Journey to Planar World

In the evening, Wang Jian immediately went to a furniture store and bought a king-sized mattress. Returning to his rented room, he, along with Moeha and Tsubame, removed the old, worn-out mattress and rearranged the furniture, which now felt incredibly cramped, so that the new mattress could fit and be placed properly. Although the arrangement was tight, at least the mattress was large enough to accommodate all three of them comfortably.

After the room was tidied up, the three of them went to the public bathhouse. The bathroom in Wang Jian’s residence was clearly too small and uncomfortable for the three of them to bathe together, especially with two pregnant women.

At the public bathhouse, Wang Jian always scanned the area with his Rikugan (Six Eyes). He knew that in this ninja world, anomalies often occurred, and there were certain figures who had lewd hobbies. For instance, Jiraiya and Hiruzen.

Wang Jian knew very well that one of the Legendary Sannin, Jiraiya, was a pervert whose hobby was peeping at bathing women under the guise of finding inspiration for writing novels.

In his view, all three Sannin had poor reputations: Jiraiya the pervert, Tsunade the drunkard and gambler, and Orochimaru the mad scientist obsessed with immortality.

And their teacher, Sarutobi Hiruzen? Not much better.

On the surface, Hiruzen was a kind and friendly old man, but that was just a façade he used in public. In reality, there was no need to mention how poor his regime was, full of manipulation, which required children in their teens to go to the battlefield while he and the other Konoha Council members just relaxed safely in Konoha.

Hiruzen also had the same hobby as Jiraiya, which was peeping into women’s bathhouses through his Telescope Technique in his spare time.

How could Wang Jian allow another man, even a Hokage, to see his women’s unclothed bodies?

If anyone dared, he would immediately detect the anomaly and whisk Moeha and Tsubame away in an instant.

Fortunately, the situation he worried about did not happen.

There were no signs of Jiraiya peeping. After all, he rarely returned to Konoha, obsessed with searching for the Child of Prophecy.

Nor were there any signs of the Telescope Technique watching. It seemed Hiruzen was busy preparing for the upcoming Chunin Exams and was neglecting his old hobby for the time being.

Returning home clean and relaxed, Wang Jian decided to test the durability of his new mattress.

The intensity was not as brutal as usual, as both girls were pregnant. Wang Jian was extremely careful, especially with Tsubame, who was eight months pregnant.

He ensured their positions were safe and comfortable, prioritizing pleasure and affection without endangering the fetus. Gentle touches, long kisses, and suppressed sighs filled the cramped room.

The sturdy new mattress occasionally creaked softly, bearing the weight of the three people wrestling together. Sounds of heavy breathing and sighs filled the narrow room.

In the midst of their pleasure, the activity briefly paused. Suddenly, there was a loud knock on the wall followed by an angry shout from the next-door neighbor. The neighbor loudly complained, furious at the loud perverted noises and the squeaking of their bed late at night.

The three of them fell silent, feeling both embarrassed and amused. This incident only strengthened Wang Jian’s resolve. He truly had to buy his own house immediately—a place where they could have privacy without worrying about disturbing others or feeling constantly watched.

”Jian-kun, where are you going?”

Tsubame’s faint voice was heard in the dark room when she saw her husband dressing neatly in the middle of the night. Next to her, Moeha was also awake, her naked body half-covered by a thin blanket.

”I have some business to attend to. No need to wait for me, get some rest, you must be tired, Tsubame.” Wang Jian replied in a low voice while tidying his clothes.

Once ready, he approached the bed, gently stroked Tsubame’s forehead before planting a warm kiss on her lips.

”Mm. Be careful on the road, Jian-kun.” Tsubame whispered, her head nodding slightly.

She was smart, not asking for more details about what business her husband had to do in the middle of the night. That trust was deeply ingrained.

”I’m leaving.”

Bidding farewell, Wang Jian didn’t bother using the door. He teleported one kilometer outside of Konoha using his Limitless Technique.

Under the pale moonlight, he glanced briefly at the calm-looking village before dashing at full speed toward the Capital of the Land of Fire.

His goal was simple: money.

Buying a house—especially in the comfortable and safe central area of Konoha—required a significant amount of funds. Relying on income from D and C-rank missions as a Genin clearly wouldn’t be enough, even if he saved for twenty years. And Wang Jian was not the patient type.

So, how to make money quickly?

The answer was simple: robbery.

Even in modern times, the wealth of tycoons is often built upon the exploitation of the weak. Otherwise, where did their great fortunes come from?

Of course, Wang Jian wouldn’t rob just anyone. His targets were corrupt nobles whose wealth was obtained from the misery of the common people.

With Wang Jian’s speed amplified by the Blue from his Limitless Technique, he arrived at the magnificent and glittering capital of the Land of Fire in just six hours, covering a distance that usually takes a full day for a Jonin.

As soon as he arrived in the grand capital, he quickly disguised himself and blended into the crowd. From conversations in teahouses and corners of the city, he gathered information: which noble was the greedest, the cruelest, and had accumulated the most wealth from suffocating taxes.

After gathering enough intelligence, Wang Jian found his target.

”Three Chunin-level ninjas, huh...” Wang Jian muttered from high up on a tree branch overlooking a magnificent palace-style residence complex.

”Being able to hire ninjas as personal guards means this noble really has surplus money. Of course, all of it is the result of extorting the people.”

The ninjas hiding to guard the perimeter did not escape his Rikugan’s perception. He knew exactly their location and movements.

As for the armored samurai on patrol? Wang Jian barely considered them a threat.

For some, samurai might be a symbol of honor and tradition. But in his eyes, they were nothing more than obsolete products. This was an era where ninjas reigned.

With a faint smile full of confidence, Wang Jian leaped down from the tree, disappearing into the shadows of the night like smoke.

The planned robbery—or more accurately, the repossession of the people’s assets—was about to begin.

From the people, for the people!
