Finally, he could forge in peace.

Li Yi came to the second floor and looked at the equipment in front of him.

[Advanced Forging Furnace]

[Effects: Used to forge weapons and equipment, high success rate.]

[Usage Requirements: Requires forging skills]

Not bad for a furnace. This furnace was not cheap. It required at least 100,000 silver coins to buy.

Players traded through gold coins, and the main currency used by players and NPCs was silver coins.

Although the conditions for obtaining silver coins were much simpler than gold coins, the difference in the currency ratio was not big.

1,000 silver coins were equivalent to 1 gold coin.

This Advanced Forging Furnace was equivalent to the market price of 100 gold coins. Although it was much easier to collect silver coins than gold coins, and there was no need to use gold coins to purchase the furnace, silver coins were bound to each other in the game, players could not trade with each other.

This also meant that silver coins could only be accumulated by themselves. 100,000 silver coins was not something that could be kept so easily.

With the current levels of most players, there were probably only a few players who could have 100,000 silver coins. Even Li Yi himself did not have more than 100,000 silver coins. Of course, he had no reason to keep silver coins.

If he needed anything, he could just use gold coins to exchange for it.

Looking at the forging furnace in front of him, Li Yi was already eager to give it a try.

Every player had the idea of personally forging their own weapons.

Thinking about how proud it was to personally create a peerless divine weapon, the romance of such a weapon could only be understood by the players themselves.

Li Yi looked at the forging furnace in front of him and started to heat up the wood that he had prepared earlier.

Hot steam rose from the forging furnace and blew in front of Li Yi. He wiped the sweat beads and was extremely excited. It was time. He had always loved forging. It could be said that in the latter stages of the game, all the equipment on his body was personally forged by him. Every finished product had his signature engraved on it.

He relied on his personally made equipment to travel on the battlefield. It was also because of those equipment that he personally forged that he had the strength to fight against the gods.

Even if he had to start from the beginning again in this life, his passion for forging did not decrease in the slightest.

He took out a skill book from his backpack and began to learn it.

[System Notification: Congratulations on learning the forging skill.]

Following that, Li Yi took out Deaths Descent from his backpack and placed it on the forging table. He then placed the Strengthening Stone on Deaths Descent.

[System Notification: Do you wish to forge?]

“Yes.”

[System Notification: Forging confirmed.]

After that, Li Yi began to forge his weapon. He melted the Strengthening Stone onto Deaths Descent on the forging table through high heat. The terrifying aura on the magic weapon disappeared along with the cover of the solution.

By the time the magic weapon was completely surrounded by the solution, the Strengthening Stone was no longer visible.

The solution mixed with the essence of the Strengthening Stone slowly seeped into the magic weapon. Following that, a thick black gas slowly rose. This black gas seemed to have a life of its own as it nibbled on the solution on the magic weapon. It looked as though it was enjoying the delicious meal brought by the solution mixed with the Strengthening Stone.

With that, the entire magic weapon instantly turned completely red.

Li Yi raised the stone hammer in his hand that he had been holding for a long time and knocked on the magic weapon.

Ding!

Every time he knocked, the magic weapon would emit a brilliant light. Through the flashing light, Li Yi’s shadow reflected on the wall behind him like a giant’s body drawing a work of art.

Li Yi continued to hammer away. Every time he knocked, the solution would be absorbed by the magic weapon. As Li Yi continued hammering, the solution slowly disappeared.

In the end, all the solution finally dissolved into the magic weapon fully.

The originally red magic weapon was now emitting a dazzling red glow from the inside out.

Seeing that it was about time, Li Yi put down the hammer in his hand, grabbed the hilt of the magic weapon with the thick cloth placed on the side, raised the magic weapon, and put it into the pool at the side.

Heaps of mist appeared as the hot water vapor continued to rise. Li Yi’s vision was covered by the mist and he could not see anything clearly.

When the mist completely dissipated, the originally cold water had already turned warm.

With that, one could see a pitch-black greatsword lying quietly in the water.

Li Yi took out the greatsword from the water and took out another piece of specially made cloth mixed with fine sand and rubbed it on the body of the sword until all the black dust was wiped away.

At this moment, the familiar terrifying aura was once again emitted from the greatsword.

Even if he was standing at the side, Li Yi could feel the terrifying demonic aura that was so powerful that it felt suffocating.

Li Yi raised Deaths Descent in his hand and realized that it was now felt heavier than before.

“Is this considered a success?”

Li Yi excitedly took the magic sword downstairs and lit up the lights on the first floor.

It was too hot upstairs, and Li Yi was covered in sweat as he walked down.

He did not notice it when he was on the second floor, but when he came down, his whole body shivered from the change in temperature.

Li Yi immediately took off all his equipment.

He took the magic sword and sat down in the living room on the first floor.

He then opened the interface to take a look.

“Huh? What’s going on? Why isn’t there any change?”

Li Yi was puzzled as he looked at the magic weapon in front of him.

The system did not show any changes, and the magic sword’s interface did not show any changes. What was going on?

Could it be that ordinary Strengthening Stones were useless to Deaths Descent?

Li Yi did not believe this.

He picked up the sword and returned to the second floor.

[System Notification: Congratulations on learning the forging skill!]

Then, Li Yi took out the sword and placed it on the forging table, and then placed the Strengthening Stone on Deaths Descent.

[System Notification: Do you wish to forge?]

“Yes.”

[System Notification: Forging confirmed.]

After that, there was another round of operation. This time, Li Yi was even more careful, and the time he spent was even longer. After the entire process was completed, Li Yi carried the sword and rushed downstairs to check it again
