Chapter 25: Triple play? ! (Part 2)
Chapter 25 Triple play? ! (Part 2)

There was a faint smile on the corner of his mouth, Lin Xuan said with a smile:

“Although the Internet seems to be just a network connecting computers, the Internet is actually related to the fourth industrial revolution and can be said to be the cornerstone of Industry 4.0.”

”Oh…”

Hearing that Lin Xuan described the Internet as influencing the 4th industrial revolution and being the cornerstone of Industry 4.0, everyone showed curious expressions.

This is the first time they heard about the concept of Industry 4.0, and it was also the first time they heard someone associate the Internet with the fourth industrial revolution.

But at this time, Lin Xuan had a faint smile on his mouth, but he didn’t talk about how the Internet is related to the fourth industrial revolution, or how the Internet is the cornerstone of Industry 4.0.

Seeing Lin Xuan smiling and quickly shifting the topic and focus to other directions, many people present gritted their teeth with hatred for Lin Xuan’s vileness.

But there is no way, Lin Xuan has already spoken, so they can only listen quietly.

”The current internet speed is too slow, which has seriously hindered the subsequent economic development of Daxia. Although all the products of the Internet are based on virtual things, it seems that the impact on the real society is minimal.

At present, the only impact on reality, or the impact on the whole society is the online shopping model.

But because online shopping is not popular enough and its influence range is not large enough, these effects are not obvious enough. ”

Hearing that Lin Xuan actually talked about online shopping, the old horse in the front row took a serious look at Lin Xuan, wanting to hear Lin Xuan’s unique views and insights on the Internet and online shopping.

But at this time, Lin Xuan changed the subject again, which immediately made the old horse grit his teeth with hatred.

”Then let’s go back to the essential purpose of the topic first, that is how to make the Daxia Internet develop faster under the condition of insufficient funds, and meet the needs of the people who need faster Internet speed.”

When someone heard Lin Xuan’s words, everyone’s eyes lit up.

Looking at this young man, is there any way this young man can solve the current problems in the telecommunications industry?

The middle-aged man Yang Fei on the side saw this scene, and he immediately regretted it.

Looking at Lin Xuan’s self-confidence, he seems to have done something wrong. He shouldn’t have handed the microphone to Lin Xuan. As a result, this behavior has made Lin Xuan a success, giving Lin Xuan a chance to stand out.

”Damn it!”

After realizing this, he immediately regretted it very much. At this moment, he wished to cut off his own hand. It was this **** hand that allowed this young man to take this opportunity to show off!

At this time, Lin Xuan also spoke slowly:

“As for how to solve the problem of insufficient Internet speed, that is, insufficient bandwidth, I have a suggestion, that is triple play!”

”Triple play?”

Hearing Lin Xuan put forward the concept of triple play, many practitioners in the telecommunications industry, even the Internet industry and the communication industry were shocked and sighed in their hearts.

What a brilliant idea!

Although Lin Xuan didn’t say which triple network is the triple play, they naturally know which triple play is the triple play.

These three networks refer to the cable television network, the telecommunications network, and the Internet backbone network respectively.

These three major networks are the three major networks of Daxia. Among them, the telecommunications network and the cable TV network have a long history and have a huge number of users, followed by the Internet backbone network.

The Internet backbone network was officially established in 1994, that is, after Daxia was officially connected to the Internet, it was officially constructed. It has been nearly 10 years so far.

Although the coverage rate and scope are far inferior to the previous cable TV network or even the larger telecommunication network, with more than ten years of construction, it is also the third largest network in Daxia!

So the three big networks have huge resources.

If these three major networks can really be integrated, it means that the current network bandwidth can be increased several times out of thin air without large-scale basic investment, that is, digging long pits and burying optical fibers!

The cost paid is only the replacement of switches and other equipment, or even without replacement, just adding a set of triple play equipment can increase the network bandwidth several times or even more than ten times out of thin air!

So once the three-network integration is successful, Daxia’s network speed will be increased several times out of thin air, and its bandwidth will be increased by more than ten times out of thin air. This is a genius idea!

Many people who understood this amazing idea looked at Lin Xuan in shock, looking at this young man who looked no older than twenty!

At this time, the conscientious Boss Liu of the United States could not help but praise Lin Xuan:

“This triple play is indeed an amazing idea.”

At this time, the male host also asked a timely question for the people who were confused:

”I don’t know what the integration of the three networks means?”

The words of the male host asked the question in the hearts of many people present.

After all, not everyone is a practitioner in the telecommunications industry and the Internet and communications industry. They don’t know what triple play means.

The conscientious Boss Liu, who was asked about it, did not hide it. He slowly introduced:

“The integration of the three networks refers to the idea of combining the telecommunications network, the cable TV network, and the Internet backbone network, so that the Internet bandwidth can be doubled without large-scale infrastructure construction.”

Speaking of which, the conscience of Meidi looked at the vice president of a certain letter company and said:

”Mr. He, if I remember correctly, the construction of the Internet backbone network should cost the most in infrastructure construction, right?”

The vice president of a certain letter who was asked nodded slightly and said:

”That’s right, in the investment of the Internet backbone network, the investment in infrastructure construction is very large, accounting for nearly 70% of the total investment, of which the cost of switches for operating fulcrums, personnel and business hall construction, etc. does not exceed 30%.

The triple play is a good idea. If the triple play is really successful, it can increase the current bandwidth by dozens of times without a large investment.

The result shown is that the network speed can be increased several times out of thin air, and it may easily reach the network speed of 4M to 8M. ”

”I see.”

The male host heard the words of Boss Liu and Boss XXin, and he immediately understood what the triple play represented. Once the triple play is really successful, how much money can be saved and how much the network speed will be improved.

So he turned to look at Lin Xuan in admiration and said:

”Thank you very much for this gentleman who proposed the concept of triple network integration. This idea of triple play can be said to be very suitable for my current predicament of lack of funds and want to quickly increase the network speed in Daxia.

If this idea of triple play can be implemented after theoretical verification, then your suggestion may change the development of Daxia Internet, so we are very grateful for your suggestion,”

The second update, there will be two more 4000 words later!
