School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 488: Chapter 542: Qin Yixuan’s Request

Chen Nan left the house.

He was planning to go to school, but his phone rang again—it was a call from Qin Yixuan.

What could this woman possibly want?

As Chen Nan thought about it, he answered the call, ”Crazy lady, what do you want with me?”

Qin Yixuan responded irritably, ”Me, a lord? I’ve run into big trouble. Where are you now? Do you have time to help?”

Chen Nan said grumpily, ”Listen, crazy woman, I’m still your direct supervisor. Would it kill you to be a little polite?”

”I’m already being polite enough.”

Qin Yixuan’s voice carried a note of urgency. ”I don’t have time to chat. Can you come or not?”

”I can help you, but I have classes. Otherwise, my beautiful teacher is going to lose it again,” Chen Nan sighed. ”Well, I’ll go all out for a brother. What do you need help with?”

Qin Yixuan said, ”There are a few drug traffickers, desperate criminals, who, after being pursued by us, ran into a mall and are holding hostages with guns. You come and help me eliminate them or catch them.”

”Catching people isn’t my strong suit, catching breasts, on the other hand, is,” he joked.

”Catch your own damn breasts, you pervert,” Qin Yixuan cursed. ”It’s at Guangda Mall on Furong Road. Get over here fast.”

Chen Nan sighed, ”Why the rush? I’m coming from far away to help, and you ought to offer me some compensation, right? How about this—I take down these criminals for you, and you grant me one request. How does that sound?”

”Fine, no problem!”

Without a second thought, Qin Yixuan blurted out, ”Just name it, I’ll agree to any condition.”

”How about spending one night with me? I’ve never slept with a cop before!”

”Go to hell!”

Qin Yixuan cursed loudly, ”Just get your ass over here!”

Chen Nan laughed heartily and hung up the phone.

He had been to Guangda Mall before, so he knew where it was, and it wasn’t very far from here.

Chen Nan displayed his Qinggong, scaling walls rapidly. In just a minute or two, he arrived at Guangda Mall.

By this time, the crowd inside the mall had already been evacuated, and a security perimeter had been set up outside. The crowd was kept at a distance, watching intently. Qin Yixuan and a group of cops were at the very front.

”People inside, listen up! You’re surrounded. Laying down your weapons is your only way out. Resisting will lead you to a dead end...”

A police officer, repeating the most classic line from cop movies, was using a megaphone non-stop.

”Buddy, stop shouting. The people inside aren’t deaf. They don’t want to surrender, and you shouting a thousand times won’t help,” Chen Nan suddenly reached out, snatched the megaphone, and threw it towards Qin Yixuan: ”Tell the people inside, their Lord Chen has arrived.”

Seeing Chen Nan, Qin Yixuan’s eyes lit up: ”Stop the chatter and hurry up and save people.”

Before Chen Nan could respond, a voice came from beside him: ”Qin, who is this guy?”

Qin Yixuan turned around quickly and said, ”This is my friend. He’s good with guns and martial arts. Chen Nan, this is Captain Zhao from our city criminal police team.”

Criminal Police Team?

Captain Zhao?

Chen Nan felt the name was somewhat familiar. Turning his head, he indeed recognized the face.

”It’s you!”

Zhao Zhong spotted Chen Nan and immediately recoiled in fear, taking two steps backward.

Initially, he had taken money from Wang Zhikai to make trouble for Chen Nan but ended up getting brutally beaten by him at the foot of Huilong Mountain. Seeing this fearsome figure now, he was quite astonished.

”Captain Zhao, long time no see, how have you been?”

Chen Nan, smiling cheerily, walked towards him. With every step forward, Zhao Zhong stepped back in terror.

”You... don’t come any closer, stay where you are!”

Trembling with fear, Zhao Zhong quickly drew his gun and pointed it at Chen Nan, then turned to Qin Yixuan and said, ”Xiao Qin, this man is a criminal suspect, hurry and arrest him.”

Qin Yixuan was a bit stunned.

When had Chen Nan offended Zhao Zhong?

She was the captain of the Criminal Police Team, a rank junior to Zhao Zhong, but she definitely would not listen to Zhao. Chen Nan was not only her friend but also the Crown Prince of the Sky Team.

Any core member of the Sky Team, let alone the Crown Prince, could crush Zhao Zhong with their status.

”Captain Zhao, could there be some mistake? How could my friend possibly be a criminal suspect?”

Zhao Zhong snorted coldly and said, ”He’s committed assault on police officers, injuring several of my men. I will not rest as captain of the Criminal Police Team unless he’s brought to justice today.”

”When did he assault any officers...”

Qin Yixuan was about to ask for clarification, but Chen Nan pulled her aside and faced Zhao Zhong’s gunpoint. He approached step by step, smiling, and said, ”Captain Zhao, you say I assaulted an officer, do you have any evidence?”

”Of course, the men under me can testify.”

”You’re the captain; of course, your men will say as you command. That’s hardly proof.” Chen Nan strode forward and asked, ”Besides that, do you have any other evidence?”

”You... stay back, or I’ll shoot!” Zhao Zhong threatened.

Chen Nan scoffed and said, ”So you say, you have no evidence. Since you have none, your accusation of my assaulting an officer is slander. I, Chen Nan, hate being slandered the most. How about this? Kneel and knock your head on the ground three times, and I’ll let you go today. Otherwise, I’ll fulfill your claim and really assault you. I’ll blow you away.”

Zhao Zhong reacted as if he had heard a great joke, ”Go ahead, just try.”

He didn’t believe that Chen Nan would dare to assault an officer in front of so many people today, thinking that no matter how skilled at martial arts he was, Chen Nan wouldn’t dare oppose the government.

”Alright then, since you’ve asked me to try.”

Chen Nan, grinning like a madman, swung his fist up and charged at Zhao Zhong.

Zhao Zhong hadn’t even managed to disengage the safety on his gun before Chen Nan punched him in the nose, knocking him to the ground, then sat on him, slapping his face repeatedly without stopping.

As he slapped, he said, ”This isn’t assaulting an officer; you asked for it yourself—I’m just satisfying your wrongful assertion.”

”Ah, ah, stop hitting, it hurts, it hurts!”

Zhao Zhong’s face was bruised and swollen, wailing miserably as he flailed his limbs, attempting to struggle, but with Chen Nan sitting on him like a heavy mountain, he couldn’t move at all.

The surrounding police officers were stunned, unable to believe someone would dare to assault an officer openly. Did he have a death wish?

For a moment, everyone just stared, forgetting to intervene.

”Smack smack smack...”

The loud sound of slaps rang out crisply, and Chen Nan slapped with great satisfaction.

Finally, Qin Yixuan was the first to snap out of it and hurriedly said, ”Chen Nan, stop hitting him, the hostages are still in the criminals’ hands!”

”Fine, for the sake of my brother, I’ll spare this bastard today.” Chen Nan patted Zhao Zhong’s face, and while using him as a makeshift seat, he said to Qin Yixuan, ”Let’s lure out the criminals.”
