Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 170: Invitation from Xia Ke Academy (Part 2)
Chapter 170 Invitation from Xia Ke Academy (Part 2)

Hantangke Semiconductor is absolutely impossible to buy, not to mention the 45nm process technology, even 65nm or even 90nm they can’t buy!

They can only buy 150nm or 230nm chip production lines at most!

After all, don’t forget that there is still the Wassena Agreement in this world! ”

Having said this, the corners of Chen Damou’s mouth curled up in a more and more mocking arc.

In his eyes, Lin Xuan’s more than 11 billion yuan is destined to be in vain!

”Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha...”

The reporters ridiculed Chen Damou naturally responded with enthusiastic camera flashes. At this time, the reporters looked excited, and it seemed that there was another news headline.

…

That night, the speech of Chen Damou, the owner of TSMC, the world’s largest chip foundry, made headlines in newspapers and Internet media across the country.

These news media reports naturally caused a sensation, among which Chen Damou pointed out that the problem also caused many people to fall into worry.

Yes, there is no way to purchase the most advanced chip equipment and technology.

At the beginning, Zhongxin International promised a lot of conditions in order to purchase lithography machines and other equipment with 120nm process technology.

For example, Zhongxin International must not produce military-owned chips, for example, Daxia cannot own too many shares.

At the beginning, in order for Zhongxin International to truly land, it can be said that it gave up a lot of benefits, so Zhongxin International’s Daxia Zi capital equity is only 18%.

It can be said that in order to introduce advanced 8-inch wafers and 130nm chip production lines, a bunch of conditions were agreed at the beginning.

After agreeing to so many conditions and going through such difficult negotiations, the Vasena agreement was finally loosened, allowing eight-inch wafers and 130nm process technology to be settled in Daxia Magic City.

Can Lin Xuan purchase all kinds of advanced equipment in the world at this time?

Driven by people’s curiosity, the reporters rushed to Wuxi again, which is the headquarters of Hantang Semiconductor Corporation!

Just like that, as more and more reporters gathered, in less than a day, the reporters had already reached thousands of people, which seemed densely packed!

In this case, with their calls, Lin Xuan could only recover from his busy state.

”Mr. Lin, have you solved the problem of the source of the chip production equipment?”

”Mr. Lin, can 11 billion funds really improve the 45nm process technology?”

”Mr. Lin, what do you think of the words of Mr. Chen Damou, the president of TSMC?”

”Mr. Lin Xuan, when are you going to develop a chip with a 45nm process technology?”

Among the dense crowd of reporters, every reporter sent out their questions, which made the place seem noisy.

It’s like a vegetable market, which makes people upset, and naturally makes Lin Xuan frown.

”One by one.”

After taking over the microphone of the mobile speaker, Lin Xuan looked at the reporter in front of him and said something.

For this reason, those reporters naturally calmed down honestly, so Lin Xuan pointed at him casually and asked the reporter to ask questions.

”Mr. Lin, can you purchase chip production equipment that can produce 45nm process technology?”

Hearing what the man said, all the reporters at the scene showed curious eyes.

To be honest, this is what they are most concerned about. After all, Chen Damou pointed out Lin Xuan’s sore feet.

Many people are very concerned about whether Lin Xuan can solve the problem of the source of 45nm chip equipment. After all, without equipment, how can Lin Xuan make the 45nm process technology land.

”Don’t think about the equipment for the 45nm process technology. We are currently actively purchasing some equipment for the 150nm process technology.”

”Wait, 150nm process equipment?!”

The reporters at the scene all showed surprised expressions. Isn’t Lin Xuan going to develop a 45nm process technology?

How could it be the purchase of 150nm process equipment?

”Because of the Vassen Na agreement, we really cannot purchase the world’s most advanced process equipment.

Such as photolithography machines, etching machines, vacuum coating machines, ion implanters, etc...

But there are some machines that are not considered as the core. In fact, a little improvement can be applied to the 45nm process technology.

So we purchased some equipment in advance that can be used after modification. ”

”I see!”

Many reporters nodded to express their understanding, but soon some reporters noticed the key points revealed in Lin Xuan’s words.

The reporter raised the microphone excitedly, and asked Lin Xuan curiously:

”Wait, Mr. Lin Xuan, that means you can’t purchase equipment for 45nm process technology, right?

Even if you have 11 billion funds, you can’t buy it, right? ”

After the reporter’s words, the scene fell into silence for an instant, and then all the reporters looked at Lin Xuan curiously.

Their cameras also pointed at Lin Xuan one after another, wanting to see what Lin Xuan had to say.

Regarding this, Lin Xuan sighed deeply and gave an affirmative answer:

”That’s right, the lithography machine, etching machine, vacuum coating machine, ion implantation machine, and other packaging and testing equipment that are the core of chip production, we can’t purchase them all!

That’s why I said that 11 billion funds are used for 45nm process!

And every month after that, I will continue to pour money from Hantang Technology into this field.

In the end, it took a few months to create equipment capable of producing 45-nanometer chips, and to produce 45-nanometer chips! ”

”Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha...”

After getting an exact answer from Lin Xuan, countless cameras started to flicker, and many reporters had a trace of disappointment in their eyes.

Although they were a little happy because they got a big news, they heard from Lin Xuan that they could not purchase the most advanced equipment in the world.

Because of the science popularization of many professors and media before, I learned a lot of information, and knew how difficult it is for photolithography machines, etching machines, vacuum coating machines, ion implanters, etc.

Guessing that Lin Xuan may not be able to implement the 45nm process technology, and that Lin Xuan may not be able to break the foreign blockade in the future, they are still a little bit depressed with a little patriotism.

In this regard, Lin Xuan was also sympathetic to the reporter’s emotions and guessed their mood.

But Lin Xuan is not the one to admit defeat, I saw him showing a hearty smile, and then said with a smile.

”Please rest assured, including those who are worried about our Hantang Technology and Hantang Semiconductor.

45nm process technology, I will definitely let it land, even if I lose everything, I will let him land!

If you lose, it’s just a pair of shorts! ”

Lin Xuan showed a hearty smile as he spoke. Although it is difficult to conquer a series of devices with 45nm chips, a living person cannot be suffocated to death by urine!

He who has a counterfeit system can’t solve it, so who else can solve it? !

So ask who can make Daxia in this era enter the era of 45nm process technology in advance.

Let Daxia’s chip production field reach a world-class level, except for him, no one can do it.

So, Lin Xuan is obliged!

Since he decided to do it, he should do the best, so Lin Xuan set the goal at 45 nanometers, instead of the current mainstream applications of 65 nanometers and 90 nanometers!

”Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha...”

Following Lin Xuan’s hearty smile, the reporters silently pressed the camera button, deeply moved in their hearts.

This guy Lin Xuan actually said that ”even if you lose everything and only have a pair of torn pants”, you must develop a 45-nanometer process technology.

This kind of determination, this kind of patriotism to contribute to the country moved them deeply!

The next thing is naturally the reporter’s other questions, and Lin Xuan can answer them one by one. Soon the press conference was over.

The reporters also quickly returned to their addresses or companies, and reported the news they interviewed to the above.

…

On January 12, 2004, when Hantang Technology officially acquired Phoenix Company with 100 million cash yesterday, and changed the name of Phoenix Company to Hantang Optical.

Lin Xuan’s Hantang S1 mobile phone rang suddenly, and it turned out that Secretary He called him.

”Hello.”

Lin Xuan had a good impression of Secretary He, so Lin Xuan also greeted with a smile.

”Mr. Lin, congratulations on your acquisition of Phoenix Company. From now on, you will control an optical camera company. Congratulations.”

”thanks!”

Lin Xuan thanked him lightly, and he is in charge of an optical company, which will be of great help to Hantang Technology in the development of lithography machines in the future.

Because there is one of the most core components in the lithography machine, this component is a few lenses of the lithography machine!

The requirements for this lens are very high and very precise. This lens cannot be made by a machine at all.

The machine can only complete delicate glass embryos, and in the end it is still necessary to rely on the manual work of the workers to make this machine.

It would be surprising to say that machines can’t make things, but hand can make ultra-precise things, but it’s true!

In this world, there are indeed some people who are extraordinary people. Such people are called eighth-level workers or ninth-level workers!

This kind of factory with ordinary talents is absolutely impossible to find. They are either found in certain numbered military-owned factories, or in some decades-old state-owned enterprises.

The Phoenix company that Lin Xuan bought, as a leading state-owned enterprise in the domestic camera industry, naturally has several eighth-level workers.

And they are all eighth-level workers who specialize in polishing optical lenses, that is, glass sheets!

So even if this company is very weak now, many of their equipment are already old equipment.

But just for these eighth-level workers who specialize in lens polishing, Lin Xuan is still willing to spend more than 100 million to acquire this Phoenix Technology Company, this old camera optics company!

”Mr. Lin, I actually came here this time because I wanted to find you.”

Secretary He on the opposite side obviously knew that Lin Xuan was a busy person, and at this time, he didn’t say anything politely to Lin Xuan, and directly stated his purpose.

”Please tell me.”

Lin Xuan replied with a smile.

”Come over to Xia Ke Academy tomorrow, there is something that requires you to come to the scene.”

”whats the matter?”

Lin Xuan asked Secretary He with curious eyes, why did the other party suddenly ask him to go to Xia Ke Academy?

Could it be that Secretary He wants to match him up and let him cooperate with Xia Ke Academy?

Thinking of this, Lin Xuan was also pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for opening? Let me give you a large reward of 30 yuan, brothers, you should know my habits.

For large rewards, any words of thanks are empty, and only a burst of updates can express gratitude at this time.

So there will be another chapter later, this chapter will be updated at about 18.32, so stay tuned, brothers.

Another thing to say, if you really ask for full bookings, and indirectly increase the average booking data, there is still about 70 average bookings left to meet the minimum requirements for getting the next recommended seat.

Brothers, if each person subscribes to one or two more chapters, the average subscription will increase rapidly. At that time, I promise to update every day for two consecutive days when I recommend it.
