Chapter 168 Start with Huayun Microelectronics! (Add another chapter for (You amazed my time)!

That old man will also become a joke in Daxia and even the whole world, so don’t disappoint that old man’s expectations!

If you really can’t fulfill the ”beautiful vision” you promised and make the old man’s support for you a joke, then I will never let you go! ”

Looking at Secretary He who looked at him with serious eyes, Lin Xuan only felt a burst of deep responsibility and pressure.

At this time, he seemed to see an old man looking forward to him.

The old man has bet on his official career for him, and has bet his whole life on his reputation to fully support him.

Faced with this kind of trust, does Lin Xuan have anything to say? No!

With deep emotion and boundless fighting spirit in his heart, Lin Xuan turned to look at Secretary He and said:

”Don’t worry, no matter what, in a year at the latest, I will definitely let Huayun Microelectronics’ process technology reach 45 nanometers and mass-produce it!

I will lead Huayun Microelectronics to become the world’s largest chip foundry, and I will never disappoint that old man’s expectations! ”

”That would be great.”

Receiving Lin Xuan’s promise, Secretary He also showed a happy smile, because he felt the strong determination in Lin Xuan’s eyes!

It was a kind of determination to ”not break Loulan forever”, and he liked the serious eyes very much.

At this time, he also hoped that Lin Xuan could realize what he said.

If Lin Xuan can do it, then Lin Xuan is really the hero of the country!

During the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a certain general once said that ”Mr. Qian is worthy of a ”division””.

If Lin Xuan can really do it, then Lin Xuan is the modern version of ”worthy of a ”teacher”!

So while he was looking forward to it in his heart, he also blessed Lin Xuan, hoping that Lin Xuan could do what he said.

Just like that, Lin Xuan checked the contract carefully, and after confirming that there were no problems, Lin Xuan signed his name!

So far, Huayun Microelectronics has been successfully acquired by Lin Xuanyong!

So far, Lin Xuan owns Huayun Microelectronics, the largest asset in his hand, the largest number of employees, and the largest industrial chain!

After signing the contract, Lin Xuan did not hesitate at all. At this time, he quickly accompanied Secretary Chen on the plane, and then went straight to Wuxi!

Soon the next morning.

Accompanied by Secretary He, Lin Xuan met with a group of middle-level executives of Huayun Microelectronics Company. Not long after the power transfer was completed.

In the afternoon of that day, Lin Xuan officially held a staff meeting!

At this time, thousands of employees gathered in the company’s volleyball court, although there were only a few thousand people at this time.

But because Huayun Microelectronics has the same chip industry chain as Zhongxin International.

They also have a complete industrial chain from the beginning of silicon mining to the final packaging and testing of finished chip products!

Since it is a complete industrial chain, the number of people involved is naturally huge, so the total number of employees of Huayun Microelectronics has reached nearly 20,000!

So although there are only a few thousand people here, they actually pass through scattered TV sets or radios scattered all over the place.

In fact, nearly 20,000 people are listening to the movement of this all-hands meeting!

”Next, we invite Mr. Lin Xuan, the new boss of Huayun Microelectronics, to speak for us.”

As the host’s words fell to the ground, there was warm applause at the scene.

This applause is completely different from when Lin Xuan first took over Hantang Technology.

Obviously at this time Lin Xuan is no longer a small person, his name has been known to many people in the country.

Even Huayun Microelectronics, a company that has no business contact with Lin Xuan, when they heard that he became the new boss of the company, people still welcomed him.

At this time, many employees felt complicated after hearing that the company had changed bosses and that the boss was no longer Huayun Capital.

Because they don’t have a strong backer behind them, and their jobs are no longer iron rice bowls, they are naturally a little uneasy.

But it was the legendary boss who thought of buying Huayun Microelectronics this time.

Empress Lin Xuan, the boss of the Hantang Technology Company who created a series of miracles, although they were a little uneasy, they were not too panicked.

Because Lin Xuan has already shown how powerful he is through his previous record!

Maybe Huayun will become stronger in his hands, even surpassing Zhongxin International, the current leader in the domestic chip foundry industry.

Amidst their apprehension, they applauded apprehensively.

The applause contains anxiety, anticipation, curiosity, expectation...

There are all kinds of emotions, and there are all kinds of life, here are just a few.

Just like that, amidst the applause, Lin Xuan slowly walked to the center of the stage, and then looked at the dark crowd in front of him.

At this time, it is estimated that many people can’t see his face clearly, but fortunately there is a huge projection cloth on the stage.

So even if there are thousands of people, people can still see what he looks like, his expression, and his gestures through the projection cloth.

”I believe many people already know that last night, Huayun Microelectronics was resold to me at a price of 10 billion.

For this reason, I feel anxious, excited, and stressed.

Because the predecessor of Huayun Microelectronics is Huajing, it was a chip factory that Daxia had hoped for at the beginning.

It can be said that this factory once shouldered the important task of making the semiconductor industry rise...

Now that I have acquired this company, I will inherit the long-cherished wish of my ancestors, and I will lead this company to realize its original dream! ”

As Lin Xuan’s words fell to the ground, there was warm applause at the scene!

Thousands of people heard Lin Xuan’s words and heard Lin Xuan’s passionate patriotism, and they applauded excitedly!

At the same time, it was not only here that applauded, including the 20,000 employees of Huayun Microelectronics who listened to Lin Xuan’s speeches on TV or radio from time to time, also applauded.

“Since ancient times, it has been said that there are three fires for a new official to take office. When I took over Hantang Technology Company, I set three institutional strategies.

The first is that the wages of my employees will increase by 10%, which is still valid! ”

As Lin Xuan smashed down a honey, there was another warm applause at the scene!

This applause was more enthusiastic than the previous applause, after all, Lin Xuan gave them a raise.

Naturally, they have nothing to say about this, and can only express their excitement with excited applause.

”Is this the second fire? Starting today, Huayun Microelectronics will change its name to Hantang Semiconductor, let us abandon the burden of the past, and start to create a new brilliance...”

Many applauding people in the audience heard Lin Xuan say that he would give up the name of Huayun Microelectronics.

After Huayun Microelectronics was renamed Hantang Semiconductor, they were silent for a long time, feeling a little lost in their hearts.

Are you going to be forced to change your name again?

After Huajing was acquired, it changed its name to Huayun Microelectronics, and then changed its name to Hantang Semiconductor...

I don’t know how long this journey will last. At this time, many old employees feel a little lost.

But no matter what, many employees applauded again, but this time the applause was a little sparse.

Lin Xuan was silent about this, and then slowly said:

”Is this the third fire? It is to implement the same free learning policy as Hantang Technology!

In the next half a month, I will hire professors and teachers one after another, so that everyone can learn various professional knowledge before or after get off work!

Let every employee, no matter who they are, even the sweeping aunt, she can grow through learning knowledge, and get a class transition through learning!

I guarantee that all employees of Hantang Semiconductor will enjoy the same free learning treatment as Hantang Technology. ”

As Lin Xuan’s words fell to the ground, there was another warm applause at the scene.

They also know about the news that Hantang Technology has trained a doctor-level employee, more than 10 employees with college education, and more than 100 employees with technical secondary school education.

At this time, the employees trained by Hantang Technology have improved a lot compared to when Feng Yuansi and the others came last time.

Especially Chen Ke, the technical director of Hantang Technology, after Ni Guangnan admitted that he has a doctoral level of knowledge.

This incident was naturally reported by interested reporters, and it became an anecdote circulating in the streets and alleys of Daxia.

For this reason, some people joked that Hantang Technology is not an enterprise at all, it is actually a school, and its employees are actually students!

Of course, most people just laughed at this sentence, but they remembered that Hantang Technology is indeed cultivating employees with heart, rather than playing tricks.

So many young people’s first employment goal is to go to Hantang Science and Technology for internship and work there.

Regardless of whether you can make money or not, it’s good to learn some skills there, because it doesn’t cost money anyway.

So the employees who knew something at this time naturally responded with warm applause, which was even warmer than Lin Xuan’s announcement of a 10% salary increase.

After all, this is something that will change their lives, so they naturally want to use more enthusiastic applause to express their excitement.

After a long time, when the applause gradually subsided, Lin Xuan slightly raised his hand.

In an instant, the applause below went out instantly, so Lin Xuan said slowly:

“As a new boss, next I will form a modern company reorganization working group, and then carry out company modernization.

Some bad rules and habits will be abandoned, and then some new rules will be adopted. I hope everyone will be mentally prepared. ”

”Okay, we support.”

”Yes, support.”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s words, ordinary employees naturally applauded to express their support.

Huayun Microelectronics does have some omissions and bad habits, and they have been slandering them for a long time.

At this time, Lin Xuan’s words naturally won their approval. Regarding this, some men with big bellies turned pale.

But no matter what, what should be done is done!

As the applause gradually subsided, Lin Xuan spoke out about the company’s next development direction, that is to say, what he wants to do, what he wants to do in the future!

”I don’t know how many employees know that our Hantang Technology Hanfeng first-generation chip and second-generation chip supply have been cut off?”

Following Lin Xuan’s words, many people at the scene raised their hands one after another, expressing that they knew about this matter. At this time, what they saw was densely packed hands.
