Chapter 686: Chapter 364: The Third King, Hammer of Fearlessness! Gigaton Hammer!

Is this the ”King’s Power”?

Naoki looked incredulously at the changes happening to Pawmot.

Like Zacian’s King of Swords form and Zamazenta’s King of the Shield form, Pawmot, empowered by the King’s Power, was also covered with a metallic crown resembling a helmet.

This was the appearance of being fully armed.

Naoki suddenly thought of something interesting.

When Zacian and Zamazenta transform into their kingly forms, their type changes from purely Fairy or Fighting types to dual types of Fairy/Steel and Fighting/Steel.

So the question is, has Pawmot’s type changed as well?

Has it become Electric + Steel, or Fighting + Steel?

Besides that, there is another thing that Naoki was concerned about.

And that’s Pawmot’s ability.

Zacian’s ability is ”Intrepid Sword”, which boosts attack power.

Zamazenta’s ability is ”Dauntless Shield”, which boosts defense.

Would the ability of Pawmot’s King of Hammers form change accordingly?

If it did change, it might be an ability that has never appeared before in the Pokemon World.

Four big words immediately appeared in Naoki’s mind—Unyielding Hammer!

However, Naoki couldn’t confirm these speculations.

After all, reality isn’t a game, and he couldn’t open a backpack to check Pokemon’s detailed stats whenever he wanted.

”How do you feel?” Naoki asked.

Unexpectedly, Pawmot, having gained new power, did not show the usual excited enthusiasm.

Instead, it exuded a calm and mature aura, vaguely revealing an air of kingly majesty.

Pawmot looked determined, and answered, ”Pawmo!”

Calyrex, nearby, smiled slightly: ”It seems you’ve grown from that trial in the Illusion Realm.”

With those words, Naoki became even more curious about the specifics of that Illusion Realm trial.

So, he took Pawmot, ate a few Translation Nuts Cakes, and listened to its story about what happened in the Illusion Realm.

Turned back into Pawmi, returned to its previous home, saw its parents, encountered Mandibuzz, protected Cubone...

Towards the end, the mature expression on Pawmot’s face couldn’t hold.

”Pawmo...” (Luckily, it’s not a dream now...)

Naoki smiled slightly and asked again, ”Are you happy now?”

Pawmot looked at him and nodded happily: ”Pawmo Pawmo!” (Happy!)

After that, Pawmot felt a pang of sadness: ”Pawmo.” (I wonder how my parents are doing now.)

Everything in the Illusion Realm felt real.

At first, it truly believed it had returned home, to the den its family had dug together.

Sensing Pawmot’s low mood, Naoki reached out and patted its head, comforting it:

”Don’t worry, they’ll be fine. I’ve asked the inn’s guests for help, and maybe soon, we’ll have news.”

”Then, I’ll go with you back to the forest, and we’ll bring your parents to the ranch to live with us, how about that?”

”Pawmo...” Pawmot was moved, jumping into Naoki’s arms in a pout: ”Pawmo~”

”Alright, alright,” Naoki laughed, hugging Pawmot.

After all, Pawmot was raised by him from a young age. Outside, it’s the King of Hammers, but on the ranch, it’s just his Pawmot, his chicken coop manager.

”So, can you show me the power you’ve gained now?” Naoki asked.

”Pawmo!” Pawmot’s eyes lit up, and it nodded.

They came to the ranch, where Pawmot flew into the air, glanced at its hammer, then called out twice to Naoki and the other Pokemon like Alcremie, signaling them to back away.

Seeing this, Naoki was a bit surprised. It looks like the move Pawmot is about to use is quite powerful!

He picked up Glaceon with one arm and cradled Alcremie with the other, backing away a bit with Ogerpon and the Dragonairs.

Once it was enough, Pawmot nodded.

It gripped the small hammer tightly, a firm determination flashing in its eyes.

The next moment, a miraculous scene unfolded.

The small, exquisite golden hammer suddenly became immense!

Pawmot swung it with all its might.

”Pawmo—”

Then, it smashed down suddenly.

”Boom!”

Amidst a loud crash, the earth seemed to tremble.

Alcremie and the others were utterly shocked.

Naoki, on the other hand, had an intense gaze.

It appeared! A move just like Zacian’s and Zamazenta’s! Evidently, this was the power of the King’s Power!

The third giant beast series move after Behemoth Blade and Behemoth Bash!

What should it be called? Gigaton Hammer?

Naoki found it perfectly fitting.

After the demonstration, Pawmot flew back.

Seeing everyone’s shocked and admiring eyes, it looked a bit embarrassed.

The next second, a light flashed over its body, and it returned to its normal form from the King of Hammers.

”Can you freely control this power to change forms?” Naoki curiously asked.

Pawmot gave a definite answer: ”Pawmo!” (That’s right!)

”Amazing!” Naoki praised, quite excitedly.

Very well, in the future, when your senior brothers and sisters battle Eternatus, I’ll send you to assist!

At that time, Zacian and Zamazenta will definitely be astonished.

Meanwhile, in the Johto Region, in the Water City Alto Mare.
