Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 162: light sensor
Chapter 162 Photosensitive Sensor

Developed to the current era, the number of photodiodes in the most advanced cameras has expanded to the level of 16.7 million pixels.

It is a small thing like a mobile phone, and the current number of photodiodes has reached a terrifying 2 million pixel level!

And the first to win the title of 2 million pixels is Sharp’s mobile phone!

Currently the strongest photosensitive sensor companies in the market, or more precisely, which are the strongest lens companies? In fact, this can be divided into two categories.

One is the American style, and the other is the island style.

America is mainly German dishes and Leica or Hasselblad.

The island country series are mainly Soni, Jianeng, Nikang and other brands, such as Vodafone, which launched the first mobile phone with 2 megapixels, and so on.

As for which domestic lens companies are more outstanding, can they stand out?

No!

In the past few decades, in the face of the impact of major overseas brands of cameras, the domestic camera industry has naturally been unable to support and has been in a precarious state.

At present, the only ones that can barely survive without collapse are only some old brands that have sold cameras for decades.

For example, the Phoenix company that launched Seagull Camera and Phoenix Camera!

It is very bad for other companies, and now Phoenix Company is the only leader in the domestic optical field.

But the handle is obviously a bit weak. It was not until 2002 that they increased the pixel of the digital camera to 4.13 million pixels, which is the SX-410Z camera.

As for the aftermath, they seem to be in trouble, and they haven’t launched a new digital camera product in almost two years.

Obviously facing the impact of foreign cameras, they have not been close to bankruptcy for long.

Judging from the disappearance of Phoenix cameras from people’s sight in later generations, it is estimated that they went bankrupt and collapsed in the past few years.

”Let’s buy this company next. After all, it has been selling an old brand for decades, and has also created two countless Chinese people, Seagull and Phoenix. I once dreamed of owning a camera brand. I can’t just let him disappear like this.”

Now Lin Xuan has no choice, and now with the definite reply from the island country Suo Ni to stop the shipment.

Lin Xuan has already predicted the result of other lens companies, and he will certainly not sell 1-megapixel photosensitive sensors and lenses dedicated to mobile phones to himself.

For the mobile phone lens of the camera, Lin Xuan actually purchased the corresponding customized lens in addition to the 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor dedicated to the mobile phone from Suo Ni.

As for Phoenix, they produced 4-megapixel photosensitive sensors two years ago, so they should have certain patents and strength.

In addition, as a decades-old factory, they can naturally produce corresponding mobile phone lenses, so Lin Xuan, who doesn’t want to make cheap for outsiders, has no choice but to buy Phoenix Company!

Although the current situation of Phoenix Company may not be optimistic, Lin Xuan can only acquire him.

After this loss, he knew that he must hold an optical lens company in his hands, otherwise he would not be able to stand firm just by purchasing!

As for Chen He, Lin Xuan is going to control an optical lens company regardless of whether there is good news or bad news from Chen He. He doesn’t want to suffer from the powerlessness of being blocked!

”So the core of all problems still has to fall on the research of semiconductor manufacturing technology!”

Lin Xuan slowly expressed the conclusion he came to after thinking.

There is a word ”diode” in the photodiode, which is naturally related to the chip!

It has nothing to do with the chip, and naturally it has nothing to do with the process technology!

So if people look at the graph of the evolution history of pixels, they will be surprised to find that the evolution of lens pixels has a special relationship with the evolution of chip process technology.

This connection is that every time the manufacturing process advances, the pixels of the camera will also advance one step!

Why Phoenix can’t launch a camera with more than 17 million pixels, in fact, it can’t be blamed on them, but Daxia’s chip manufacturing process limits their development!

Because the manufacturing process of the chip simply cannot reach the level of manufacturing 17 million pixels!

So the current domestic process technology is generally in the state of 350 nanometers, 230 nanometers and 150 nanometers.

As for Zhongxin International’s 90nm, it is actually under the 130nm process, using an innovative technology, that is, the immersion technology is forcibly upgraded to 90nm.

But it has been upgraded to 90 nanometers, but other things can’t keep up, so the yield rate has always been a poor state...

As for the Phoenix Company, they are already in a state of poverty and have no money. Naturally, they cannot use the most advanced 90nm in China, and the 90nm cannot be mass-produced for a long time, so they can only produce a maximum of 4 million pixel digital cameras!

So all the reasons are that the manufacturing process is lagging behind!

This is why Lin Xuan said that the core of the problem still falls on the semiconductor process technology!

If Lin Xuan solves the problem of manufacturing technology, then Lin Xuan can develop powerful mobile phone chips and photosensitive sensors through advanced manufacturing technology!

But to solve the problem of manufacturing process, Lin Xuan has to acquire a chip manufacturing company.

After this big loss, Lin Xuan is now thinking of getting it right in one step. He has a chip manufacturing company in his hands, and he is not afraid of the risk of any company’s out-of-stock from now on.

Thinking like this, Lin Xuan began to figure out how much money he should have next. Only by knowing how much money he has can he know what he should do next.

”11.4 billion!”

Lin Xuan slowly spoke about the disposable funds he could obtain by the end of January.

Among the 11.4 billion, the 500,000 S1 mobile phones in Han and Tang contributed 11.2 billion.

The remaining 200 million yuan in cash came from the funds accumulated by Hantang Glory generation mobile phones, Tangfeng chip platform, and electronic foundries.

The reason why more than 200 million funds were accumulated at the end of January is because the special funds for the new factory have been paid last month.

So starting from this January, Hantang Technology will not have any pressure to pay.

So starting from January, Lin Xuan will be able to freely control the nearly 200 million funds after the superposition of these three major profits!

More than 200 million funds plus 500,000 Hantang S1 mobile phones, so Lin Xuan has 11.4 billion disposable funds at the end of this month.

Thinking of this, Lin Xuan felt very sorry. It would have been better if the order had not been 500,000 rounds, but 1 million rounds.

In this case, Lin Xuan may have more than 20 billion disposable funds, and it will be much easier for Lin Xuan to solve the chip problem.

But it’s too late to say anything now, Lin Xuan needs to face the current problem, how to use this mere 11.2 billion to acquire a chip manufacturer.

Then use this insignificant money to improve the chip’s process technology, so that the chip’s process technology can reach 65 nanometers or 45 nanometers.

Finally produced the Hanfeng first-generation chip and a 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor!

In addition, Lin Xuan will also acquire Phoenix Company out of the 11.4 billion, buy their entire company, and then carry out modern enterprise transformation.

Finally create an advanced lens, and then solve the lens parts in the two core parts that are blocked!

Thinking of this, Lin Xuan started to work, so Hantang Technology Company was activated instantly, like a huge machine started to move.

At this time, the senior executives and core backbones of Hantang Technology Company were divided into several parts under the command of Lin Xuan, and they were carrying out their goals at the same time.

Some senior executives and backbones went to Phoenix Company for negotiations, and some senior executives and backbones went to Zhongxin International for share acquisition negotiations.

In addition, the senior key employees are also responsible for contacting other companies.

For example, lens companies or chip companies, see if they can make Hanfeng first-generation chips or provide 1 million non-mobile phone lenses.

It can be said that since the first day of the new year, the entire Han and Tang Dynasty technology has fallen into a state of high-speed rotation...

…

January 3, 2005.

When Hantang Technology fell into a state of high-speed spinning top, there was good news from Deutsche Vesch.

The good news is that they agreed to sell 1-megapixel photosensitive sensors for mobile phones to Hantang Technology, and are also willing to accept Hantang Technology’s customized photosensitive sensors.

After receiving the news, Hantang Technology jumped up with excitement in an instant, and countless employees cheered, with excited smiles on their faces.

The fact that Suoni Company suddenly ran out of stock of the 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor made them feel full of anger and worry!

And the employees responsible for contacting other lenses later heard news that they were unwilling to sell 1-megapixel photosensitive sensors when they contacted other companies, which made many people feel infinitely aggrieved.

This time Deutsche Cuisine is willing to sell a 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor, which means that the lens problem of the two core components that plagued the production of Hantang S1 mobile phones has been solved!

Getting this surprising news, how could the employees not cheer, how could they jump up unhappily, with excited expressions on their faces?

But at this time, Lin Xuan’s face was not too happy, because only one of the two major components that plagued the production of Hantang S1 mobile phones was solved.

The core and most important second-generation chip of Hanfeng is still a big problem, but no matter what, having a mobile phone lens is a good thing after all.

Although Lin Xuan is ready to acquire Phoenix Company, Deutsche Cuisine is willing to provide photosensitive sensors and let Hantang Technology customize the style of photosensitive sensors.

That means that Lin Xuan can first use the photosensitive sensor from Deutsche Cuisine to respond to emergencies. Anyway, it is a customized photosensitive sensor. In the future, Lin Xuan will replace it with his own company’s lens.

So Lin Xuan personally made an overseas phone call to contact the top president of the German cuisine company.

After nearly a day of meetings in German and repeated breaks, the two parties finally reached a consensus.

That is, Lin Xuan will customize a 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor from Deutsche Vees and a total of 1 million corresponding customized lenses, which can make 1 million Hantang S1 mobile phones.

In addition, it is worth mentioning that because the 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor and the lens of the mobile phone are customized, the price is naturally relatively high.

So Deutsche Cuisine’s 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor and the corresponding customized lenses, the final comprehensive purchase cost reached more than 80 yuan!

The purchase price of a 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor and custom lenses has reached more than 80 yuan, and the purchase cost is naturally very high.

Compared with the purchase cost of the 1-megapixel photosensitive sensor and the lens purchased by Lin Xuan from Suoni Company, it is more than 20 yuan more expensive!
