”Oh god! Oh my god! Marvin! Mr. Director! White! Silver! Oh god—” Paris was lost, completely lost, the names mixing together, the characters becoming one, becoming Marvin, becoming her lover, becoming everything.

He devoured her with abandon, the hot shower they’d shared moments before having thoroughly cleansed her pussy from their last round. His tongue plunged deep inside her, savoring the fresh, slick taste of her, fucking her, then pulling out to circle her clit, sucking it into his mouth, humming against her, the vibrations making her thrash and scream and beg for mercy, beg for more, beg for everything. His hands gripped her thighs, holding her open, keeping her pinned as he devoured her, as he consumed her, as he drove her higher and higher toward another orgasm that would shatter her completely.

”I’m gonna cum! I’m gonna cum! Oh god, Marvin, I love you, I love you, I’m gonna—” Paris screamed, her body convulsing, her climax crashing over her, her juices flooding his mouth as he continued to lick and suck, prolonging her pleasure until she was sobbing, begging him to stop, begging him to never stop, begging for everything and nothing.

Marvin climbed back up her body, his face glistening with her, his cock hard and throbbing against her thigh, ready for more, always ready. ”Good girl,” he praised, his voice shifting between characters, his hands rough and tender all at once. ”But we’re not done. We’re never done until I say so. Until you’ve given me everything. Until you’ve become the role so completely that you forget your own name. Until you’re nothing but the character, nothing but the fantasy, nothing but mine.”

He positioned himself at her entrance and thrust in, filling her again, and Paris screamed, her body still sensitive, still trembling from her orgasm, still ready for him, always ready for him. He began to pound into her, hard and fast and merciless, his hips slapping against hers with wet, meaty sounds that filled the room, that drowned out everything else, that became the only sound in the world.

”Tell me you love this,” he commanded, his thrusts becoming wilder, more animalistic, losing rhythm as he lost himself in her. ”Tell me you love being fucked like a whore. Tell me you love being used. Tell me you love being our little plaything, our little toy, our little starlet. Tell me you love me.”

”I love it!” Paris wailed, tears streaming down her face askew, her hair a tangled mess around her shoulders, her makeup smeared, her body marked and claimed and owned. ”I love being your whore! I love being used! I love being your little plaything! I love you, Marvin! I love you so much! Please, please, don’t stop, never stop, I love you—”

Marvin fucked her harder, his hands gripping her wrists, pinning them above her head as he drove into her with desperate, brutal force that made the bed shake, that made the headboard bang against the wall, that made the crystal chandeliers rattle and threaten to fall. He was grunting, growling, animal sounds of possession and desire and love that filled the room, that mixed with her screams and moans and whimpers to create a symphony of sex, a masterpiece of fucking, a testament to their passion.

”Again,” he demanded. ”Cum again. Cum for me, Paris. Cum for me. Let go completely. Give me everything. Show me how much you love me. Show me how far you’ll go. Show me that you’re mine completely.”

His words pushed her over the edge, and Paris screamed, her body convulsing, her pussy clamping down on his cock in rhythmic spasms that seemed to go on forever, that drained her of everything, of thought, of consciousness, of self. She came and came and came, her vision going white, then black, her body going limp beneath him as her mind shut down completely, as she passed out from the intensity of the pleasure, from the overwhelming reality of their lovemaking, from the complete surrender of everything she was to everything he wanted her to be.

Marvin felt her go, felt her body become limp and unresponsive, felt her pass out beneath him, her pussy still twitching around his cock, still milking him even as she lost consciousness. He groaned, his own climax building, his cock throbbing, still hard, still needing release, still wanting more even as she lay beneath him, completely spent. He thrust into her a few more times, her consciousness slowly returning, while her body took him, accepting him, until finally, with a roar that seemed to shake the room, he came, flooding her with his heat, his seed, his claim on her, marking her as his.

He collapsed beside her, his chest heaving, his body trembling, his cock still half-hard against her thigh, still wanting more, always wanting. He looked at her—at this beautiful, broken girl who had given him everything, who had passed out from the intensity of their lovemaking, who had surrendered so completely that she had lost consciousness—and he felt a surge of emotions from her so powerful it almost hurt, so deep it felt like it could drown him.

He sighed, a long, frustrated sound that was far from satisfaction he wanted, regret that it had to end so soon, that he can’t fuck her anymore as she had to wake up, that the real world had to intrude. Carefully, gently, with tenderness, he pulled her into his arms, arranging her so that she lay sprawled across his chest, her head resting over his heart, her legs tangled with his, her body completely limp and trusting and perfect. She was warm, soft, utterly relaxed, completely unconscious, her breathing deep and even, her face peaceful in sleep, her lips slightly parted, her eyelashes fluttering against her cheeks.

Marvin reached for the pink cashmere blanket at the foot of the bed—the one that Paris loved, the one that she said was ”totally hot” and matched everything, the one that was soft and warm and smelled uniquely like her—and pulled it over them, tucking it around her naked, well-used body, covering them both in soft, pink warmth that felt like a cocoon, like a sanctuary, like a promise of forever.

He lay there, his hand stroking her hair gently, his fingers tracing patterns on her back, his heart slowly returning to normal, his breathing evening out. Outside, the New York night was alive with sound, with traffic and sirens and the endless hum of the city that never slept, but in the Hilton suite, in their pink paradise, there was only the sound of their breathing, the warmth of their bodies, the peace of complete surrender, the aftermath of passion so intense it had shattered her body completely and put them back together as something new, something stronger, something eternal.

”That’s hot,” Marvin whispered to himself, smiling tiredly, borrowing her phrase, her signature saying, making it his own because she was his own, because everything about her belonged to him now. ”Totally hot.”

He closed his eyes, pulling her closer, feeling her heartbeat against his chest, feeling her warmth surround him. Within minutes, he too was asleep, the teacher and his student, the director and his star, tangled together in a pink blanket, dreaming of tomorrow’s lessons, of love that burned hotter than any spotlight, deeper than any ocean, stronger than any force on earth.

Next Day.

Terry Hill Avenue, New Jersey.

In a quiet, affluent neighborhood, an old wooden villa stood set back from the street. Its walls echoed with the predictable hum of suburban life.

*Ring, ring...* The landline phone mounted on the kitchen wall blared.

Anne sprinted down the stairs, her socks slipping on the hardwood. She grabbed the receiver before the third ring, her heart hammering against her ribs. ”Hello? Who are you looking for?”

”This is the casting office for *An American Rhapsody*,” the voice on the other end said, dull and professional. ”Is this Anne Hathaway?”

”Hello? Anne Hathaway speaking,” she said, tightening her grip on the plastic receiver. Her pulse was pounding so hard she could hear it in her ears. She took a quick breath. ”Hi... yes.” Another pause. ”This is about the audition?” She swallowed. ”Could you... could you just tell me?” A nervous laugh escaped her before she could stop it. ”Did I get it?”

There was a brief pause. Anne heard papers being shuffled on the other end of the line. ”I’m sorry, Ms. Hathaway,” the assistant said gently. ”The casting team decided to go in a different direction. We really appreciated your audition, and everyone enjoyed meeting you.”

The words hit like a punch to the chest. For a second, Anne couldn’t even answer. She had worked so hard for this.

A surge of anger mixed with a crushing wave of disappointment flooded her chest.

She’d spent the last week surviving on little more than green apples, salad, and bottled water, trying to match the thin, fragile look described in the casting breakdown. She had rehearsed until midnight, practiced every beat, every pause, every line in front of the bathroom mirror.

She’d walked into that room believing she had a real chance.

’What happened?’

Her thoughts immediately drifted to the blonde girl she’d seen in the waiting room. She remembered thinking about the actress she had competed against in the waiting room—a blonde from New York who looked too mature, looked older than the role, too plump, especially in the chest area not at all how she’d imagined the character.

’Did she get it?’

Anne blinked hard, trying not to cry.

Before the assistant could end the call, the words escaped before she could stop them.

”Wait.” Her voice cracked despite her effort to stay composed. ”I’m... I’m sorry.”

She took a shaky breath. ”Could you tell me...” She hesitated. ”...who got the part?” Another pause. ”I just...” She swallowed. ”I thought the audition went really well. Bonnie seemed happy with my read. She even said I looked right for the role.”

Her grip tightened around the receiver. ”So... what changed?”

The assistant didn’t hang up.

Instead, there was a quiet sigh on the other end of the line. ”Off the record?” the woman said, lowering her voice. ”Bonnie liked you. She really did.”

Anne’s heart lurched. ”Then... what happened?”

A brief hesitation. ”The decision didn’t stop with Bonnie.”

Anne frowned.

”It came from higher up.”

”How high?”

The assistant gave a humorless laugh. ”High enough that nobody in the room argued.”

Silence. ”You’ve heard of Marvin Meyers, right?”

”Of course.”

”Then haven’t you seen the trade magazines? Or heard Hollywood gossips? Well... Scarlett Johansson is close to him. That’s what everyone’s saying, anyway. Word is somebody at Paramount made a call after that. Whether it’s true or not...” She sighed. ”Around here, once people think someone has that kind of backing, doors start opening.”

Anne’s stomach sank.

”I’m sorry,” the assistant said quietly. ”You didn’t hear any of this from me.”

The line went dead.

Anne stood motionless, the receiver still pressed against her ear.

The disappointment didn’t disappear.

It changed. The helpless ache hardened into something sharper.

Not rage. Determination. She slowly lowered the phone back into its cradle.

Anne Hathaway had grown up believing hard work mattered.

Her father was a respected labor attorney. Her mother had spent years on the stage before raising a family. Books filled the house. Shakespeare was quoted over dinner. She had even been named after Anne Hathaway, William Shakespeare’s wife.

Discipline wasn’t encouraged in the Hathaway home.

It was expected.

As a little girl she’d imagined becoming a Catholic nun, believing there was no greater purpose than serving God. That dream ended when she saw how the Church treated her older brother after he came out as gay.

When he came out as gay, the family abandoned Catholicism due to its oppression of LGBT people.

The certainty she’d once devoted to faith found a new home instead.

Acting.

If she was going to devote herself to something, she would devote herself completely.

By high school she had earned a reputation as one of the strongest young performers in her community theater circuit. Directors praised her preparation. Audiences noticed her. Reviewers called her a natural.

Under her mother’s careful guidance, she honed her skills on stage, performing in the renowned *Golden Dust World* play to rave local reviews.

For a while, that had been enough.

Hollywood taught her otherwise. Stage applause meant very little inside casting offices.

She was a big fish in a very small pond.

Every audition reminded her that there were hundreds, maybe thousands of talented girls who looked almost exactly like her. Same fresh face, same long legs, same wide-eyed ambition that could be molded into whatever the camera wanted. They filled the waiting rooms like ghosts of alternate futures: all hoping, all starving, all one lucky break away from escaping the soul-crushing cycle of waitressing and rejection.
