Chapter 171 The heart is heroic (the third update, add a new chapter for (open? click))

To be honest, the scientific research strength of Hantang Science and Technology is not enough at all, although Lin Xuan has tried his best to recruit graduate students and doctoral students through headhunting companies.

But even so, the time is still too short, and the researchers and research strength of Hantang Technology are still seriously insufficient.

Facing this predicament, Lin Xuan thought about spending tens of millions of dollars to advertise on major TV stations and even Internet portals.

An exciting recruitment advertisement will be launched across the country, attracting those talents hidden in all parts of Daxia to Hantang Technology Company.

”You’ll know when you come here. Don’t be late at eleven o’clock tomorrow.”

Secretary He on the opposite side did not answer, but hung up the phone with a mysterious smile.

Lin Xuan was left in a daze, but since he said so, Lin Xuan must attend on time!

…

The next morning, Beijing, Xia Keyuan.

”Mr. Lin, I finally waited for you.” Secretary He came out after receiving the call, and extended his hand to Lin Xuan with a smile.

”Sorry for the waitting.”

Lin Xuan smiled apologetically. To be honest, there are still a few minutes before eleven o’clock, and Lin Xuan is not late.

”Come on, I’ll take you in now.”

As he was speaking, Secretary Chen led Lin Xuan into the gate beside him, where the words of a large meeting room were written on the plaque.

”this is?”

Lin Xuan who walked into the gate was stunned, because in the large conference room inside, there were people in every seat.

At this moment, at a glance, there are at least a thousand people sitting in it, among which there are seat cards in the front row, and those seat cards are written with a certain academician.

There were actually five academicians on it, and among the five academicians was an old acquaintance of Lin Xuan, and that old acquaintance was Academician Wang who had served Lin Xuan at the industry summit, and was also present impressively.

”The following is the protagonist of our meeting, Mr. Lin Xuan came to the stage to deliver a speech for us.”

As Lin Xuan came in, a host on stage smiled and extended his hand to Lin Xuan.

”This…”

Listening to the host’s words, and then looking at the thousands of participants and the academicians in the front row, Lin Xuan showed a surprised expression, and then turned to look at Secretary He.

Regarding this, Secretary He looked at Lin Xuan with a smile and said;

”Mr. Lin, I wonder if you are satisfied with our gift?”

”Thank you, thank you!”

Lin Xuan was deeply moved. He originally thought that his superiors had lent him 10 billion yuan to buy Huayun Microelectronics. He thought it was the greatest support given by his superiors.

But looking at the five academicians in the front row and the doctors with seat cards in the front row, including other participants without seat cards, Lin Xuan knew that these people must be leaders in the scientific research industry.

The above obviously knows the determination of Hantang Technology, and also knows how difficult it is to develop the 45nm process technology.

So they specially recruited some scientific research elites from all over the country to help Lin Xuan solve the problem of 45nm process technology!

Of course, the above is actually helping Daxia overcome the problem of 45nm process technology, but this time it is borrowing Lin Xuan’s money.

It is no longer solely funded by the top to achieve this goal, so the two sides hit it off, and Lin Xuan paid the money and the top sent people. This is in the interests of Lin Xuan and both parties, and Lin Xuan is also very happy.

Looking at the densely packed scientific research personnel in front of him, Lin Xuan sighed in his heart: It seems that this time the higher authorities have come up with the determination to build ”two once a star” back then!

There is no doubt that Hantang Technology is the protagonist this time!

When Lin Xuan was moved, Secretary He patted Lin Xuan on the shoulder and said:

”Mr. Lin, this time we have made up our determination to implement the ”Two Once One Star”, but this time it is not our official host.

Instead, you Hantang Science and Technology will host it. This time, we have entrusted thousands of graduate students, hundreds of doctors, and five academicians to you.

Your time is half a year. If there are no good results or results after half a year, then we will withdraw these five academicians, hundreds of doctors and thousands of graduate students. ”

”Don’t worry, there will be results within half a year!”

Faced with such support from above, Lin Xuan answered Secretary He boldly, and then, accompanied by Secretary He, walked onto the stage in the large conference room.

Although this time the above only gave the support of scientific researchers, these are exactly what Lin Xuan lacks the most.

Lin Xuan now has a fund of over 11 billion. If he is not short of money, he is short of scientific research personnel!

As Lin Xuan stepped onto the stage, applause sounded at the right time.

”Papa papa papa papa papa...”

Amid the applause, Lin Xuan accompanied Secretary He to the center of the stage.

Taking the microphone handed over by the staff, Lin Xuan looked at the five academicians, hundreds of doctors, and thousands of researchers in front of him, and a heroic heart flashed in Lin Xuan’s heart.

At this time, Secretary He next to him also took over the microphone, and then said with a smile:

”The purpose of everyone coming this time must be clear to everyone. This is Mr. Lin Xuan, the boss of Hantang Technology.

It is also a super genius who mass-produced 90nm chips and made Zhongxin International’s 90nm chip yield rate reach 97%, Lin Xuan! ”

”Papa papa papa papa papa...”

As Secretary He’s words paused slightly, everyone on the scene responded with warm applause, expressing that they knew exactly who Lin Xuan was.

”This time, Mr. Lin Xuan invested 11 billion in order to let Daxia master the 45nm process technology.

Although the 11 billion funds are a little small, I believe that with the talent of Mr. Lin, coupled with the scientific research strength of thousands of graduate students, hundreds of doctors, and five academicians supported by our country.

In addition, I personally coordinate the workers of military support and state-owned enterprises across the country to serve us. I believe that under the leadership of Mr. Lin, we can completely solve the problem of 45nm chip process technology! ”

”Papa...”

Listening to Secretary He’s words, there was another warm applause at the scene.

Lin Xuan also applauded for this, with a heroic heart!

Facing such support from above, his confidence also increased greatly at this time.

”Okay, let’s ask Mr. Lin to speak for us.”

After finishing speaking, Secretary Chen put down the microphone in his hand and motioned for Lin Xuan to speak.

Regarding this, Lin Xuan also took a step forward, looked at thousands of scientific researchers looking at him and said:

”Thank you very much for coming here, supporting me in the development of chip equipment with 45nm process technology, and solving the problem of mass production and landing of 45nm chips!

I am very touched by this, and I am very grateful to Daxia for his support, and I would like to make a statement on this. ”

Speaking of this, Lin Xuan took a deep breath, and then said solemnly:

“I will devote all my energy and even all my money to this 45nm process technology.

Even if they go bankrupt!

Even if you use Hantang Technology as collateral!

Even if I end up with nothing, I will use everything to overcome the 45nm process technology! ”

The participants at the scene fell silent when they heard Lin Xuan’s determination and looked at Lin Xuan’s serious eyes.

For a long time, there was a full half minute of silence, and then, unprecedented warm applause rang out!

Many people at the scene saw that Lin Xuan was determined to them, they all gritted their teeth, and their eyes showed determination!

Lin Xuan, the boss of a private company, is willing to go bankrupt in order to make Daxia’s process technology reach the level of 45nm process technology.

Do these scientific researchers who are responsible for their efforts and still get paid have anything else to say?

No!

I felt Lin Xuan’s determination, and felt Lin Xuan’s determination to make 45nm chips even after he lost his fortune.

They all showed seriousness and determination, and they were determined eyes that were willing to fight with Lin Xuan!

At this time, even if they were transferred here for no reason and thought they wanted to play around with Lin Xuan, they gave up their intentions of coming here for sightseeing without working hard.

Since Lin Xuan said so, since Lin Xuan is willing to give real money, and even do everything to contribute to the country...

Lin Xuan, the boss of a private company, is like this. Do they have anything to say about these scientific researchers who eat state food?

So, no matter what, after seeing Lin Xuan’s determination, they also want to fight!

Secretary He, who was also applauding, saw that the people at the scene were moved by Lin Xuan’s words. Looking at those people whose eyes were completely different, he also showed a happy smile.

At this time, he felt a different temperament from Lin Xuan, this temperament is called the temperament of a leader!

At this time, Secretary He looked at the enthusiastic atmosphere, and he seemed to feel the passionate atmosphere of the revolutionary era, that was the atmosphere of ”two bombs and one star” that was desperate to do everything possible!

It can be done!

I don’t know why, even though Secretary He felt deep down in his heart that it might end in a dismal end.

Can only barely reap some good aspects, so that Daxia’s semiconductor manufacturing process can go a step further because of this incident.

But for some reason, looking at people’s eyes and Lin Xuan’s determination, he felt that maybe Lin Xuan could really succeed!

It’s no longer what Secretary He once imagined, it just makes Daxia’s manufacturing process a little bit forward.

For example, let Daxia’s process technology reach the true 90-nanometer level, instead of the pseudo-90-nanometer level achieved through tricks like Zhongxin International.

”Lin Xuan may really be able to achieve this miracle!”

Secretary He said in his heart, since this is the case, let him do it too!

Secretary He, who was thinking like this, also showed the same eyes as the people at the scene, it was a look of fighting!

After a long time, as people’s emotions gradually calmed down, Lin Xuan also said at this time:

”Let’s talk about the difficulties I encountered first.”

Hearing this, everyone at the scene showed serious eyes, wanting to see what difficulties Lin Xuan encountered.

”Because of limited funds, only a mere 11 billion funds, the current focus of Hantang Technology is not on the improvement of wafers.

Although six-inch wafers are not as good as eight-inch wafers, the cost advantage between the two is that they are still the same when used.

So the current focus of Hantang Technology is not to increase the size of the wafer, but to improve the quality of the wafer.
