At this moment, Setsuna was sitting inside the Eternal Snowfall, casually munching on popcorn while watching Barbatos put on a show.

For trivial matters like this, if his subordinates wanted to warm up or show off, he had no reason to refuse.

After all, with himself and a squad of shipgirls ready to back things up, Gudako could do as she pleased.

He glanced over at Unicorn next to him.

”Wanna go down and join her?”

”Me?”

Unicorn blinked, then nodded firmly.

”Mm! I want to try piloting a big robot too!”

Clack—

The lower hatch opened.

Another Gundam—pure white, wielding a beam rifle in one hand and a shield in the other—descended next to Barbatos.

”Oh? You’re joining too?”

Gudako shifted over to make room for Unicorn.

One long-range, one close-range—they made the perfect duo.

”...”

Both factions present—the Terrorcons and the Autobots—fell into a strange silence.

They had never seen robots like these before.

Autobots vs. Terrorcons vs. Barbatos + Unicorn.

Transformers and Gundams had made historic contact.

Visually, there were some similarities—both were humanoid mechs.

However, Autobots mostly transformed from civilian vehicles, still retaining their automotive elements.

Optimus Prime’s chest, for instance, featured the twin windshields from the front of his truck form, his legs the blue trailer, and various tires still visible.

Gundams, in contrast, were purely war machines, lacking the Autobots’ industrial heft.

”Autobots, go.”

Scourge had no interest in these strange mechs. He came for the Transwarp Key.

BOOM—

He raised his arm and fired at Gudako.

His two comrades, Battletrap and Nightbird, also charged in, deploying their own minions to engage Barbatos and Unicorn.

Clang—

The ion blast struck Gundam 027’s shield, barely rippling the barrier.

”Autobot my ass! I’m clearly a Gundam, okay?!”

”Gundam! Do you even know the difference?!”

Gudako snapped, hefting her war hammer and clashing with Battletrap.

BANG—

Barbatos came down hard with its hammer. Battletrap raised an arm shield to block.

CLANG—

The impact carried overwhelming force. For Transformers, a mere thousand kilograms was trivial.

But his feet sank.

The concrete beneath shattered, forming a crater that extended several meters outward.

This bot, based on a GMC truck, known for its raw power and ability to overpower even Optimus in melee, now found itself being overpowered.

”Huh? You’re tougher than you look.”

Gudako swung again. Battletrap didn’t dare take it head-on and dodged away.

BOOM—

Another crater formed where the hammer struck.

”Whoa, cool.”

Bumblebee and Mirage were awestruck.

They didn’t know what exactly this thing was, but since it was fighting Scourge, it was clearly an ally.

At least it wasn’t punching them.

BANG BANG BANG BANG—

Nightbird transformed into flight mode, raining machine gun fire on Unicorn from above.

The rounds bounced harmlessly off the Klein Field.

”Shields? An Autobot with shields? Impossible!”

She was still puzzling over it when—

Unicorn raised her beam rifle, and the missile pods on her back began to load with a mechanical click-clack.

”Mm...”

”Unicorn, initiate tracking protocol, analyze movement vectors, speed parameters...”

”...Target locked!!!”

Piloting the Unicorn Gundam, Unicorn stared at her holo-interface and locked onto Nightbird.

This was her first battle. She was determined not to mess it up.

Moreover, this mech was a gift from her big brother! It would be such a waste if it got damaged.

Since that was the case, she would just use overwhelming firepower to eliminate the enemy in one blow.

Whoosh whoosh whoosh whoosh whoosh whoosh—

Six small-scale erosion missiles launched from Unicorn’s rear missile pods, trailing black-red contrails as they soared.

At the same time, the beam rifle in her hand lit up with a blinding flash. A red beam sliced through the night sky, targeting Nightbird directly.

”???!!”

”Missiles!? You have that too?!”

Nightbird panicked, swerving sharply in the air to shake off the strange missiles.

But the erosion missiles came with advanced tracking systems, relentlessly locked onto her tail.

”Whoa whoa whoa—”

Seeing the missiles gaining on her, Nightbird shouted desperately and even fired her arm cannons at them, but it was no use.

BOOM—

A red void opened in the night sky where the missile struck, as if space itself had been scooped out.

Then—nothing remained.

No dust. No debris.

Erosion missiles disintegrated matter at the particle level, causing complete annihilation within a limited radius.

Their destructive power was terrifying.

”!!!”

The Autobots were dumbfounded again. This was far more powerful than their own arm-mounted cannons.

”!”

Seeing one of his trio eliminated and Optimus being held off, Scourge unsheathed a 6-meter-long arm blade from his right arm and charged at Barbatos.

Gudako was still thrashing Battletrap, each hammer blow reducing him to scrap. Her back was completely exposed.

”Watch out!”

The Autobots tried to rush in and assist.

”You think I’m stupid?!”

CLANG!!

Barbatos swung the warhammer backward in a sweeping arc, smashing into Scourge and making his circuits short-circuit.

Thanks to tech upgrades, Gudako had fitted a rocket booster to her hammer.

Pure brute force, engineered into an art form.

”?!”

Scourge reeled, dazed from the strike. He almost lost balance.

Reflexively, he raised his left arm and fired several ion blasts at the massive mech in front of him.

BOOM—BOOM—BOOM—

All attacks were absorbed by the shield.

Gudako took two steps forward, then spun the hammer into a full arc.

”You’re too weak. I don’t even need ranged weapons or magic to handle you.”

WHAM—

With rocket propulsion, the hammer swung like a golf club, sending Scourge’s head flying into the stratosphere.

CRASH—

Another blow sent his body crashing to the ground, leaving a massive crater.

A storm of internal sparks followed.

The black Transformer went completely silent.

”...”

Optimus Prime, Mirage, Arcee—all the Autobots exchanged looks.

Everything had unfolded in just a few minutes.

Barbatos and Unicorn had crushed Scourge’s Terrorcon unit with absolute superiority.

They couldn’t comprehend it at all.

Their tech was simply too advanced.

”The Transwarp Key!”

While the others were still in shock, Unicorn walked over and dug through the wreckage, retrieving the spearhead-shaped metallic key.

She waved at the sky.

”Onii-chan! I found it!”

Elena had already fled when Scourge and the Autobots showed up, ditching the key without hesitation.

The museum had been blown to pieces. Who cared about cultural preservation at this point?

”Hey, hey, bro, how’d you do that?”

Bumblebee was the first to recover.

He hopped over and tapped Unicorn’s mech like a fist bump.

Too bad, given his height, all he could reach was the Gundam’s knee.

”Is that a Fusion Cannon? Or something else? You’ve even got missiles?!”

”Are you secretly a missile truck? Or maybe a tank?”

He wanted to get friendly with this unknown mech.

”...”

”I’m not your bro. I’m the Commander’s little sister.”

The Unicorn Gundam lowered its head and answered seriously.

”?”

”Are you a female Transformer?”

Bumblebee was stunned.

Arcee was female too, but this one was even bigger than Optimus, which was disorienting.

Clack—

The Gundam’s cockpit opened, and a beautiful purple-haired girl jumped out.

She adjusted her hair and waved at the sky again.

Setsuna descended slowly in a shuttle alongside a group of shipgirls.

Unicorn dashed into his arms.

”Did you have fun?”

Setsuna ruffled her hair.

”Mm!”

His little sister nodded.

”The Gundam isn’t as strong as me, but it’s still fun to fight in it!”

”Humans? No...”

Seeing human pilots emerging from the Gundams, Optimus Prime was even more confused.

He had initially thought they were mechanical lifeforms like himself, perhaps even fellow Cybertronians.

But they turned out to be humans piloting giant machines.

He immediately grew uneasy.

”Humans, are you here for the Transwarp Key as well?”

”Why? Can you sense its signal?!”

Optimus lowered his head to question them.

”...”

Before Setsuna could answer, two Angeloids burst from behind.

Their eyes lit up at the sight of the Autobots.

Manjuu enthusiastically rushed off to scavenge Scourge and Battletrap’s remains, stuffing their parts one by one into her rigging.

Observer walked up and tapped Optimus Prime’s leg.

Her strength made him flinch—he felt like his suspension system was about to crack.

”Authentic mechanical lifeforms? Fascinating. Tremendous research value.”

From behind her, several mechanical tendrils extended from her rigging.

She had a deep interest in technology and lifeforms from other worlds.

Observing other dimensions and universes was part of the Terminal’s mission—and hers.

”Commander, may I request permission to capture a live Autobot for study?”

”Not for now. They’re good guys.”

Setsuna flicked the little loli on the head.

”???”

Bumblebee, Mirage, and Arcee all jumped.

What the hell?

These aliens... didn’t seem very friendly?!
