Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

With this order from me, we all started following the flames once more.

During this time, it seemed that Aisha’s interest had been taken by the flames, so she moved away from me to follow the flames more closely.

That gave the popes a chance to come forward to ask, ”Holy son, it seems that you know this person. How do you know them?”

I looked at Aisha and said, ”I’m sure that you can already tell a few things from her appearance.”

The two of them nodded before the pope of the Solista Religion said, ”She’s a high elf for sure, but that also makes it strange that she’s close to you.”

The reason that he said this was because he had seen how the envoy from the Elven Kingdom reacted to me. Even though it seemed like they were willing to tolerate me because of the oracle from Vivrum, there was still a line that was drawn.

I knew this, they knew this, everyone knew this.

It was impossible for a high elf to become that close to a human that they just met after all.

So it seemed even more strange that Aisha treated me like this and that was why they were asking me all these questions.

”She’s actually the mother of my wife.”

Both of them slowly looked at Aisha with strange looks before turning back to look at me.

Seeing them look at me like this, I just said with a trace of bitterness in my voice, ”She’s my mother in law.”

They gave slow nods to show that they understood, but the strange looks were still on their faces.

I didn’t say anything else after that since there really wasn’t anything else that I could say.

I just watched as the two of them looked at me and Aisha with strange looks.

Following the flames that flowed through the corridor, we were finally able to find traces of corruption.

There were traces of corruption energy that were in the corridor right in front of us. It seemed that the source of the corruption energy that flowed out of these ruins was right in front of us.

But it also seemed that this thing was weakened because the corruption energy was scattered all over. They formed small dots that were spread out all around the corridor in no specific pattern.

Though looking closely, one could see that there were streaks that were in between the black dots.

All of a sudden, there were flames that came from behind them.

These flames didn’t hesitate to clash with the black dots, but the black dots didn’t completely disappear. There were some black dots that did get purified by the power of the flames, but there were some that seemed to resist the flames until they disappeared.

This was where the flames ended.

And in front should be the source of the corruption energy.

It looked like Aisha was about to go forward to take a closer look at the flames clashing with the corruption energy, so I spoke first before she could.

”Purify it and clear a path for us.”

The popes nodded in agreement to this order and then gave their own orders to the holy knights and priests.

As soon as they received this order, they didn’t hesitate to cast their holy magic on the corruption energy in front of us.

When the holy magic hit the corruption energy, it just didn’t stand a chance at all.

The corruption energy had been bathing under Joan’s flames filled with divine energy this entire time, which meant that it had already been severely weakened. As such, the holy magic that these holy knights and priests used easily purified all the corruption energy spread around this area.

With the knights and priests clearing the way, we quickly made our way forward until we were stopped by something.

It was a large door.

This large door seemed to be completely immune to the effects of the corruption energy that was around it.

There were some black dots that were on the walls around the door, which was the corruption energy.

It was just that there was something about this door that stopped that corruption energy from approaching it.

When we came closer, I could almost feel something familiar coming from the door itself.

It was a feeling that I had felt many times since I had come in contact with items that had the same feeling.

This was the feeling of divine energy.

When those from the Holy Empire felt this, they couldn’t help looking at the door with expressions like they wanted to revere this door. They even seemed like they wanted to start praying towards this door, but they held themselves back in the end since this wasn’t the right time or place for that.

After looking at this door in a daze for a bit, I realized that there was something that was on the door.

Looking closely, I could see that this was some kind of lock.

And at the same time, it strangely felt familiar to me.

It felt like I had seen that lock before, even though I was certain that I had never seen it before.

That was until I realized that it was the shape of the keyhole that seemed familiar.

I had actually seen something that was in that shape before.

Slowly, I took out the key that I had received from inside of the spiral and held it up to compare the shape of the key to the hole.

No one seemed to notice this at first until someone turned to look at me. Then following that, the others all turned to look at me as well, but really what they were looking at was the key.

They could all tell that the shape of the key was just like the shape of the lock.

So I said, ”Cover me.”

As soon as I started walking forward, the holy knights and priests didn’t hesitate to release their holy magic.
