Girls und Panzer World.

Buzz—

As space twisted, a dimensional portal opened high in the sky.

A small squadron of shipgirls emerged.

Leading them was a tall, buxom Royal Navy shipgirl with pale silver hair tied in twin tails.

Illustrious-class aircraft carrier, third ship—Formidable.

Accompanying her were cruisers and destroyers from various factions.

For worlds without supernatural forces or great power, Setsuna only sent a small expedition fleet.

Just like when Shinano and Hakuryuu were dispatched to the Nekopara world.

It served as training for the other shipgirls.

”Oh? Their School Ships are surprisingly big...”

Formidable looked down toward the sea.

Several multi-kilometer-long aircraft carriers cruised along the water.

Their size surpassed most shipgirl-class hulls; the largest rivaled Eternal Snowfall in length.

With housing areas, schools, parks and more stacked densely across their decks, these ships resembled floating cities.

”So then, Formidable, how exactly are we supposed to conquer this world? The Commander left the mission to you~”

A blonde, blue-eyed carrier beside her asked playfully.

Illustrious-class second ship, Victorious.

”Uh...”

Formidable twirled her hair, deep in thought.

”Commander said our task is to take control of the GuP world. It’s supposed to become a vassal of ours.”

”And those girls who pilot tanks... ideally, we bring them back with us.”

”Should we deploy universal angels and Siren units for a landing operation? Conquer them and abduct the students?”

Hakuryuu, true to her aggressive nature, suggested a more forceful option.

”No. We’re not slavers. The Commander would never force anyone to come with us.”

Formidable flatly refused.

She activated the observation system and scanned the School Ships below.

There appeared to be a match underway; both teams’ tanks had just entered the field.

”Hmm?”

She suddenly had an idea.

”Since we’re here, we might as well have some fun...”

”Split into two teams. One squad: go contact this world’s leadership and follow standard protocol to secure surrender.”

”Second squad: come with me. Let’s meet these tank-driving girls.”

...

Late night.

On an endless grassland.

A short-haired girl in a sailor uniform stood on a hill, holding a map and surveying the terrain.

From time to time, she scribbled on it with a pen.

”You’re working hard, Miho Nishizumi.”

Another sailor-uniformed girl with twin tails walked up beside her.

”Ah, it’s nothing.”

Miho shook her head and looked at Student Council President Anzu Kadotani.

”What about tomorrow’s match? Any strategies to win?”

Anzu asked.

”...”

Miho looked down at the mess of lines on her map, then toward the forest in the distance.

”I... I haven’t figured it out yet. I’m sorry.”

”But I’ll do my best!!...”

Tomorrow was Ōarai Academy’s match against the University Selection Team.

Back when Miho had just transferred in, Ōarai was on the brink of closure.

To save the school, she joined Sensha-dou and led Ōarai to defeat Sanders, Anzio, Pravda, Kuromorimine, and other top schools, winning the national championship.

But the Education Bureau went back on its word and continued pressuring Ōarai.

After intense negotiations, it was decided that one final match through Sensha-dou would determine the outcome.

If they could beat the University Team, they could save the school.

It was an almost impossible challenge.

Miho looked at the strength comparison between both sides...

The opposing team was expected to deploy at least 30 tanks, including advanced models like Pershings and Centurions.

Ōarai had only eight.

Most of them were lightweights—like the Panzer IV, Sturmgeschütz III, and Jagdpanzer—inferior in both quality and quantity.

”If we could concentrate our forces and create local superiority like before, we might be able to win...”

The Student Council President had just started to suggest something when Miho shook her head.

”Impossible. The university team’s commander, Arisu Shimada, is a formidable opponent. She won’t fall for that.”

”...”

The moment Arisu Shimada’s name was mentioned, silence fell again.

She was a prodigy who had skipped from high school straight into college, heir to the Shimada-style Sensha-dou.

Her tactical skills were on par with Miho’s.

In both individual prowess and vehicle capability, Ōarai was at a clear disadvantage.

They couldn’t think of a single viable way to win.

”Ugh...”

Miho squatted down, hugging her head and scratching at it in frustration.

This battle wasn’t just about preventing Ōarai’s closure—it was a showdown between the Nishizumi and Shimada schools of Sensha-dou.

If she lost, it would dishonor her family name.

”What should I do...”

”If we had more tanks, maybe... To defeat 30 Pershings and Centurions, we’d need at least 20 more tanks ourselves...”

Just as she muttered this.

Buzzz—

A deep humming sound came from the sky.

A massive, silver-white starship descended slowly from the night sky, hovering before them.

It had engaged optical camouflage, masking its appearance.

As such, the distant town saw nothing strange—only these two girls, closest to the ship, stared in stunned silence.

Navigation lights on the starship’s sides lit up the surrounding field like daylight.

Miho instinctively raised her hand to shield her eyes from the blinding glow.

”Is it from the Sensha-Dō Federation? When did they get something this huge?”

”Or is this... aliens?!”

Anzu jumped, dropping her sweet potatoes all over the grass.

She pinched her cheek—ouch, not a dream.

Clack—

The hatch opened.

Formidable stepped out with a few shipgirls.

Seeing they were all girls, Miho and Anzu let out a breath of relief.

They had feared a bunch of tentacled aliens.

Formidable stood in front of them, scanning the duo.

”Ara? So you’re Miho Nishizumi? The Commander always calls you the War God.”

”You look like a lively young lady.”

She gave Miho a friendly pat on the shoulder.

”Huh?! May I ask who you are...?”

Miho was so stunned she didn’t know what to say.

”We’re from another world, here to conquer yours. Don’t worry, we mean you no harm.”

”You’re fighting the university team tomorrow, right? You’re short on tanks, yes?”

Victorious asked with a smile.

”Ah... Yes.”

Miho nodded automatically.

”Perfect timing then. Let’s have a bit of fun.”

Formidable whispered something to Victorious.

Then turned back to the still-dazed Miho.

”How would you like a bit of military aid?”

”We happen to have some outdated equipment lying around...”
