After winning the interdimensional war, the spoils Setsuna gained were overwhelming.

Every piece of equipment, magic book, skill manual, and scroll from the Overlord world had been replicated and granted to him by the system.

This included World-class items and even the game-breaking ”Twenty” artifacts.

Even the World-class items that had gone extinct during the YGGDRASIL era—those Ainz never even saw after his transmigration—were now his, complete with detailed user manuals.

During the game’s heyday, the Ainz guild at most held eleven World-class items. Now, Setsuna alone possessed the entire world’s worth.

In a sense, he was the true overlord of the server.

On top of that, he now had a mountain of miscellaneous magic books and skill manuals.

From Super-Tier to tiered magic, everything was included.

Setsuna skimmed through the collection. The offensive spells didn’t interest him much, but utility spells like resurrection and memory alteration were extremely useful.

Especially resurrection—magic so difficult that even gods struggled with it in some worlds—was just a minor skill in the Overlord world.

What intrigued him most, of course, was the authority he plundered from this world.

This was the same authority that belonged to Ainz—Suzuki Satoru had essentially brought the YGGDRASIL control system with him into this world.

With the war won, that authority had transferred to Setsuna.

”Interesting. So I can now bring up the YGGDRASIL game system like Ainz did?”

Aboard the Eternal Snowfall, Setsuna leaned back in his chair, deciding to test this new power.

”You’re not going to turn into a skeleton, are you?!” Gudako asked nervously.

”He’s him, I’m me. I plundered this authority—I wasn’t possessed.”

Setsuna knocked her on the head.

Focusing—

Shua—

A completely different interface appeared before him.

It wasn’t his usual starmap or system window, but the YGGDRASIL game UI—just like the one Ainz used.

Even his vision shifted.

Turning to Gudako, Setsuna now saw a panel of information floating beside her:

[Fujimaru Ritsuka]

[Affiliation: Starsea Empire]

[Race: Spirit]

[Level: 87 (Race Level 30 + Job Level 57)]

[Justice Value: ??? (Unknown)]

”Hah?!”

Setsuna almost spat out his drink.

The YGGDRASIL system had given him an RPG-style observation panel.

Now, anyone he saw in the Overlord world would be displayed as if converted into the game’s format.

As expected of a game system—in this world, he was effectively the only player.

Within the detailed menu, he could see Ritsuka’s full stats.

She had a massive spread of job levels:

[Master LV10], [Magus LV10], [Engineer LV7]... and so on.

All reinterpreted through the game system.

”Commander? Why are you staring at me like that?”

Gudako leaned in curiously.

”I’m looking at your character panel. You actually know quite a lot...”

Setsuna noted she had long since been converted into a Spirit by Mio and had also mastered Gundam piloting.

Her job levels were scattered across both magic and tech paths.

”Eh? I’m impressive?”

The girl brightened.

”Not bad. Level 87—you’d be considered a powerhouse around here. Not many could beat you.”

Setsuna replied.

”But why is your Justice Value marked with a question mark?!”

”Because I have a flexible moral compass,” Gudako answered matter-of-factly.

”...Aren’t you the Human Evil?!”

Setsuna turned to glance at his other companions.

[Richelieu]

[Affiliation: Starsea Empire]

[Race: ???]

[Level: ???]

[Justice Value: 300 (Extremely Good)]

”Huh?”

Setsuna noticed that most fields in the shipgirls’ data were just question marks.

The YGGDRASIL system likely couldn’t recognize these otherworldly beings.

The shipgirls generally had positive justice values, which made sense—they were aligned with order.

”Figures. Shipgirls are unreadable anomaly-type entities here...”

Setsuna glanced at Mio and the Heroic Spirits—same result.

[Mio]

[Race: Spirit]

[Level: ???]

[Justice Value: 100 (Good)]

A non-corrupted Spirit of Origin was simply a kind and adorable girl.

Her data couldn’t be fully parsed by the YGGDRASIL system either.

”Commander, me too, me too!” Tohru leapt over, dragging Elma along. ”Let’s see who has the higher level!”

[Tohru]

[Race: Dragon]

[Level: ???]

[Justice Value: -400 (Evil)]

”...”

”You two are completely unreadable,” Setsuna shook his head.

Both being dragon girls, Elma’s justice value was 400, while Tohru’s had a negative sign in front.

As expected from a chaos-faction heiress.

Looking around, most otherworldly beings—Shipgirls, Spirits, Heroic Spirits, Angeloids—couldn’t be read. Their levels and attributes were question marks. Only their alignment values showed up.

Only people like Gudako and Antilene could be analyzed in detail.

”Even Antilene is one level above you. Keep it up, Ritsuka Fujimaru.”

Setsuna patted Gudako’s shoulder.

”...”

Gudako felt a bit embarrassed.

Everyone else was a question mark, and she was the only one whose stats didn’t even top a local?

Not even in Guardian-mode.

After thinking about it, she let it go.

”Whatever. I can pilot a Gundam—crushing these locals isn’t a problem.”

After browsing all the stats and information—

Setsuna decided to try something else.

”Bring over the gold coins we seized from the Great Tomb of Nazarick. I want to roll for characters.”

...

Two hours later—

A mountain of gold was stacked on the Eternal Snowfall’s bridge.

Ainz could use resources to create NPCs and summon monsters in the Tomb. Naturally, Setsuna could too.

”Hmm...”

”Let’s see... Who should I create first...”

He stood in front of the gold pile, pondering.

Native beings couldn’t be created. The YGGDRASIL system only allowed characters that existed within the game.

”Let’s start with Albedo.”

He searched through the system panel.

Unlike Ainz resurrecting Floor Guardians with just a few clicks and sufficient resources, Setsuna was customizing from scratch.

Every attribute had to be defined—just like creating a character in the game.

”Name: Albedo. Race: Demon.”

”Levels... Floor Guardian LV10, Black Guard LV5, Evil Knight LV10...”

”Equipment: World-Class Item [Ginnungagap], Divine-Class Armor [Hermes Trismegistus], Mount [Bicorn]...”

”Magic: [Message], [Teleportation], [Summon Mount]...”

Every class and skill selected increased the resource cost.

Fortunately, Setsuna was rich in resources. The Great Tomb had dropped tons of loot. World-Class Items could be pulled from his system rewards.

He maxed out all attributes and selected every skill and spell available to the classes.

After finishing the base stats—

He paused to consider her personality settings.

”Justice Value... Let’s make it 0—Neutral.”

Albedo’s default alignment was ”Extremely Evil.” But for ease of interaction, neutrality was more convenient.

No need for constant conflict.

”Personality? Uh...”

The original’s ’lustful’ setting didn’t feel right, and making her obsess over him like with Ainz was also a bit much.

He eventually went with: ”Loyal.”

With everything set—

He pressed [Confirm] on the holographic interface.

Shua—

Magic poured from Setsuna’s hand.

The mountain of gold coins melted into viscous energy.

The ground began to warp and reshape.

”Whoa?! The Commander is making a person?!”

Mio and the dragon girls were stunned. This miracle was comparable to the Spirit of Origin splitting off a Spirit Crystal to create a new Spirit from thin air.

The golden energy condensed and morphed—

Finally, a human figure took form.

A beautiful woman in a white gown, hands resting naturally at her sides, head bowed and eyes closed.

Her waist-length black hair shimmered with gloss. Two ram-like demon horns protruded from her head. Black angel wings extended from her hips.

Around her neck was a radiant golden choker, spider-web-like in design, draping across her chest. Silk-like gloves covered her slender hands.

Her face was stunning, seductive and divine.

Albedo slowly opened her golden eyes, scanning the room with a hint of confusion.

Soon, she noticed Setsuna.

He was now her creator.

Albedo dropped to one knee, bowing before him.

With reverent tone, she spoke:

”Albedo greets my lord.”

”O supreme creator... Thank you for granting me life.”

”I dedicate myself to you. I shall use all I am to defend your honor and dignity.”

...

”Is this some kind of gacha system?!”

Everyone was stunned after watching Setsuna create Albedo using several mountains of gold.

”Wait a second, aren’t you the one from before?!...”

Mio and Tohru realized something—this was the same Albedo they’d fought before.

They instinctively prepared to fight, but Setsuna raised a hand to stop them.

”She’s one I created. It’s different.”

”Hm?”

Albedo looked up at Setsuna, confused about the argument around her.

From the moment of her creation, knowledge about her Creator had been etched into her mind.

Setsuna was the one who had given her life.

Her sole Creator, the supreme existence.

”So this is a newly created Floor Guardian?”

Gudako understood.

”Yes. More precisely, a more suitable Floor Guardian.”

Setsuna nodded.

Using the YGGDRASIL authority to create Floor Guardians tailored to his needs—that was the whole point.

Otherwise, a bunch of ’Extremely Evil’ personalities running amok in the capital? No thanks.

”Supreme One, where is this place?”

Albedo glanced around in confusion.

”Belfast will show you around later.”

”Just call me Commander from now on.”

Setsuna replied casually.

”Understood.”

Albedo gave a deep bow.

Beside her, Antilene didn’t even dare to breathe.

Creating a level 100 powerhouse from thin air!

She could sense that this goddess-like beauty was just as strong as she was.

A divine being through and through.

Thankfully, the Slane Theocracy had surrendered quickly. Otherwise, if this man casually dropped a bunch of level 100 elites into the nation, it’d be annihilated instantly.

”Next...”

Setsuna mulled it over again.

”Shalltear, then.”

The Angeloids began hauling in more mountains of gold.

Creating NPCs from scratch cost significantly more than resurrecting them. Equipment, job levels—everything added extra expense.

”Let’s see... Shalltear... Race: Vampire.”

”Level: Race Level 20 + Job Level 80...”

”Equipment: Spuit Lance, Shalltear Bloodfallen’s Armor...”

”Skills: Purifying Javelin, Tainted Shock Shield, Heroic Warrior...”

After selecting numerous attributes—

Setsuna once again set her Justice Value to Neutral and removed all the problematic traits: bisexuality, sadism, masochism, necrophilia...

He also disabled her Blood Frenzy skill—no need to handcraft a psycho.

Vmmm—

The gold melted again.

A girl with long silver hair and snow-white skin began to take shape, clad in a black evening gown.

She wore a short open jacket adorned with frills and ribbons, lace gloves on her hands, and her hair tied into a single side ponytail. Her deep red eyes glowed with an alluring beauty.

”Shalltear Bloodfallen, reporting to the Supreme One.”

The newly created vampire girl also knelt on one knee and greeted Setsuna.

”Very nice, you cost even more to make than Albedo.”

Setsuna looked at Shalltear with satisfaction.

Gothic girls were right up his alley—

—As long as they weren’t deranged.

”Supreme One, where are we?...”

Shalltear was just as bewildered by the surroundings.

She sensed that Albedo was like her, but the others gathered—Shipgirls, Heroic Spirits, Spirits—were complete strangers.

Then she glanced out the window and saw that the Eternal Snowfall was cruising outside the planet’s atmosphere. She nearly fainted from the shock.

”Explanations later. Go hang out with Albedo and Antilene for now.”

Setsuna gestured calmly.

”Yes, Supreme One.”

Shalltear gave a curtsy and stepped over with small, dainty strides to stand beside the others.

”Uhh...”

Flanked by two level 100 powerhouses, Antilene was under enormous pressure.

After creating Albedo and Shalltear—

Setsuna moved on to crafting the Pleiades.

Originally, the battle maids were only around level 50–60.

They couldn’t even stand up to some of the stronger locals.

But with full recreation, he could pour in more resources to max them out.

Shua—Vmmm—

Gold mountains melted one by one.

More and more characters took shape.

”Yuri Alpha, reporting to the Supreme One.”

”Lupusregina Beta—so you’re my Creator, Supreme One?”

”Narberal Gamma, awaiting your orders.”

”CZ Delta, reporting...”

...

Setsuna adjusted their justice values and personalities for better integration with others.

Even Entoma was recreated as a human.

He didn’t need that minor combat bonus—and human designs appealed more to his XP.

No need to fill the place with monsters like the undead faction did.

The newly born Pleiades lined up neatly and bowed to Setsuna in unison.

”Belfast.”

He called the head maid.

”I’m putting the Pleiades under your care. Brief them on their new surroundings. Train them using Royal Maid standards.”

”Eh, eh?!”

Belfast looked surprised to see these familiar faces—

Especially considering they had just fought each other not long ago.

She had personally executed Yuri Alpha in that battle.

”Hey, you’re not still harboring weird thoughts about the Commander, are you?”

Sirius narrowed her eyes at the Pleiades.

”Huh?”

Yuri and Lupusregina looked puzzled.

”We... were created by the Supreme One.”

”Even if it costs us our lives, we will obey his commands without hesitation. What are you talking about?”

”...”

”Alright, enough.”

Setsuna ruffled Sirius’ head, causing the girl to stiffen nervously.

”I’m their Creator now. Relax—we’re all on the same side.”

These Pleiades were newly generated using the YGGDRASIL creation authority.

They were blank slates, only aware of their in-game world and their Creator.

”You guys were expensive...”

Setsuna reviewed the cost summary.

Just making Albedo, Shalltear, and the Pleiades could empty the coffers of the entire Eagle Federation back on Earth.

”We deeply apologize!!!”

”We shall dedicate ourselves to repaying the grace of your creation, Supreme One!!!”

The freshly created maids knelt with heads bowed, treating him like an emperor.

”Commander, can you create other characters too?”

Richelieu leaned in curiously.

”I think I can.”

Setsuna reopened the YGGDRASIL interface.

Besides Albedo, Shalltear, and the rest—

Every character from the Great Tomb was available.

”What the hell?! Even the Neuronist Painkill?!”

While browsing, Setsuna recoiled in surprise.

Just a glance at those two god-tier designs could spike your blood pressure.

There were even bizarre characters not from Nazarick—

Likely NPCs created by other guilds in the game, now available for him to replicate.

In fully custom mode—

He could create an original character from scratch: design their face, body, voice, race—everything.

Exactly like the in-game character creation system.

The difference? He could use resources to physically manifest them.

From max-level Floor Guardians to low-tier cannon fodder, all were fair game.

Thinking it over—

Creating new characters was costly.

The Overlord world didn’t have a particularly high power ceiling, and Setsuna didn’t need more characters just to boost strength.

Making fodder was pointless. He’d rather use those resources to mass-produce more Angeloids.

He decided to limit himself to just a few girls.

—Setsuna always followed his heart.

”This... it’s like being the god of this world.”

Mio and Tohru were in awe.

Creating life from nothing—that was divine.

Being able to freely define their power, personality, everything? The freedom was overwhelming.

”That’s just how the game world works.”

Setsuna found Ainz’s authority quite convenient.

”Commander, make me too!!!”

Gudako watched him tap a few times to create a top-tier powerhouse and got excited.

”Can you boost my stats too?!”

”...What are you even thinking?!”

Setsuna pinned down the overexcited girl.

”You’re not governed by the YGGDRASIL system—what, you think this is dev mode?!”

”Tsk...”

Gudako looked around at Albedo, Shalltear, and the Pleiades.

Each girl was stunningly beautiful, with incredible figures.

”Come to think of it, Ainz was... not a man. But the Commander isn’t...”

”Doesn’t this mean you can just craft your ideal wife? Customize her looks, race, and personality however you like?”

”Want a graceful elf lady? Or a white-haired, red-eyed vampire loli? They’d fall in love with you instantly—no need for romance routes?!”

Ritsuka Fujimaru had stumbled onto something profound.

”...”

Bonk—

Setsuna gave her a karate chop.

”That’s technically true, but YGGDRASIL is not an eroge system, thank you.”
