Chapter 1 The Strongest Copycat King System (recommendation ticket for new book)

”Mr. Lin, after you sign this share inheritance agreement, you will inherit 100% of the shares. From then on, you will be the chairman of Hantang Company.”

In a plain office, a young lawyer wearing glasses put a document in front of Lin Xuan.

Regarding this, Lin Xuan naturally picked up the share inheritance agreement and read it carefully. It was the inheritance left to him after his ”cheap dad” died eight days ago.

Lin Xuan is a bit unfamiliar with his ”cheap dad”. After all, he just traveled or was reborn back to the year 2004, and he just thought he could become a rich second generation and live a ”happy” life.

In the end, he heard the news that his father had unfortunately died of illness.

There is no other way, he just acted like a filial son with a dazed expression, then knelt in the mourning hall for a few days, meeting countless relatives and friends who came to the mourning hall to mourn.

It took a full eight days. After the first seven days, he didn’t have time to do other things until he was buried in the soil. That’s why the scene in front of him happened.

”It’s finally time to harvest.”

Although you can’t become the rich second generation and live the dream life of beauties, luxury cars, and clubs every night, it’s still a good start to inherit a company out of thin air.

So he looked at the relevant materials of this company and the total amount of property he acquired.

Judging from the results, Lin Xuan inherited very little cash from his father, only less than 2 million in cash.

But he inherited a large villa in the wealthy area of Rongcheng, plus a Mercedes-Benz official car.

This is everything Lin Xuan has inherited except the company.

Nodding lightly, Lin Xuan, who was quite satisfied, lowered his head and continued to look at other legacy.

Lin Xuan inherited only one company, that is Hantang Technology Company.

Hantang Technology Co., Ltd., as its name suggests, is a technology company. It is currently mainly engaged in the terminal manufacturing and sales of mobile phones.

Although its company strength does not rank among the top 30 in the national mobile phone industry, it is only a small mobile phone company.

But it still has a good reputation in Rongcheng and nearby counties, even in Sichuan Province.

From the establishment and production of Hantang Technology in March 2003 last year to April 2004, it has sold more than 100,000 mobile phones in more than a year.

On average, it sells 6,600 mobile phones per month. It can be said that it is well-known in Sichuan Province, but in this era, it is only a small company that sells 100,000 mobile phones a year.

Because now, from 2000 to the present, Bodao mobile phone, which has continuously won the sales champion of domestic mobile phones, sold 11.75 million units in 2003, which is 117 times that of Han and Tang mobile phones!

Lowering his head, Lin Xuan looked at other details of the company.

When this company was established last year, the initial investment reached more than 30 million, which can be said to have a very good foundation.

Because his father was engaged in the real estate industry before, he suddenly gave up the real estate industry for some reason last year.

Sold most of the shares in the real estate company and established a mobile phone company, which is the Hantang Technology Company.

Facts have proved that his father did have a certain vision. After the company was established, it became a pig on the wind. It caught the wind of the times and developed smoothly.

You must know that before 1999, mobile phones were dominated by foreign brands, but since 2000, the domestic mobile phone industry has developed rapidly.

From the small steps in 2000 to the peak period in 2003, domestic mobile phone manufacturers led by Bird and TLC officially defeated foreign mobile phone manufacturers.

At the peak of domestic mobile phones, that is, in 2003, the market share exceeded 50%, which can be said to completely crush foreign mobile phones.

But the result is naturally a devastating crush soon!

The sales volume of domestic mobile phones has crushed foreign brand mobile phones, and it has also successfully attracted all foreign mobile phone brands to focus on Daxia.

The focus is on this booming 1.3 billion blue ocean market, but they just put in a little effort, and the domestic brands are naturally wiped out!

Counting down the mobile phone brands that can really survive in the knock-off era, it can be said that none of them really exist!

Because the domestic mobile phone manufacturers are used to the one-stop solution provided by Lianfa MTK, they are used to opening their mouths and reaching out for their meals, so they have no intention of developing their own core technology at all.

So in the face of the era of smart phones that require large investment and upgrades to complete industrial transformation.

In the end, we can only usher in the end of total annihilation. This is the end of not having our own core technology, or being lazy by others!

Withdrawing all kinds of thoughts, Lin Xuan lowered his head and carefully looked at various details in the contract.

After carefully reviewing and confirming that there was nothing wrong with the share inheritance agreement, Lin Xuan also signed his name with ease and happily, and pressed his fingerprint.

Since then, Lin Xuan has also officially become the chairman of this company, and successfully bought a mobile phone company with a current market value of more than 40 million!

Of course, this 40 million mobile phone company is just a joke, a small mobile phone company.

You must know that last year, Bodao Company invested a terrifying 258 million yuan in advertising fees!

Only the investment in advertising costs can buy 6.4 Han and Tang mobile phones. This is the strength of the NO.1 champion in domestic mobile phone sales!

So Lin Xuan’s road is very far away. Although he inherited a company with a market value of more than 40 million yuan, this strength is just a joke in front of the real boss.

If the boss wants to crush him, he only needs to squeeze him lightly, and he can crush Hantang Company to death!

”Mr. Lin, my work is finished. If you need help with legal business, you can call me at any time.”

The lawyer in front bent slightly and handed a business card to Lin Xuan. Lin Xuan also stood up and took the business card solemnly.

This lawyer named Tang Ke is not bad. He didn’t play any tricks on his share inheritance. It can be said that he is a trustworthy lawyer.

He is destined to be engaged in the business of technology companies in the future, and he will have to deal with lawyers, although in the future, when his company grows, he will definitely set up his own legal department.

But before that, he still needs to establish a good relationship with other lawyers, in case there is any legal matter that he can ask for help.

So this lawyer named Tang Ke was recognized by Lin Xuan, and was selected by Lin Xuan as his first choice in legal aspects.

”Click.”

The sound of the door closing sounded, and at this time Lin Xuan finally had the energy to do other things.

At this moment, he withdrew his gaze towards the door, then lowered his head and murmured:

”System?!”

The moment he just signed his name and pressed his handprints, a mysterious voice sounded in his mind, and then something called the system found him.

But because lawyer Tang Ke didn’t have time to check it, so he could only delay it for a while.

At this time, lawyer Tang Ke finally walked out of the room, and Lin Xuan finally had time to see what this so-called system was.
