Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 682: To Be Healed Or Not To Be Healed

When PotionHoarder repeated the words that were uttered by Xu Feng, his body shuddered.

Courtesy of your generosity.

This last phrase alone might not have meant anything if one remained unaware of the situation.

However, precisely because PotionHoarder had come to an understanding that Eclipse Nova possessed abnormal and crazy skills that made him feel afraid.

”What do you mean by my generosity?” PotionHoarder shouted in fear.

”Oh, thatʼs because Iʼm going to heal.” Xu Feng chuckled and proceeded to heal himself. As he received a boost in healing and health points started to recover, the same could not be said for PotionHoarder.

Although feeling zero pain whatsoever, PotionHoarder noticed his health points were rapidly dropping.

”How are my health points dropping?” His eyes widened in disbelief. His barrier was still active after recovering his mana to defend against the two summoned creaturesʼ attack, so where was he losing health from?

”Let me answer that for you. According to the Divine World, your health points dropped without any reason usually means your intelligence is terrible or your brain cells are fleeing to migrate to another person.” Xu Feng replied.

”...”

Without a doubt, PotionHoarder would truly be a fool to believe his ridiculous reasoning.

”To hell with it!” He roared in fury and decided to go all out. He wielded his staff and ignored all the dangers that were directed at him.

Since defending would only delay the inevitable, then he might as well go out with a bang.

Unfortunately for him, Xu Feng had anticipated his reaction and ultimate decision.

”Giving up all defense and going for the offense. A very natural decision yet horrendous one.” Xu Feng commented, acting completely like a senior.

His demeanor and clear dismissive tone made PotionHoarder want nothing more than to end this battle once and for all.

”Stop your haughty tone and see how you can take my ultimate spells!” He roared loudly and continued, ”Fulmination!”

”How amateurish of you to yell out the spell name.” Xu Feng shook his head.

”You get a negative 10 out of 10 for losing your composure.” He added, and easily cast a barrier to defend.

While the barrier wasnʼt enough to resist the damage, resulting in him losing another chunk of health points, Xu Feng didnʼt mind it at all.

After all, the damage he received became the healing for PotionHoarder due to the Ethereal Tether.

By the time PotionHoarder noticed his health points were filled up to full, he had an ”O” shape hanging in his mouth.

”Iʼm sure you know the drill by now, right? Mister PotionHoarder.” Xu Feng chuckled and before he could even do anything, another beautiful firework appeared.

As PotionHoarder went blasting straight to the sky from the detonation, Xu Feng commanded the two Abyssal Phantoms to deal the final damage.

SHING!

Just like that, PotionHoarder was effectively killed, having been played for a fiddle the entire time. And the entire fight was streamed live for all the viewers to finally realize how terrifying and fearsome Eclipse Nova was.

It was also at this moment that the name Eclipse Nova became synonymous with a taboo existence.

To be healed or not to be healed, that was the question every player wondered when fighting against Eclipse Nova.

If you healed, then good game to your life. If you donʼt heal, then Eclipse Nova will still forcefully heal you to the brim.

No matter the choices, once you received any form of healing, your life was essentially over.

A few seconds later, PotionHoarderʼs corpse came flying down, and a bunch of potions became scattered.

”My goodness. He had so many potions in his inventory but didnʼt consume any. How wasteful is that?” Xu Feng gasped in surprise and picked up a few potions.

As if that wasnʼt enough, he even displayed the potion description for OneManMedia to capture it in the frame flawlessly.

”No wonder his name was PotionHoarder. These kinds of superior potions would cost at least 10 silver coins each, but he named himself wrong. If he were to be named PotionUsers or PotionConsumers, then he wouldnʼt have died this quickly.” He said and shook his head.

”Hoarding but not using the items was the equivalent of playing dumb and inefficiently. For this kind of play, I had no choice but to rate PotionHoarder a negative 100 out of 10. Itʼs really a pity.”

”...”

The atmosphere quickly turned silent upon hearing Eclipse Novaʼs casualness and evaluation mark for PotionHoarder.

Aside from killing the latter, Eclipse Nova didnʼt stop there and went above and beyond to humiliate and tarnish them further.

A negative 100 out of 10 for their play!

What does that mean?

PotionHoarder played so foolishly that it resulted in his ultimate end?

Was that the truth?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

It wasnʼt that PotionHoarder played inefficiently, but rather he was trapped from the start and couldnʼt do anything besides getting outplayed and destroyed.

Amidst the dreadful silence, Xu Feng casually looted all the potions and some more items that dropped from PotionHoarder.

Sometime later, he turned his attention to the remaining players: Watcher Skye, Lanester, Kralos, and an unknown healer whom Xu Feng had no intention of learning the name.

Since he canʼt recognize the healer whatsoever and their mistake from earlier, Xu Feng deduced they had to be an extra who would never appear in front of him again.

”Hmm, why arenʼt the three of you making a move and just standing there like a dork?” Xu Feng questioned in an amused tone. ”Come, Iʼm just a single person and you are here to siege the city, right. Hereʼs the chance that youʼve been waiting for. All you need to do is eliminate me.”

”No, I think my mom just called me for dinner.” Watcher Skye clasped his hands, shook his head, and retreated a few steps.

”Oh snap, your mom called? My dad called me and told me he will spank my ass if Iʼm late again.” Lanester exclaimed.

And without hesitation, the two of them tucked their tail and ran as far away from Xu Feng as possible.

Of course, they dropped some of their items in the meantime, almost as if saying that was their compensation so please do not attack them further.
