I'm Not Afraid of My Wife Being 30 Years Old, I'm Afraid of Her Knowing Everything

82: Don’t do that, I’ll help you in another way!Xia He usually wasn’t very afraid of thunder.

But tonight the thunder was exceptionally loud, with one explosive clap after another.

It made the large bed in the room tremble slightly.

Coupled with being in a completely unfamiliar environment, Xia He couldn’t sleep at all. That’s why she came out to find Jiang Hao, wanting him to come into the room to sleep and find comfort.

Of course.

Xia He wasn’t trying to use this as an excuse to do anything with Jiang Hao; she purely just wanted some psychological reassurance.

However, to her surprise,

As soon as she finished speaking, Jiang Hao picked her up by the waist and walked towards the room.

Her heart instantly tensed up to the extreme, and she quickly said to Jiang Hao:

”Xiao Hao, I asked you to come in because I was scared and couldn’t sleep. I, I didn’t mean anything else, please don’t do that, okay?”

What did Xia He mean by ”that”?

Jiang Hao, of course, knew.

She was just reminding him not to take advantage of the situation and ’eat’ her.

Jiang Hao wasn’t a eunuch; he was a vigorous young man.

How could he not have some thoughts sharing a room with such a beauty?

However,

Jiang Hao wasn’t someone who liked to force things, nor did he have any bad habits.

Such matters require cooperation from both sides for a better experience and intimacy.

Forcing it unilaterally would lose the inherent pleasure.

Jiang Hao carried Xia He into the room, placed her on the large bed, covered her with the blanket, and whispered:

”Don’t worry, I won’t take advantage of you. With me here, you can sleep soundly. You’ll definitely have a good dream tonight.”

Hearing Jiang Hao’s words, the nervous Xia He breathed a slight sigh of relief:

”I hope Xiao Hao is telling the truth and won’t do ’that’ to me. But if he really tries to do something, what should I do? Should I refuse or accept? It’s so agonizing!”

Xia He also had special feelings for Jiang Hao.

Otherwise, she wouldn’t have actively confirmed their relationship.

Nor would she have let Jiang Hao come into the room to accompany her.

But she was also worried if Jiang Hao really tried to do something, she wouldn’t know what to do.

”If Xiao Hao really wants to do ’that,’ I’ll just go along with it. Anyway, I’ve already acknowledged him, and giving myself to him is a matter of time. But is this progress a bit too fast...?”

Just as Xia He was lost in thought, Jiang Hao said to her:

”Go to sleep early. We have important things to do tomorrow. Good night.”

The nervous Xia He quietly replied:

”Okay, good night!”

Xia He clutched the blanket around her, shrinking motionlessly in the covers, not daring to make a sound.

Time passed minute by minute.

Several minutes passed, and Jiang Hao made no movement.

Over twenty minutes passed, and Jiang Hao began to snore.

Half an hour passed, Jiang Hao turned over and continued to snore.

Seeing that Jiang Hao seemed to be asleep, Xia He’s tense heart gradually relaxed, and she also drifted off to sleep.

She didn’t know how much time had passed.

Suddenly, several low voices came from the room.

”Mmm, Xiao Hao, I’m a little cold, hug me...”

”Xiao Hao, why is your hand down there, it’s pressing against me...”

”Ah, Xiao Hao, don’t, don’t be like this, I’ll help you in another way...”

...The night quickly passed.

The next morning.

When Jiang Hao woke up, Xia He was lying in his arms, her face flushed.

She seemed to have had a wonderful dream, a sweet smile on her face, very cute.

Thinking of what had unintentionally happened last night, Jiang Hao felt delighted:

”Heh, even though we didn’t go all the way, I still felt the softness of her hands. Although her technique was stiff, with more practice, it will get better. Hmm, I’ll have to let her learn some new skills when I get the chance, that’ll be interesting.”

Not long after.

Xia He also woke up.

Seeing Jiang Hao’s mischievous smile, and recalling what happened last night, she was incredibly shy and quickly pulled the blanket over her head:

”Xiao Hao, can you get up and wash up first? I, I want to lie down a bit longer!”

Jiang Hao knew that Xia He was deliberately saying this to hide her shyness.

”Alright, then I’ll go wash up first and have the hotel send up breakfast. It’s not too late for you to get up when breakfast arrives.”

After Jiang Hao finished speaking, he got up and went to wash up.

After Jiang Hao left the room, Xia He poked her head out from under the covers and looked outside, breathing a slight sigh of relief:

”Good thing Xiao Hao didn’t push his luck last night, otherwise I would already be his woman now.”

Thinking of this, Xia He actually felt a hint of regret, and her delicate brows furrowed slightly:

”How could I have such a thought? Do I secretly wish he would be more proactive? Oh dear...”

After Jiang Hao finished washing up, he ordered two breakfasts from the hotel.

Not long after.

Xia He also got up and washed.

Looking at Xia He’s rosy, pretty face, Jiang Hao noticed she seemed to have a different kind of charm about her.

Hmm.

The charm of a mature woman.

Something that wasn’t there before.

As soon as Xia He finished washing up, her phone rang. She checked the caller ID, frowned slightly, and said to Jiang Hao:

”Xiao Hao, it’s that Gambling Addict Stepfather calling. They should be in Chengdu now. Should I answer?”

Jiang Hao thought for a moment and told Xia He:

”Tell them to take a taxi to the hospital themselves, then tell them we’ll have lunch together. After we decide on a restaurant, send them the location and have them come over themselves.”

Seeing Jiang Hao say this, Xia He nodded:

”Okay, I’ll tell them that.”

Xia He tapped the answer button and picked up the call:

”Speak, what is it?”

Xia He’s tone was very unfriendly; it was clear she had extreme disdain for her Gambling Addict Stepfather.

Upon hearing Xia He’s words, the other party shouted from the other end of the phone:

”Didn’t I tell you to pick us up from the station and take us to the hospital? Where are you?”

Xia He told the other party:

”I’m busy today. You guys take a taxi to the hospital yourselves. We’ll have lunch together at noon; I’ll send you the address then.”

Seeing that Xia He wasn’t coming to pick them up, the other party immediately got angry:

”What? You scoundrel, you’re not coming to pick us up? Are you rebelling? You come to the station right now, and bring tens of thousands of yuan, otherwise I’ll make you regret it.”

If it were in the past, Xia He would have felt somewhat flustered and scared hearing that voice.

But with Jiang Hao by her side now, she felt completely confident.

She snorted coldly into the phone:

”Don’t think you can threaten me. I have no blood relation to you, and I haven’t spent a single penny of yours. Why should I pay for your hospital visit? You’re dreaming. I’ll send you the address later; come or don’t come, it’s up to you.”

After Xia He finished speaking, she hung up the phone directly and said with dissatisfaction:

”Before, I tolerated it for my mother’s sake. Now that my mother is gone, he still wants to boss me around? What does he think he is?”

The other party kept calling back, but Xia He hung up every time.

Jiang Hao hugged Xia He, cheering her on:

”Let’s not bother with such people. Even if it goes through legal procedures, he has no chance of winning. Ignore him, let’s eat breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll go out.”

Xia He asked Jiang Hao curiously upon hearing this:

”Where to?”

Jiang Hao didn’t hide it from Xia He:

”To buy you a car for getting around!”
