Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 32: Ni Guangnan
Chapter 32 Ni Guangnan

Just chasing after the **** behind others, so that we can almost never surpass the former.

After all, they have been running ahead of schedule for decades. Why should we surpass others’ efforts of dozens or hundreds of years in just a few years or ten years? ! ”

Looking at the instantly silent scene, Lin Xuan sighed and said:

”If you want to avoid chasing after others, if you want to take a detour to surpass others, you must see clearly what the future development direction is, and then focus on this development direction, that is, run in small steps to quickly surpass others!

As for how to quickly reach the end point of manufacturing a powerful country, in fact, many people have already vaguely known the future direction by summarizing history books.

Among them, as long as you have read the history of modern scientific development, you will know that there is one thing in the development of modern science that is the most terrifying to the advancement of technology and industry.

And many people can vaguely see from their hearts that this thing is not simple, and many people have even started to work hard in this direction, such as a certain German power and the American Empire.

Then what exactly is this thing, yes, it is a chip! ”

When it comes to chips, Lin Xuan sighed deeply. There is no compromise on chips. Chips are truly high-tech.

For example, in the Wassenaar Agreement, chip-related technologies and equipment are the key items to be blocked.

Chips are the real embodiment of a country’s strength. You can slowly develop ordinary products through various means, and even if you don’t have the top-level ones, you can use lower-level ones.

But you can’t copy things like chips even if you want to, because if you can’t make them, you can’t make them. How can you copy things that are a few nanometers or tens of nanometers small?

Sighing deeply, Lin Xuan slowly spoke out about the importance of chips, hoping that Daxia would pay more attention to the chip field.

”We don’t have any shortcuts for things like chips. We can use the technology developed by others for ordinary home appliances and equipment, and at worst pay some patent fees.

But how do we manufacture such sophisticated things as chips? The set of things including chip design and production is too huge, and it is not something that you can introduce if you want to.

Project 531, Project 908, and Project 909 all ended in failure, and the only result was Huahong, who didn’t know which rank it ranked in. It can be said that there were very few results.

So the idea of buying is not as good as making it. Although Zhongxin International successfully broke through 90 nanometers last year, it seems to surpass the effect of Project 909 in terms of results.

But Zhongxin International and the others are actually successful people who look huge but are very weak inside.

Because their production equipment and technology are purchased from other people’s technical equipment, when foreign countries find that Zhongxin International has an uncontrollable trend of rising.

As long as the supply of Zhongxin International’s production equipment, such as photolithography machines, etching machines, ion implanters, etc., is a little stuck, Zhongxin International will face disaster! ”

After a pause, Lin Xuan sighed and said:

”The chip is a national important weapon, and no country will sell this kind of national important weapon to you, no matter how much money you give them, they will not sell it.

And don’t forget that the Wassenaar Agreement explicitly prohibits advanced chip technology and production equipment from entering Daxia.

So even if they sell it, they will only sell third-rate and fourth-rate equipment and technology, or the production equipment that I will successfully develop in Daxia.

Using this to suppress my Daxia R&D and production equipment company, so that the company’s equipment has not been sold, and it has to face a huge investment and lose everything.

So in the end, we will find that no one can be relied on after going around. There are shortcuts to become a manufacturing power, but there are no shortcuts in chip R&D and manufacturing, so in the end we still have to rely on self-research and self-improvement! ”

”Papa...”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s conclusion, everyone applauded in agreement.

Chips have been opened up in Daxia decades ago to now, do those powerful countries have open technologies? Have they extended an olive branch to Daxia? No!

Even if Daxia gave them money, they would not sell it. Instead, they used various treaties to restrict the flow of chip manufacturing equipment into Daxia.

At this time, this young man named Lin Xuan made people realize what Daxia should do if it wants to become a manufacturing powerhouse, and what aspects should be strengthened in the next step through exquisite language.

Everyone also learned from Lin Xuan’s words that if they want to become a production powerhouse in the future, then chips must not pass the hurdle.

After all, the development trend of world science and technology in the past few decades is indeed as Lin Xuan said, chips are becoming more and more closely integrated with machinery.

The future development direction is the deep integration of chips and machinery, and even chips and other things. Among them, chips undoubtedly play a key role and can even be said to be the core.

So chips will become an unavoidable hurdle, which can be said to be the core of everything. If Daxia wants to become a production powerhouse, then it must focus on supporting the chip industry!

So starting from Lin Xuan’s words, Daxia has another reason to vigorously develop chips.

So many practitioners in the electronics or Internet industry applauded Lin Xuan, because Lin Xuan was calling for chips, which is good for them, so many people also applauded Lin Xuan.

”Well said, it can be said that the importance of the chip is clearly explained.”

”That’s right, the little guy has a lot of knowledge, and his thinking is very clear. To be honest, it broke my impression that young people are reckless and ignorant.”

”Young man is not bad. I wonder if you have plans to work in our company. I would like to give you the position of vice president.”

”thank you all.”

Looking at the sound of applause and greetings to myself, Lin Xuan clapped my hands, and then looked at the elderly members of the jury and those representatives.

”Thank you, everyone, the above is my speech.”

At this time, an old man in the selection team looked at Lin Xuan and asked:

”Is your name Lin Xuan? You mentioned Industry 4.0 before and I am very interested. I wonder if you would like to talk about Industry 4.0 in your mouth here.”

After the old man finished asking, there were also subtle discussions near Lin Xuan.

”Who is this man?”

”Don’t you know the famous Xia Ke Academy Ni Lao?”

”Old Ni from Xiake Academy? Who is it? I haven’t heard of it.”

”Old Ni is the Ni Guangnan of the conscience of the US Emperor!”

”It turned out to be that great god. I said how can he sit on the rostrum? If he is an academician of the Xia Ke Academy, he is qualified.”

Listening to the voices of discussion in his ear, Lin Xuan focused his attention on Ni Guangnan, who knew Lao Ni very well.

After all, when the US empire interrupted the chip, Ni Lao’s original voice and heartbroken words seemed so correct.

But it is a pity that people with discerning eyes cannot win against capitalists after all, so countless people in later generations are very sorry, and countless people sigh deeply.

If the US Emperor’s conscience could support Mr. Ni’s research and development of independent intellectual property chips, then...

Thank you Nuofeng for the reward of 100 book coins.

Thank you for the monthly pass.

Thank you guys for your votes! In addition, the ranking of the new book list has dropped now, brothers who have votes, let’s support it.

In order to thank the brothers for their support, this time I will still repay everyone’s support at four times.
