The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 132: Chapter 132- Verdia’s Fever and Healing Session

From Diana’s words, it looked like she got the permission from the King and the Queen. Rejecting her at this point would seem disrespectful, and besides, Reinhardt wanted to visit the other seven kingdoms and see with his own eyes how they looked, their culture, their knight orders, and the people there.

This would be a good experience. Thus, he nodded his head.

”It would be my pleasure to attend a wedding of two of the most ideal couples in the world”.

”Hahaha, you said it. Don’t back down on your words later, Reinhardt. I will be expecting a toast from you at my wedding.”

Vaerion laughed heartily. They exchanged some light hearted conversation before the latter announced their leave.

On top of a large balcony of the royal palace. Vaerion and Diana stood side by side. Sending them off were Reinhardt, Zerina, and the Queen. The king being a busy man, had to greet the other dignitaries in the audience chamber.

”We shall meet again half a year later” Saying that, Vaerion folded his fingers and whistled loudly.

A few seconds later, a giant shadow appeared through the clouds and dove towards the royal palace. Once near, its appearance was clear to everyone.

Standing above fifteen meters tall, with wide wings and a majestic body, the thing that appeared was none other than a Black Gryffin. Given what the name of their knight order was based on, it was obvious that Vaerion’s mount was also a black gryffin.

What’s more, compared to the one that was partnered up with the Vice Commander, his was a head taller and looked more violent.

”Then we are off. See you guys soon,” He held Diana in his embrace and jumped on top of the gryffin. The next second, it flapped its wide wings, generating wild gusts around the royal palace.

The duo was already gone, soaring through the skies. That said, although they left, they created an incident behind.

Thanks to the powerful gust the gryffin generated just before it took off, the gown that Her Majesty was wearing was lifted off, allowing Reinhardt a good view of what she was always hiding behind those crossed legs of hers.

Satin thong, not only that, it was quite a sexy one with a pretty colour. Her smooth bourbon color skin, long fleshy thighs, and plump ass had such a devastating impact that anyone looking at it would immediately lose themselves in a nefarious fire.

Quickly, Reinahrdt controlled his thoughts and looked away. Her body held such seductiveness that just a simple glance was enough to almost kick in his [Endless Ardor]. No wonder she was hailed as the woman who can capture the heart of any man.

Embarassed, the Queen controlled the hem of her gown from rising. She then stared at the only male present here with resentful eyes.

’That damn Vaerion, even after he left, he created trouble for him’ Reinhardt’s eyes twitched. He coughed and changed the topic.

”You Majesty, we will take our leave too.”

With everything they needed to settle in the capital over, it was time they headed back to their place.

The queen nodded and excused them. And so, after an eventful week in the Capital, the order of the Temple of Light headed back. The events that occurred in the capital made their round all across the kingdom.

The action that Reinhardt took and the new reform of their kingdom shook the entirety of the country to its core. Whether it be the influential, the ordinary folks, or the noblemen, there was only one name on their lips.

This man, who always seemed to be the talk behind every piece of news, did something surprising again.

Of course, the person responsible for fanning the storm was all carefree as he made his way over to his territory.

Just as the queen ordered, he had visited Marquis Boulevard’s mansion and seeing their forward and flattering attitude, which had turned a complete 180 degrees from what he knew of the person, he was quite creeped out.

The latter informed him that he would be visiting him in his new territory and that he would be the one providing him with an assistant on the orders of the Queen.

It looked like Marquis Boulevard intended on introducing his new assistant to him later. What a wasted trip; nevertheless, using the [Eyes of Divine Clarity], he at least confirmed that the noble and the people surrounding him were not involved with any demonic activity.

He could now remove Marquis Boulevard from his list of suspicious individuals.

Three days later, they returned to the Arcknight estate.

After getting down from his warhorse, he made his way over to the study where his father usually worked to report to him about the events that took place in the capital. However, the Butler Sebastian informed him that his father was out.

”Master went out to inaugurate the new Labour Hall. However, his timing couldn’t be any worse,” the butler said while panicking.

The Labour Hall he was talking about was a new department of the City Hall. A branch that sees to the employment of less skilled workers. This was an initiative his father took to improve the condition of the city.

That said, what did the butler mean by his timing couldn’t be any worse?

”Is father alright?”

Even if he had put on some years, the other party was still a level 9 superhuman knight. How can there be danger to such a person? That said, the one in danger did not appear to be his father but rather...

”It’s the duchess. She has come down with a mysterious fever, and no elixir we have on our stock seems to be working on her.”

Sebastian wiped the sweat trickling down his face.

”Mysterious fever? Alright, I’ll go see to her,” Saying that, he turned around and walked towards the orchid mansion.

Outside, the servants were panicking, not knowing what to do.
