Li Yi looked at the ID on Winnie’s head and saw that it had changed to the same color as his. He was very happy.

This meant that Winnie was now a member of the team.

“In this way, the experience you get with us in the future will be doubled…”

Li Yi explained the advantages and characteristics of the small team that he gathered.

Winnie was like a studious student as she listened to Li Yi’s explanation.

“As for your class, you should have some exclusive skills.”

However, Winnie quickly said that she did not have any related skills to her hidden class. This made Li Yi very confused

“You don’t have your own exclusive skills, why?”

“I haven’t completed the exclusive skill missions. The missions were too difficult. Previously, my sister and I tried to do it, but we failed.”

The characteristics of hidden classes were different. Some classes’ skills were passed down through completing missions. This was also a major feature of this game.

“Hmm… Can you still complete the mission now?”

“Yes.”

“Then take me there. I’ll help you complete it.”

“Really? I feel a little embarrassed asking for your help…”

“What’s there to be embarrassed about? We’re teammates. This is what I should do.”

Li Yi held Winnie’s hand and was about to walk out. It was not easy for him to meet a hidden class. He was very excited.

However, after just a few steps, he realized that something was wrong. He was too excited and did not pay attention to something very miniscule. He realized that he had held onto Winnie’s hand and dragged her out of the house. Once he reached the exit, only then did he realize that he had been too rude.

He quickly withdrew his hand. Li Yi looked at Winnie — whose face was even redder than his — with an awkward smile. He was very embarrassed.

“Um… Well, I’m really sorry. I was too excited to meet someone that has a hidden class like me.”

“It’s… It’s okay… I understand.”

The two of them left the military camp after they said their goodbyes. On the way to the mission location, the two of them did not speak.

The scene turned very awkward.

Apparently, the place they wanted to go was a little too far to be walking on foot. Therefore, the two of them rented a carriage. The space in the carriage was not much.

Winnie and Li Yi sat closely opposite of each other.

Perhaps because the air in the carriage was too stuffy, because the faces of the two people in the carriage were flushed red. On the way, except for Winnie who pointed the way, the two of them did not say much.

After an hour’s journey, the two of them finally arrived at the mission location.

To their sight, a watchtower towered over their tiny carriage.

The soldiers in the watchtower were very respectful when they saw Li Yi. As for Winnie, being a Magic Knight was not a powerful title to have in the empire, it was just a rare job. Therefore, the soldiers only looked at her with curiosity.

The officer in the watchtower could be seen in the office reading a novel of sorts. There were other interesting novels scattered around the place as well. These novels were the background stories of people in Divine Revelation that players created.

However, the story was no different from a novel in the real world. After being edited by players, it naturally became a popular novel.

After Li Yi and Winnie came in, the officer who saw Li Yi immediately rushed from his chair to Li Yi and gave him a military salute. Li Yi was already used to this kind of thing, so he reciprocated the same action.

“May I know the purpose of the Honorable Heavy Armored Dragon Knight being here?”

“Oh, my friend wants to complete her mission.”

At this time, the officer saw Winnie standing beside Li Yi, and his eyes instantly became unhappy.

“So it’s you, here to challenge the mission again?”

From the looks of it, this officer had seen Winnie before, and he seemed to be very dissatisfied with Winnie’s performance.

“I hope you can give me another chance.”

The officer did not reply and turned his head away in defiance, letting out a curt breath of air.

Although Winnie was very sincere, that officer did not seem to buy it.

It was important to create a good first impression for NPCs. Once a player makes a NPC’s good impression turn into disgust, many of them would refuse to give players the mission.

Li Yi then came to the officer and asked sincerely, “Officer, for my sake, please give her another chance.”

Although the officer did not like Winnie, Li Yi still had to give it a try.

“Since you said so, I’ll give her another chance.”

Winnie gave Li Yi a grateful look, but after the two of them looked at each other, they remembered what had happened before. Instantly, the two of them looked away and blushed.

When the officer saw this scene, his gaze turned a little subtle as he raised his eyebrow.

Through Li Yi, Winnie once again accepted the mission.

This mission was simple.

In a cave not far away, there lived a dragon monster. It would often go to the military headquarters of the watchtower to steal the equipment of the troops.

Her mission was to eliminate this dragon monster.

This monster was a lower grade dragon species compared to the human world. It loved metal and would devour metal to strengthen its skin, making its skin as hard as steel.

Other than being able to fly, it did not have any magic elements. However, it had a high resistance to physical attacks, but it does not have any resistance to magic attacks.

This was also why they had to hire a Magic Knight to complete the mission.

As for why Winnie failed, it was because when she and her sister went to complete the mission, in order to prevent their sister’s hidden class from being discovered, only their sister went with her. Both of them were not good at fighting, which was why they failed.

However, now she was here with Li Yi, an experienced veteran, things were about to change.

Li Yi brought Winnie towards the mission’s location without hesitation.

They advanced towards Coco Mountain.

There were no monsters around the Coco Mountain, the main reason was because there was a dragon monster on the mountain. Although the dragon monster was considered a relatively low-level existence among the dragons, but to other monsters, it was still a very noble bloodline.

As long as there was a draconic monster, there would be no other monsters around to disturb it.

On the other hand, the draconic monster would have a barrier around it as well. This barrier was an essential skill for the dragon race.

If one wanted to attack the draconic monster, one had to accept a mission. Only when one received the mission would one be able to obtain a barrier-breaking stone that would allow one to enter the draconic monster’s barrier.

This stone had no effect other than breaking the barrier, and it was only a mission item. Under normal circumstances, one would not be able to obtain it.

After completing the mission, they had to return it to the NPCs. Hence, if they wanted to attack a dragon, they had to accept the mission.

After all, the rewards for slaying dragons were very rich.

Moreover, killing a dragon was a small dream for players who had dreamed of the strong dragon race ever since they were young.

Finally, they arrived at the foot of the Coco Mountain.

The Coco Mountain was similar to other normal mountains. It was surrounded by trees, and there were only a few small paths that could lead up the mountain. It was impossible for an army to advance in this terrain.

Li Yi took out the barrier-breaking stone and slowly moved forward towards the bushes in front of him. The bushes in front of him seemed to be sentient, and the bushes moved to both sides to make way for Li Yi.

Soon enough, a path that led straight to the top of the mountain appeared in front of Li Yi and Winnie. At the end of the path was a cave that was originally concealed by the nature around.

Li Yi looked at Winnie, who had a serious look on his face, and said, “Let’s go.”
