Chapter 16 Company Expansion! (Part 3, please recommend tickets)

The profit of one or two yuan does not seem to be much, but when the number of products increases, the profit of one or two yuan will definitely shock people.

Although it’s only one or two yuan, maybe after the amount of one or two yuan is added up, it may be able to support the wages and benefits of workers.

Speaking of wages, Lin Xuan looked at the current data on the number of workers in Hantang Technology Company.

Now the number of workers in Lin Xuan’s mobile phone production department has increased from more than 500 to more than 700. This is the skilled worker that Lin Xuan recruited simultaneously during this period.

Now Lin Xuan is recruiting directly skilled workers who have been working for several years, and those newbie temporary workers who have just graduated, honestly Lin Xuan is not willing to recruit.

After all, what Lin Xuan needs now is stability rather than lower wage costs, so the more than 200 workers are all skilled workers ”recruited” from other factories.

Because Lin Xuan’s salary is about 10% higher than other factories, plus there are free skills training courses, five social insurances and one housing fund, air-conditioned dormitory rooms, free three meals and other benefits, so many skilled workers are excited. .

In less than a month, Lin Xuan recruited more than 200 skilled workers through various means.

For this, other electronics factory owners and managers naturally hated it, but there was no way to stop them from leaving.

Because in order to avoid responsibilities such as five insurances and social insurance, many ordinary skilled workers did not sign contracts, and naturally there is no such thing as liquidated damages.

Their only constraint on workers is half a month’s wages or one month’s wages that workers put in the factory.

So when those workers really wanted to leave, they couldn’t stop them even if they wanted to.

Because it’s a big deal, you don’t want that month’s salary. What can you do in the face of this situation?

And in this case, if you don’t pay the salary, then they will sue the relevant agency as soon as they report it, and they will guarantee that you will pay several times the salary back!

Moreover, these factories avoid paying five social insurances and social insurances and signing contracts in order to save money, and they will also face a huge fine.

So many bosses and managers of electronics factories secretly hate Hantang mobile phones for disrupting the situation.

But they could only look at the Hantang mobile phone factory but had no choice but to watch the backbone of their factory run into Lin Xuan’s factory in front of them.

Looking down and continuing to look at the data, besides the factory workers, Lin Xuan also has a huge salary target, which is the sales staff.

Lin Xuan’s Hantang Mobile Phone Company had more than 30 salespeople before, and now these 30 plus more than 200 newly recruited salespeople, the entire Hantang Company currently has more than 230 salespeople.

Compared with ordinary workers, the observable initiative of the sales staff will determine whether the sales are successful, so the company adopts a wage model of salary plus commission for sales staff.

The more products they sell, the more money they make. On average, Lin Xuan’s average salary for sales staff has reached more than 2,000 yuan per person.

It can be said that the income of sales staff has far exceeded the income of many ordinary workers in mobile phone factories for a hard day.

But there is no other way. After all, the company can make a profit only when the salesperson sells the product. If the monetary reward is not enough, there will be a situation of grinding sheep.

It is very difficult for Lin Xuan to supervise those salespeople, unable to know how their work is going, unable to supervise whether they are serious about selling things, etc.

So in order for them to actively sell things, the rewards must be increased.

The consequence of increasing the rewards is that their wages are forced to exceed the income that ordinary workers can get after a hard day.

So on average for a month, Lin Xuan has to pay a salesperson more than 2,000 yuan, and the average here is the comprehensive average after averaging 230 people.

In other words, Lin Xuan’s salary expenditure for sales staff alone reached 460,000 yuan.

Adding the average salary of more than 700 production workers of 1,600 yuan, that is 1.12 million wage expenses.

The three-phase superposition of sales staff, ordinary workers, and finally the management team, Lin Xuan’s salary cost alone reached 1.58 million a month.

Combining all expenses such as specially inviting those masters to hold training classes, food, candy and fruit rewards during overtime work, water and electricity expenses, etc., Lin Xuan’s monthly fixed expenses alone reached 1.8 million costs.

Lin Xuan is now frantically recruiting workers, and it is expected to increase the original 700 workers to 1,000 workers.

In this way, everyone doesn’t have to work in three crazy shifts, after all, although the mobile phone factory in Han and Tang Dynasties claims to work in three shifts.

But in fact, on average, the total time of workers in the factory has reached 13 hours a day, so now the workers complain like this.

If there are 1,000 workers in a mobile phone factory, each worker only needs to work eight hours on average.

Of course, Lin Xuan also supports those who voluntarily work overtime for no more than 12 hours. Lin Xuan just gives them more choices.

If you want to work overtime, you can work overtime. If you don’t want to work overtime, you can work 8 hours honestly, and then go to play, rest, and study. Lin Xuan supports them in these behaviors.

But it’s too early to say these things, and the workers who can quickly collect the scrapes have already been scraped.

The recruitment of the remaining 300 workers will take some time, and it is estimated that the recruitment will be completed by the end of May.

In addition, Lin Xuan is not prepared to stop development and recruitment, after all, he has signed an order contract for five million mobile phone accessories.

Just relying on this factory with a maximum daily output of 6,000, a monthly output of 180,000, and an annual production capacity of 2.16 million units, it cannot afford to support the production of 5 million mobile phones.

So Lin Xuan plans to use the 5.5 million funds in his hands to expand the factory first, and then order mobile phone assembly production line equipment.

Although the cheapest production line equipment costs millions or even millions of dollars, Lin Xuan still expands according to the goal of monthly production of 1 million units.

Million mobile phones are produced per month, and 12 million units are produced annually. In actual calculation, the procurement cost of production equipment alone is estimated to be 80 to 90 million!

But Lin Xuan was not afraid of this figure of nearly 100 million. He doesn’t have 80 to 90 million now.

Not to mention 80 to 90 million, even 10 million in cash, he can’t come up with it, but the purchase of equipment does not have to be paid immediately.

Lin Xuan can give a deposit of more than one million for the purchase of equipment, and ask them to deliver the equipment, and then pay for the installation and commissioning.

During this period, Lin Xuan has a buffer period of one or two months, as long as he can get enough money during this period.

So the RMB 80,000,000, or 90,000,000 don’t need to be paid immediately, Lin Xuan can pay for it slowly, and the most important thing is that Lin Xuan can also borrow money from the bank mortgage company first, and pay it back slowly later.

Bank money is hard to borrow, but sometimes easy.

The third update is here, thank you brothers for your support!
