this factory will be able to reach the terrifying state of full capacity with an annual output of 30 million monthly products and 2.5 million mobile phones!

At this time, the production capacity of the three mobile phone factories under Lin Xuan is combined, and the total production capacity of Hantang Technology will reach 44 million mobile phones!

Of course it’s not just that.

Currently, the same address, that is, the Hantang Electronics Industrial Park in a small town in Guancheng, has started construction of the second mobile phone factory with an annual output of 30 million!

If this factory is built, the annual production capacity of Hantang Technology will reach a terrifying 74 million units!

But to be honest, even the production capacity of 74 million mobile phones is not too much.

Because last year, Sanxing Mobile, the third largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world, produced and sold more than 80 million mobile phones!

The sales alone have reached 80 million units, which means that their production capacity will only be more than that of Hantang Technology!

After all, their sales have reached more than 80 million units, and the factory’s production capacity is naturally higher than that of Hantanghan Technology.

But no matter what, if the fourth mobile phone factory in Han and Tang Dynasties, that is, the second 30 million-level mobile phone factory can be successfully built.

With a production capacity of 74 million units, Hantang Technology can also rank among the top five mobile phone companies in the world.

Of course, because Hantang Technology has no mobile phones to sell now, no matter how large the production capacity is, it cannot be ranked in the global mobile phone company rankings.

In addition, Hantang Technology is currently planning to acquire Bodao Mobile, if the acquisition of Bodao Mobile can be successful.

Then Hantang Technology’s total production capacity will reach a terrifying 104 million mobile phones, and it will become the fourth largest mobile phone company in the world!

According to Lin Xuan’s past life history, a total of 812 million mobile phones will be sold worldwide in 2005!

Among them, Nokia sold a total of 265 million mobile phones in 2005, accounting for 32% of the market!

That is to say, for every 10 mobile phones sold in the world, three of them are Nokia mobile phones!

2005 was the year when Nokia took off. That is to say, from 2005 or more precisely, from the middle of 2004, Nokia began the era of hurricanes.

In the future, Nokia’s market share will only become more terrifying, because they started the machine sea plan in this era.

This Jihai Project is an incomparably miraculous plan, with extraordinary magical effects, precisely because of the Jihai Project.

They achieved the same effect as Intel’s ”Pendulum Project”, and finally killed their opponents through the ”Pendulum Project” and sat on the crown, the undisputed crown!

According to the original history, Motorola will be the runner-up this year.

In 2005, they sold a total of 146 million mobile phones, accounting for 18% of the market, that is to say, 1.8 of every 10 mobile phones sold were their mobile phones.

And the third place is Sanxing mobile phone!

I have to say that Sanxing Mobile has been getting better and better since the beginning of the new century. It only took a few years to climb from the bottom of the ranking to the third in the world!

As for the fourth Lg, the fifth is Ericsson. Of course, the name of this Ericsson is Soni Ericsson, because the two world-class companies are in the state of joint stock in the mobile phone business.

So even if Hantang Technology successfully acquires Bodao mobile phones, with a total production capacity of 104 million units, it will barely compete with Sanxing Company, and may not even be able to beat the current Sanxing Company in terms of output.

The second good thing during this period is that Hantang Technology successfully acquired Dongdian Jietong Company, for which Lin Xuan paid more than 200 million in cash!

Although Lin Xuan had some heartache for the more than 200 million cash, he still gritted his teeth and won Dongdian Jietong Company!

From then on, the patent of the WIPI wireless LAN standard will be in the hands of Lin Xuan, and Lin Xuan will no longer have to pay the patent fee of the WIPI standard.

It can be said that although more than 200 million patents have been issued now, tens of billions of patent fees may be less in the future!

In addition, there is another interesting thing, that is, after Lin Xuan acquired Dongdian Jietong Company, Lin Xuan even sent his own company’s financial personnel to count Dongdian Jietong’s financial and other affairs, and finally found out Lin Zhiyu The ”crooked pen”!

So now Lin Zhiyu is probably in a certain prison window, holding the iron bars of the prison window, weeping and singing ”tears behind the prison window”.

Shaking his head slightly, Lin Xuan put the matter on the third good thing.

Of course, this good thing is actually nothing, and this good thing is well known.

The good thing is that the black technology products have finally reached the conditions for mass production. Lin Xuan finally completed the mass production of the black technology products before February 15th as promised.

Lin Xuan was very happy about this, but it wasn’t just Lin Xuan who was happy. In fact, as time approached February 25th, people across the country were also looking forward to it.

In this regard, the corner of Lin Xuan’s mouth curled into an arc. He deliberately did not reveal what the black technology product he was going to release was. It is estimated that many people are itchy.

But this kind of thing can’t be done too much, I’m afraid it will cause public anger.

…

At 11 am on February 15, 2005, in a large gymnasium in Beijing.

At this time in the gymnasium, tens of thousands of fans and tourists participated in this black technology product launch conference.

In addition, there were nearly a thousand reporters on the scene carrying big cameras, video cameras, etc., waiting eagerly.

Preparing to report the news on the scene to the company in real time, so that the company can report the key news of this incident as quickly as possible, and thus become famous all over the country.

At this time, perhaps because of too many people, here is a noisy noise.

But not long after, as the reporters and people sat down, the lights of the indoor stadium suddenly dimmed.

In this regard, people reacted quickly after a moment of panic, and they also shut their mouths.

Then a beam of light shone onto the center of the stage, and a young man suddenly appeared there.

”It’s Lin Xuan!”

”Long time no see, Lin Xuan!”

”I just don’t know what a black technology product is.”

”Yeah, to be honest, this guy Lin Xuan tickles my heart. What exactly is a black technology product? He just said it.”

The scene was full of noisy voices. People were very dissatisfied with the behavior of Lin Xuan of Hantang Technology who always hides the black technology and does not say what the black technology is.

”Nice to meet you all, ladies and gentlemen, happy new year!”

Amidst people’s complaints and noise, Lin Xuan smiled and bowed slightly.

”Papa papa...”

When Lin Xuan bowed, there was warm applause at the scene.

Although Lin Xuan hid it, he did not tell what the black technology product was, which made everyone hold back their curiosity for more than ten days.

But since Lin Xuan bowed, they should accept his apology, so there was warm applause at the scene!

”Next we will release a product. This product is in my previous plan. It actually shoulders the important task of supporting the financial support for our 45nm process equipment research and development.”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s words, many people at the scene looked at each other. Lin Xuan can be called as shouldering the financial responsibility to support the research and development of 45nm process equipment.

Then this product must be an extraordinary product. After all, if you want to support the research and development of 45nm manufacturing process equipment, the money you want to earn is not a small amount!

The people who thought of this looked at Lin Xuan eagerly, wondering what this thing was!

In this regard, Lin Xuan turned his head to look at the other side of the release platform, and soon, several workers came to the center of the stage carrying a reflective object.

”this is?!”

Seeing that thing, the people exclaimed, with surprise and puzzlement in their eyes, as if they saw something that broke their three views.
