God's Imitator

A little earlier.

Chen Guangming and Xu Zhao briefly chatted in ’Simple Poker’, then immediately began executing their plan.

Chen Guangming first found two other players besides Xu Zhao, namely Qi Fan from Community 4 and Ma Chengye, a player from Community 16, as the core team for this game.

Although they were forming a 12-person group, this 4-person small group was obviously more important.

Chen Guangming first laid his cards on the table with the other three. They didn’t need to occupy positions in ’Compare Sizes’ and ’Simple Poker’, because he was certain there were other ways to earn stable income in the game lobby.

He had already mentioned this point to Xu Zhao.

However, he still needed the other three to cooperate with him in persuading the other eight players.

Chen Guangming found the four players occupying single-player mode in ’Simple Poker’ and promised them that after joining this 12-person group, they could seamlessly transition to the single-player mode of ’Compare Sizes’.

After that, Chen Guangming found the four players in single-player mode of ’Compare Sizes’ and told them they could seamlessly transition to the single-player mode of ’Simple Poker’.

All eight players readily agreed.Because these players were also worried that although they had grabbed the best positions first, they could only play for half an hour before being prohibited from playing for half an hour.

Going to grab the single-player mode of another good room would definitely be too late.

Although Chen Guangming’s operation was getting something for nothing, it did provide these players with a practical rotation plan to stably obtain fixed income.

Of course, during the execution of this plan, they would inevitably encounter the problem of ’what if other players come to compete’.

Because the game didn’t have mandatory regulations on play order, and also prohibited violent behavior, so whoever grabbed it first got it.

Even standing behind trying to seamlessly transition, there was still the possibility of being snatched by others.

Chen Guangming also arranged corresponding solutions.

The four players from ’Compare Sizes’ would leave a bit early. Chen Guangming and the other three would occupy the positions, then the four players from ’Compare Sizes’ would go to ’Simple Poker’ for seamless transition.

After the four players from ’Simple Poker’ came to the ’Compare Sizes’ room, Chen Guangming and the other players who had been occupying positions would give up their spots.

Through this method, other players could be excluded.

When other players discovered all eight positions were occupied, they most likely wouldn’t wait stubbornly, but would go to other rooms to try earning income, then come back when it was almost half an hour.

And as long as Chen Guangming’s 12-person group used relatively random time intervals for rotation, they could ensure they always occupied the positions.

Of course, in some special circumstances, they might also have positions snatched by some wild players, but the probability of this happening was low.

For the eight players occupying single-player mode in ’Simple Poker’ and ’Compare Sizes’, joining this small group was better than going it alone no matter how you looked at it, so they quickly agreed to join.

But they were also somewhat puzzled, because according to this method, Chen Guangming and his three companions were actually just helping to occupy positions and didn’t actually enjoy the income from ’Simple Poker’ and ’Compare Sizes’.

What was the point of this?

Chen Guangming explained, ”Because we need to disperse first to check the gameplay of other rooms and search for other stable income methods.

”If there are any, we’ll notify you again and earn together.

”If not, you’ll rotate for one hour first. Then in the next hour, it’ll be our turn to obtain income in these two rooms, and you’ll help us occupy positions then.”

Hearing this explanation, the eight players readily agreed.

In their view, this cooperation plan was perfect, because they could first ensure they occupied the best positions in the entire game lobby and stably earn income for one hour first.

As for whether they still needed to help Chen Guangming and the others occupy positions after one hour? They could completely decide that when the time came.

If they didn’t want to, they could just exit this small group and go earn income in other rooms themselves. After all, this kind of cooperation didn’t have any binding force.

...

Obviously, what Chen Guangming told those eight players was all half-truths and half-lies.

Although Xu Zhao didn’t know what Chen Guangming’s complete plan was, he could roughly guess what Chen Guangming’s scheme was for those eight players.

First, ’Compare Sizes’ and ’Simple Poker’, these two rooms, would inevitably experience chip inflation. The more chips there were, the fewer dividends could be exchanged.

But obviously, these eight players weren’t particularly smart. They were complacent precisely because they had grabbed good positions, single-mindedly just wanting to earn as many chips as possible in these two simple games.

If Chen Guangming hadn’t intervened, some of these eight players might have come to their senses faster and realized the problem of chip inflation.

But through this rotation method, Chen Guangming made these eight players subconsciously seize every second to play games and earn chips, making them even less likely to realize this point.

According to the game rules, after ensuring they obtained Death Immunity Cards, players with lower income would be more easily eliminated.

Conversely, making some players obtain less income could also greatly increase one’s own survival rate.

Second, as the game progressed, even if these eight players gradually realized the problem of chip inflation, they wouldn’t necessarily think Chen Guangming was deliberately tricking them.

Because Chen Guangming’s behavior appeared relatively benevolent in their eyes.

As long as some players still trusted Chen Guangming and were willing to stay in this group, Chen Guangming could continue arranging for them to execute other plans.

For example, coordinating the exchange of Death Immunity Cards.

Chen Guangming could propose that after everyone obtained duplicate Death Immunity Cards, they would prioritize trading within this group.

Although the game didn’t have a one-on-one trading mechanism, players could actually use certain methods to circumvent this.

For instance, assuming only these 12 players held a large amount of chips from the ’Compare Sizes’ room, then when two players exchanged Death Immunity Cards, they only needed to bid using chips from the ’Compare Sizes’ room, so other players couldn’t possibly buy them.

...

After negotiating cooperation with these eight players, Chen Guangming led Xu Zhao and the other two players to begin another part of the plan.

He first came to ’Sea Minesweeper’ and similarly found a stable method to obtain chips, each obtaining 30,000 chips.

However, during the second dividend distribution, these chips could only obtain around 5,000 minutes of visa time.

This was because Lin Sizhi and Cheng Wen split it between two people. They could get the room’s initial guaranteed 30,000 dividend, and the two people’s game count just happened to unlock an additional 10,000.

The game count of Chen Guangming, Xu Zhao, and the other three could unlock 20,000, but it needed to be split among 4 people, so each person could ultimately only get around 5,000.

However, Chen Guangming didn’t care about this point either. After obtaining income from this room, he led Xu Zhao and the others to the ’Equipment Forging’ room again.
