Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 167: 10 billion loan!
Chapter 167 10 billion loan!

But people obviously thought too much, although on the night of January 9th, the news mouthpiece of Meidiguo claimed that Meidiguo had not suppressed any companies.

The next night, an employee of Hantang Technology exposed the real situation in the Diya forum.

Although the news mouthpieces claim that they have not suppressed any business, the fact is that they have been connected through one day.

Hantang Technology still does not have any chip company willing to manufacture Hanfeng 1st and 2nd generation chips of Hantang Technology!

As the employees of Hantang Technology in a Diya forum personally confirmed, this matter immediately aroused people’s fury!

Again and again and again!

Seeing the desperate situation of Hantang Technology at this time, they wanted to help Hantang Technology, but they were powerless, which made them furious!

what to do?

Faced with such a shameless method, how should we counter it? !

While people are furious, there is infinite despair in their hearts!

If you lag behind, you will be beaten!

At this time, they recalled a sentence the old man once said. At this time, they realized the old man’s foresight and the truth in the old man’s words.

At this moment, they realized that Daxia’s semiconductor industry was so backward!

In the end, they can only unleash impotent rage!

At this time, many children who are studying in elementary school and kindergarten are discussing and mourning from experts in the media.

They also seem to feel the same way. If you ask them what they want to do when they grow up, they may answer that they want to make ”chip equipment” to contribute to the country!

Although they basically don’t know what a chip is, they just think it’s so difficult.

But they are also infected by the mourning discussions in the media, and they want to contribute to the research and development of chips for the country when they grow up, so that people will no longer mourn and suffer!

Under such circumstances, when the media lamented Hantang Technology and many employees fell into despair, Hantang Technology ushered in a mysterious guest.

January 8, 2005, night.

”Mr. Lin, good afternoon.”

Secretary He, who had met several times, greeted Lin Xuan with a smile.

”Secretary He, good afternoon.”

Lin Xuan also shook hands with the other party with a smile. Although the other party was only a secretary, he was the secretary of a big shot after all, so Lin Xuan also shook hands with the other party with a smile.

”I don’t know if Secretary He is here this time, but is there any good news?”

Lin Xuan smiled and asked about Secretary He.

Do not go to the Three Treasures Hall for anything, the other party is the personal secretary of a big shot, there must be some important thing to come to find yourself.

Speaking of which, since Zhongxin International’s acquisition failed, Lin Xuan had called Secretary Chen to say hello, and on that day, he announced the next goal of Hantang Technology.

It is the acquisition of Huayun Microelectronics, which is called a private company, but in fact the absolute controlling stake is still in the hands of Daxia.

But although Secretary Chen said he knew that day and would definitely pass on his words, he never actually responded.

At this time, after a few days, the other party directly found that he should have an answer about the acquisition of Huayun Microelectronics.

To be honest, although Huayun Microelectronics has declined, and it cannot enter the top three in China, after all, it has a complete industrial chain and has undergone several mergers, and the foundation is still there!

So the current market value of Huayun Microelectronics is about 11 billion. Although Hantang Technology can barely eat Huayun Microelectronics, it is still very difficult.

And whether it can be eaten or not, this is not what Lin Xuan says can be eaten. After all, Huayun Microelectronics is behind Huayun Group. If the other party does not want to sell, then Lin Xuan has nothing to do.

Although it has been said before that no matter how much money is paid, he will support him to acquire Zhongxin International in the form of a mortgage loan, but now the acquisition of Zhongxin International has failed.

He promised that within one year, Zhongxin International’s process technology would be upgraded to 45nm and the ”beautiful vision” of mass production would naturally be shattered.

So at this time, Lin Xuan is not sure whether the other party will continue to support him in acquiring Huayun Microelectronics or not.

Because in the eyes of other people, they don’t know that Lin Xuan has the existence of the fake system.

In their eyes, it is estimated that Lin Xuan can improve Zhongxin International’s manufacturing process to 45 nanometers and the success rate of mass production is 60%, so they are willing to take a gamble.

And now, with the failure of Zhongxin International’s acquisition, if Lin Xuan is allowed to acquire Huayun Microelectronics.

In their eyes, the success rate for Huayun Microelectronics to achieve a 90nm process is only a mere 30%.

Let Huayun Microelectronics achieve a success rate of 45nm process technology, which in their eyes is estimated to be less than 0.1%!

Because the process gap between the two parties is too great!

Want to jump from 500nm process technology to 45nm, as long as they think about it with their heads, they know that it is impossible!

Moreover, Huayun Microelectronics is now specialized in wafer production and sales or foundry.

Regarding the production of chip integrated circuits, they are actually in a semi-abandoned state.

Their equipment has been used for several years and has not been updated for several years. Whether it is equipment, process technology or even the production experience of employees, etc., they are seriously behind the times!

Under such circumstances, it is very difficult for Huayun Microelectronics to reach the 45nm manufacturing process level, or even the current 90nm level of Zhongxin International.

So Lin Xuan didn’t dare to guarantee Huayun Microelectronics, which is willing to support him to name it as a listed private company, but the actual controlling right is firmly in the hands of Huayun Group.

At this time, Secretary He did not answer Lin Xuan’s question.

Instead, he smiled and carefully took out a document bag contained in an oiled paper bag from his briefcase, and took out the documents inside.

”this is…”

Looking at the thick document, Lin Xuan looked at Secretary Chen curiously, wondering what this meant?

”Mr. Lin, we have been discussing with you for a few days about your desire to acquire Huayun Microelectronics, and we have finally given an answer at this time.”

While speaking, Secretary He did not directly answer Lin Xuan’s question, but directly put the document in front of Lin Xuan.

Regarding this, Lin Xuan also looked at the title of the file above.

”Huayun Microelectronics 100% equity transfer...”

”Uh!”

Lin Xuan looked at the words ”Huayun Microelectronics 100% equity” above, and he blinked in astonishment, his eyes filled with disbelief!

The higher-ups were willing to transfer 100% of the shares of Huayun Microelectronics to him? !

If he remembers correctly, now Huayun Microelectronics is actually listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which means that the other party wants to privatize Huayun Microelectronics and delist it?

Privatization and delisting is not a small matter, and it requires a huge amount of money.

With the current market value of Huayun Microelectronics of more than 12 billion, I am afraid that it will need more than a dozen or even more than two billion. This is not a small number!

Lin Xuan looked down at the clauses in the contract, which stated that all the funds needed for privatization and delisting would be borne by Huayun Group, and finally Huayun Group sold Huayun Microelectronics as a whole to Lin Xuan!

Looking at the contract, Lin Xuan noticed the overall packaged price:

”It’s only more than 10 billion?!”

Lin Xuan looked at Secretary He in surprise, because the price is really low!

Although there was only a little more than 2 billion when Huajing was founded, it was more than 2 billion in the past nine years!

After the failure of the 9008 project, Huayun Group acquired many companies one after another when it started.

Finally, a number of companies were integrated to form the current Huayun Microelectronics, and it made a profit by selling 6-inch wafers.

So the current total valuation of China Resources Microelectronics has surpassed the original Huajing’s more than two billion yuan!

So their current market value is as high as more than 11 billion.

At this time, Huayun was sold to himself at a mere valuation of 10 billion, which was equivalent to saving Lin Xuan more than 1 billion for nothing.

So Lin Xuan was very surprised, after all, this is a valuation of more than two billion!

On the other side, Secretary He looked at the surprised Lin Xuan and smiled and said:

”Don’t worry, although the selling price has reached more than 10 billion, after our resolution, you don’t need to take out the money immediately, but will lend it to you in the form of an interest-free loan after the bank mortgages it.

That is to say, we will lend you 10 billion interest-free loans, and then you will get the equity of Huayun Microelectronics Company.

After that, you only need to repay the 10 billion within ten years, but after ten years, you will have to calculate the interest.

As for the subsequent privatization and delisting, we will leave it to us. After the privatization and delisting is successful, we will successively hand over the subsequent equity to you. ”

”This…”

Hearing that the other party had actually lent 10 billion, which was an interest-free loan that shocked the entire Great Xia and even the world, Lin Xuan was deeply moved.

In the eyes of the world, the success rate for him to upgrade the process technology of Huayun Microelectronics to 45nm is less than 0.1%.

But under such circumstances, the higher-ups are still willing to support him. How can this not move Lin Xuan? !

At this time, Lin Xuan only has the infinite heart of serving the country in his heart!

Being so valued and supported by the higher-ups, does Lin Xuan have anything else to say? !

No!

At this time, Lin Xuan thought that no matter what, he must make Daxia a big country in the field of chip manufacturing, and he must change the backward pattern of Daxia’s semiconductor and even electronics industries in his previous life!

”Lin Xuan!”

When Lin Xuan was full of emotion, Secretary He suddenly sighed earnestly and said:

”Lin Xuan, I have something to tell you.

Whether it is selling Huayun Microelectronics to you, or 10 billion interest-free, every decision here is that the old man believes that you can make Huayun Microelectronics rejuvenate!

I hope that after you take over Huayun Microelectronics, you will lead Huayun Microelectronics to the world, and let Huayun Microelectronics surpass Zhongxin International, Tailian Store, and even TSMC Store!

Don’t get lost in the praise of others just because you got Huayun Microelectronics.

The old man sold Huayun Microelectronics to you, and let you get an interest-free loan of 10 billion...

By making these decisions, the old man is betting on his own reputation, if this matter ultimately fails.

The old man’s life’s achievements have also vanished, and the old man will become a sinner of Daxia!
