Reborn As Noble

Chapter 901: A Morning He Won’t Forget ( 901 )

Javier lay on his back, staring at the ceiling of the shelter, lost in a haze of memory.

Last night replayed behind his eyes.

The way Liana bit her lower lip, her cheeks flushed, eyes shining with unshed tears. Every detail vivid: her breath catching, the trembling in her voice, the way her fingers gripped his hand tightly as she tried to muffle her cries, determined not to cry out even as her body shook beneath him.

He could still feel the rhythm of her breath, the way she clung to him as wave after wave of pleasure crashed through her, leaving her so elegant, so utterly beautiful even in that most vulnerable moment.

And when she finally reached her limit, her body tensed, a long, elegant arch of her back, her legs trembling, head tossed back. Her eyes fluttered shut, a soft moan escaping as she bit her lower lip to hold back anything louder. Even in that most vulnerable moment, Liana was beautiful.

He’d known her for so many years, slept beside her countless nights. But nothing compared to seeing her like that, to feeling her body give in completely beneath him.

He remembered her taste, something only he’d ever known. a faint, sweet nectar when his lips found her breast, just like all those times before when he’d nursed as a boy, except last night... it was different. The sweetness lingered, gentle and pure, a secret only he knew. That tender, addictive taste made his heart race, grounding him in the truth of their bond.

He’d almost forgotten that taste, unique and intoxicating, proof that Liana was not just an elf, not just his maid, but now truly his.

How could she look so perfect? Even at the height of passion, she was more graceful than he could ever have imagined.

Javier closed his eyes, a soft, shaky laugh escaping him.

I really lost myself last night.

Javier let out a slow, shaky breath.

He could hear their voices drifting through the thin walls of the shelter. Liana and Gloria, soft and teasing, laughter blending with the gentle morning bustle outside.

He remembered Liana’s words just before dawn, when she lay tangled with him beneath the covers, her head on his chest, her fingers tracing idle patterns on his skin. Her voice had been gentle, full of affection but edged with quiet insistence.

”Young master~ be fair to your girls,” she’d whispered, lips brushing his ear. ”Don’t let the others keep waiting. Gloria... she loves you too. You know she’s been longing for you just as much as I have. Don’t make her watch from afar, not when she’s always by your side.”

Her gaze had been soft but resolute, the smile on her lips both playful and sincere. Liana didn’t want Javier to hold himself back for her sake alone. She wanted him to embrace everyone who loved him, to share the happiness, not keep it bottled up.

Javier sat up, running a hand through his hair.

She really is too kind. Not just beautiful, not just perfect... but the sort of girl who thinks about everyone, who won’t let anyone feel left behind. That’s what makes her my first love.

No point worrying over it now.

When the time comes, I’ll do my part. I’ll care for all of them, Liana, Gloria, and every other girl who truly wants to stand by my side.

Javier slipped off the bed, gathering his scattered clothes and tossing them into the storage box with a lazy wave.

He padded to the small attached shower, twisting the rune until hot water poured down over him. He closed his eyes, letting the steam clear his mind, pushing away last night’s heat and the nerves that still danced in his chest.

For now... focus, Javier.

You have a region to secure. A plan to finish. That’s more important than anything else... for now.

He scrubbed his face, a wry grin forming as he rinsed away the tension.

Yeah... more important, huh?

He chuckled softly under his breath, letting the water wash over him.

Whatever happens next, I’ll just handle it. Like always.

Once he finished washing up and dressed, Javier opened the door and stepped outside.

Everyone was waiting.

He glanced at Liana, who greeted him with her usual calm smile. ”Morning, Young Master,” she said, bowing slightly alongside Gloria.

Gloria echoed her, her voice soft but steady. ”Good morning, Young Master.”

Mimi was the first to launch herself at him, tail swaying behind her as she hugged him tightly. ”Husband-sama!” she cheered, clinging to his arm.

Delya followed, wrapping herself around his other side, her eyes dreamy. ”Danna-sama~”

Felicia stepped forward with all the poise of true royalty. She curtsied with elegant restraint, offering a graceful nod. ”It’s a pleasant morning today, Javier-sama.”

Javier sighed, resigned but unable to hide the small, genuine smile tugging at his lips. He glanced around at the eager faces surrounding him.

”All right, all right. Settle down, you two,” he said, gently untangling Mimi and Delya from his arms. ”Let’s eat breakfast first. We’ve got a long day ahead.”

Gloria suddenly threw herself onto the ground, one hand dramatically pressed to her lips as she cast a sideways look toward Javier. ”Ah~ sob sob~ Someone already became a true man last night~ and now this poor maid is abandoned~ Sob sob~”

Liana froze mid-step, a faint blush rising on her cheeks, but she kept her serene, innocent smile, pretending not to hear a word of it.

Felicia, Mimi, and Delya exchanged puzzled looks.

”What does Gloria mean?” Felicia asked quietly, brow furrowing.

Mimi clung tighter to Javier’s sleeve, eyes wide and innocent. ”Husband-sama, what is she talking about?”

Delya bounced closer, her curiosity obvious. ”Danna-sama, what does ’turning adult’ mean?”

Gloria only deepened her performance, her voice trembling with feigned heartbreak. ”To think, after years of loyal service, I’d be cast aside so easily~ Sob sob~ Oh, the tragedy of a maid unloved, left behind as her master becomes a man~!”

Javier just pinched the bridge of his nose. ”Don’t start your play so early in the morning, Gloria.”

Gloria peeked up, her eyes sparkling with mischief even as she feigned tears. ”Then... will you comfort me, Young Master? Or must I accept being just the forgotten second wife?”

Mimi tugged at his sleeve, still confused. ”Husband-sama... what does she mean? Did you really become something last night?”

Delya nodded, eyes shining. ”Danna-sama, you changed?”

Javier sighed deeply, glancing helplessly at the girls. ”I have no idea what she’s talking about. Maybe you should just ask her yourselves.”

Liana covered her mouth to hide her laughter, shoulders shaking gently. The morning air filled with cheerful confusion and playful chaos, just the way it always did around Javier and his harem.
