Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

With Aisha leading the way, it didn’t take long for us to arrive at our destination.

Though it certainly wasn’t a place that either Moon and I were expecting to see.

This was a hill that was outside the bounds of the village, a place that seemed like it was quite secluded with how there were no traces of elves in this place.

It really seemed like this was a place that had been hidden from everyone else.

But when we reached halfway up the hill, I realized why this was the case.

This place was deliberately left alone since this was a special place.

It was the kind of place that one shouldn’t step foot in unless they had special business here.

That was because this hill was a cemetery.

With all of the different gravestones that were here, it was clear that this place was a place for burying the dead.

Though it was strange to see that some of the graves were actually rotting.

The elves didn’t use the same stone graves that humans used, rather they used wooden graves. It seemed that once a certain point was reached, they just let the wood decompose and return to the land.

In a way, this really was an eco-friendly grave.

When we reached the top, we found that there was a tree there and standing under that tree was the elder. She was silently looking at a grave that had been placed right at the foot of the tree.

Aisha stopped when she saw the elder there.

The look on her face made it seem like she was hesitating over something. It seemed like she didn’t want to continue with this, it seemed that she didn’t want to talk to the elder here.

But when she saw her mother hesitating, Moon took the lead by taking Aisha’s hand.

Aisha was caught off guard by this, but it didn’t seem like she resisted as Moon pulled her forward.

Before they reached her, the elder already looked up at them.

She had narrowed eyes at first as if she was about to say something to the people that had disturbed her private time, but that look soon disappeared when she saw who it was that was there.

Instead, there was this surprised and confused look that appeared on her face.

As well as what seemed to be a trace of hope.

Only Aisha didn’t seem to respond positively to this as she suddenly turned away with a snort.

The elder didn’t seem hurt when she saw this, she just revealed a trace of bitterness on her face as well as an understanding look.

Instead of talking to Aisha, the elder just said to Moon, ”Child, what are you doing here?”

Moon didn’t say anything as she just turned to look at Aisha.

It was as if she was leaving everything to Aisha, which actually just made Aisha feel even more awkward.

She looked at me as if she wanted some kind of help, but I took a step back and turned away. I was making it very clear that I wasn’t involved in this matter at all and I wasn’t willing to be involved.

Even if I was their in law, that didn’t mean that I could get involved in this.

This was clearly a matter that was between mother and daughter.

When Aisha saw that no one was willing to help her, she had no choice but to say, ”So you still remember him?”

The elder was surprised to hear Aisha say this, but there was a strange look that appeared on her face.

After a long silence, she revealed a bitter smile and said, ”I know that you won’t believe me, but he was still my husband.”

There was a complicated look that appeared on Aisha’s face when she heard this, but she didn’t say anything at first. The way that her expression fluctuated, it was almost as if she was trying to gather her emotions.

After a while, she finally said, ”Is that why you left him in the end?”

A hurt look appeared on the elder’s face when she heard this, but she didn’t say anything.

There was an awkward silence that filled the air once her voice fell.

It really didn’t seem like either of them wanted to say anything after this.

Aisha just turned around and said with a snort, ”So it was more important to you than we were.”

With the way that she was acting, it seemed like she wanted to end the matter here.

Only I felt that this wouldn’t be a good thing.

Ending it like this would just cause too many issues in the end.

”It doesn’t matter what happened in the past.” I suddenly said to everyone’s surprise.

Aisha stopped moving when she heard this before narrowing her eyes to look at me.

This was a completely new look that she was showing me.

In my time with her, this was a look that she had never revealed before. It was as if she just couldn’t forgive me for saying this with the way that she looked at me.

I knew that this would happen since I was getting involved in personal matters, but it didn’t seem like this was going to go any further. If I didn’t get involved, it really seemed like all that would happen is that they would be left with regret.

That was what I couldn’t allow to happen.

After looking at me in silence with this glare for a bit, Aisha finally said, ”You don’t know anything about our past, so there’s nothing that you can say about it.”

I gave a nod of acknowledgement to this without even flinching before looking at her to say, ”I’m not saying that the past doesn’t matter completely, it just doesn’t matter in this moment.”

Aisha was a bit caught off guard when she heard this.

I seized this chance to say, ”I’m just saying that at this moment, if you’re weighed down by the past, then you’ll miss what’s happening in the present.”
