Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 575: Energy Force

As Xu Feng successfully defended Vinceʼs first move, the atmosphere became intense and suffocating.

Aside from Vinceʼs nonchalant and somewhat impressed comment, the other three intruders were starting to be wary of him.

Meanwhile, Allison was on the verge of rushing outside to drag Xu Feng back inside from danger.

”What the hell is this doorknob?” But to her dismay, Allison found herself unable to turn the doorknob to enter outside.

It was as if the doorknob had been super glued in place, unable to be opened.

She tried her best to turn it over but to no avail. In the end, she resorted to violence, hoping to smash it open, but with her weak kick. There was little to no effect.

Helpless, Allison could only return her attention to Xu Feng, who was still dripping some blood from his palm.

Although she couldnʼt see it clearly, she was positive that he had been injured heavily from the first move. After all, she could feel the impact of the small pebble from her position.

”Just where are the police at?” Frustrated, Allison picked up her phone and began dialing a bunch of people, using her connection to the maximum.

She was definitely not going to let this matter pass by and would ensure the person or people responsible for this aggression faced her wrath. It had been a long time since she had been enraged to this point.

ʼI donʼt know who you are, but you best pray that I canʼt identify you. Otherwise, thereʼll be hell to pay.ʼ She clenched her fist and vowed silently.

While calling for her closest people that she could trust, Allisonʼs eyes remained locked on Xu Feng, who seemed to be preparing for the second move.

With Xu Feng ready for the second move, Vince didnʼt start right away and instead asked, ”Youngster, do you happen to have a Master by any chance? I didnʼt expect you to know Energy Force and even use them quite efficiently.”

Energy Force might be a term still unfamiliar to most people, but this type of force actually resided in everyone since birth. The only difference was the method and realization of such energy in their body.

To summarize, Energy Force could be said to be the external factor that people could use for offense or defense, similar to Mana from the Divine World.

Aside from Energy Force, there was also another power that people had and they were called Concentration Strength.

Concentration Strength refers not only to the mental state but also the physical state. Together, the two of them are added to the equation which equals Concentration Strength.

Of course, Energy Force was way easier to learn than Concentration Strength.

As Xu Feng remained quiet from Vinceʼs question, the latter continued his evaluation.

”Your Energy Force is still quite low in quantity, but your utilization is near perfection. If I must guess, you should be close to a Tier 2 Energy Force fighter.” Vince was seriously impressed to witness someone like Xu Feng in such a low-graded city.

Usually, he would only be able to meet them in Martial Competitions or other related places in higher-graded cities.

”Hehe, does that mean you give up on the other moves and call it a day?” Xu Feng chuckled and shifted the topic, clearly unwilling to divulge much into his deduction. If it wasnʼt for the unexpected situation, then he really wouldnʼt have revealed his current Energy Force tier.

Such a thing was supposed to be kept a secret and remained low-key as far as he could. However, life always loved to fool around and ensure you would never get what you wanted.

”Sorry, but we agreed upon three moves, so there are two moves left.” Amused, Vince no longer dared to underestimate the youngster in front of him.

Previously, the small pebble strike was merely half of his strength, but now he was going to exert at least 70% of his strength. He wanted to see and test how far Xu Feng could reach up.

And if he somehow died from the testing, then Vince could only say it was a pity.

”Since you know how to use Energy Force, then it would be rude of me to not reciprocate,” Vince said, his expression turning solemn.

”Hah, thereʼs no need to reciprocate.” Xu Feng chuckled lightly, but similarly, he began to churn the Energy Force within his body. Despite the casual and somewhat polite conversation, the danger was actually reaching its peak.

He couldnʼt afford to relax even for a second.

In front of an Energy Force Expert like Vince, one second was more than enough for him to deal a deadly blow to him.

ʼSeriously, I bet those useless police are going to show up once the situation is resolved.ʼ Xu Feng no longer held any hope of reinforcement to arrive.

That was just usually how the scene goes in movies and dramas after all.

When have there been any useful people?

”Alright, enough chattering. Receive my second strike!” Vince smirked and channeled a burst of Energy Force.

As Vince readied his Energy Force, the air thickened up by the charging of his intense energy.

And in a swift motion, he gathered the force into a compact sphere in his palm, causing a subtle hum and rippling distortions around it.

He squinted his eyes and released them with precision, sending a concentrated shockwave directly toward Xu Feng, aimed to hit him with an explosive impact.

Swoosh!

The force cut through the air like a bullet, leaving a faint, blazing trail as it closed in on Xu Feng, powerful enough to stagger or even crush his defenses.

Unfazed, Xu Feng quickly crossed his arms and reinforced them with Energy Force. By doing so, he was going to create another energy shield to resist the strike.

BOOM!

The blast reverberated through the air, sending shockwaves outward.

ʼThis power is no joke.ʼ Xu Feng braced himself, but the sheer force of Vinceʼs attack overwhelmed his shield, shattering it on impact.

The residual force tore through, striking his arms and chest, leaving his forearms bruised and his body jarred. Blood trickled down his wrist and stained his sleeve.

Despite the injuries, Xu Feng kept a smile on his face. ”One move left, Mister Vince.”
