”Okay,” I sighed. ”Iʼm not too sure, but I believe their families are normal. Perhaps they simply donʼt know of their bloodlines or ancient lineages, as they all have awakened magical abilities and are very strong. You can trust them!”

”Hm,” my father closed his eyes. ”Youʼve done very well lately, Kireina. Even though that last mission ended a little sloppily, we seized a very large Domain and were able to learn and investigate a lot about our new enemy. I even fought it and better understood its powers. With that fight, we were able to kick him out of our territory.”

”Yeah, honestly, I was surprised when you offered yourself as bait,” Frankenstein said. ”But good insight, young lady. You sacrificed yourself for the family, and that has earned a lot of my respect.”

”I agree,” Wasp nodded silently but didnʼt say another word.

”It was very brave, but donʼt do that ever again, okay?” Medea asked, hugging me and rubbing her face on mine. ”I donʼt want my young lady to be in any danger!”

”Medea, get your hands off my daughter,” my father said. ”Now, Kireina, here, take these.”

My father suddenly gave me three black letters.

”These are special invitation letters for the Entrance Exam that will be held a week from now,” he said. ”At the end of April.”

When I arrived here, it was March 1, so over a month has gone by since then, and weʼre already at the end of April.

”Give these to each one of your friends,” he said. ”You can only use these three. Donʼt invite more than three.”

”But theyʼre four at least…” I sighed.

”I know, but four is too many,” my father said grumpily. ”Choose the strongest among them. The other can join on a later occasion.”

I was planning on inviting at least Rimuru, Brontes, Zehe, and Nesiphae.

But only three? So I have to choose…

Mount Takao is where my kids Amiphossia and Ryo are… and I think Ogaʼs there too!

So Zehe and Nesiphae are 100% obligatory.

Then I have to choose between Rimuru and Brontes?!

This is too cruel!

”Dad, give me a fourth one right now,” I said.

”Dear, the invitations are already done. Weʼve filled the files online,” he said, sighing. ”I canʼt make more.”

”Hm, okay… fine,” I resigned myself to the idea pretty quickly.

I will figure out a way.

But for now, I guess Iʼll tell them about it once Iʼm done here.

”Weʼll tell you more about the Entrance Exam, how itʼs done, the challenges, and who is participating,” my father said. ”Once we figure out the rest.”

”Weʼre on it,” Medea yawned.

”It has been rough…” Frankenstein sighed.

”I love doing paperwork and all of this, so itʼs not bad for me!” Mirabilis said with a giggle.

”…Master, her rewards,” Wasp said to my father.

”Right!” my father nodded, remembering. ”Yeah, your rewards. Now that you participated in that mission, you earned a lot of contribution. You can exchange it for items in the clan store. I also brought you a separate gift.”

He quickly took out a small red silk box and gave it to me.

”Hm?”

I opened it slowly and saw a beautiful ring made of dark purple steel with small red jewels and a tiny butterfly on top.

”Wow, a ring?!” I asked. ”Where did you get this, Dad?”

”This is a gift from me and your aunt Agatheina,” he said. ”Well, she said that the metal itself was forged by your grandfather… he said he actually wanted you to one day visit the forest.”

”Really?!” I was surprised. ”Iʼll go! Definitely!”

”Haha, well, they gave me a decent ring, but I made it better,” he said. ”Iʼve imbued several powerful Chaos Runes into it. Theyʼll help you conceal your powerful presence, which leaks even when you do your best to conceal it, and it will also create a special portal. Itʼll help you teleport back home without needing a special incantation, magic, or spell.”

”Oh, that sounds great!” I said, equipping it.

The ring glistened brightly, and I felt an intense connection with it and a surge of power for a single moment.

My power over the Elements of Chaos, Blood, and Darkness suddenly increased considerably, by at least 100%.

Whatʼs more, I felt that my Darkness and Blood Energy reserves were regenerating at least 200% faster.

And even more surprising, I felt a strange veil-like cosmic power covering me, shielding me from the gazes of others.

Now, I might even look much weaker than I am, letting enemies lower their guard around me, so I can sneak attacks much more easily.

I had thought that my concealment technique was enough! But my father truly knows a lot about us ”Chaos Spawns” and how our physiology and everything works.

Hence why he fortified this ring with these ”blessings.”

Also, by just thinking about it, the ring shines with black light and consumes me in a cosmic black hole.

FLUOSH!

And in an instant, I appeared… right where I was?

”Huh?” I was confused.

”Well, haha, I made it so it can teleport you inside our house, in my office,” he laughed.

”No, itʼs fine… this is amazing,” I said.

Honestly, it was like a cosmic relic beyond my own Cosmic Realm.

This whole Black Hole Teleportation method and the Cosmic Concealment Veil…

They were techniques I had yet to even figure out.

”Itʼs great!” I giggled. ”Iʼll wear it with pride.”

”That makes me happy,” he smiled. ”Ah, well, Wasp wanted to give you something too.”

”What?! Master, I told you that you shouldnʼt use my real name…” Wasp sighed, facepalming. He looked at me and then at the floor.

Huh? The most murder-hobo crazy guy with no emotions gifted me something?!

”W-What is it?” I asked.

”Here,” my father gave me a very long purple silk box.

When I opened it, it revealed a long black and red rapier. It emanated a powerful Aura of… Wasp himself.
