”By the way, where is the room where my grandfather stores his medicinal wine?” Yu Qi asked.

”Oh... It is here.” The butler pointed at the door.

”May I look inside?” Yu Qi asked.

”Yes.” The butler nodded.

He then took out a bunch of keys to open the room. Yu Qi was surprised to see the butler carry the bunch of keys.

”Are you always carrying those keys?” Yu Qi asked.

”Oh... It is out of habit.” The butler laughed.

”I see.” Yu Qi nodded.

The butler opened the door and let Yu Qi in. Yu Qi looked inside and nodded. The medicinal wine was still a lot.

”Does Grandpa drink it?” Yu Qi asked again.

”Yes. Master often drinks one cup after dinner.” The butler answered.

”Hmm... That’s good. If it is running low, make sure you inform me. I will make another one.” Yu Qi stated.

”I will remember that.” The butler nodded.

Yu Qi got out of the room. The butler locked the room again. Yu Qi walked to the dining room. The servants were busy bringing the dish and placing it on the table. Yu Qi silently got herself seated

A few minutes later, Grandpa Long entered the room.

”Have you slept well?” Grandpa Long asked.

”Hmm... I sleep well.” Yu Qi nodded.

”By the way, when did you say your flight was?” Grandpa Long inquired.

”Around 11 p.m.” Yu Qi stated.

”I see. Do you want me to send you to the airport?” Grandpa Long offered his help.

”It’s fine. I will have the bodyguards send me there.” Yu Qi refused politely.

”If you say so.” Grandpa Long did not push Yu Qi to accept his help. ”By the way, why are you coming to the military compound today?”

”Remember about the people caught in the secret laboratory underground?” Yu Qi said.

”Yes...” Grandpa Long nodded.

”One of them wanted to see me.” Yu Qi said.

”Why?” Grandpa Long was curious.

”It seems she had information about my biological family. She wanted to make a deal with me. She would tell me about my biological family and she requested to be released from the military. She also demanded money and a flight.” Yu Qi laughed it off.

”Your biological family? You already know about them, right?” Grandpa Long was confused.

”Yes. It seems she misunderstood something there. She thought I did not know about my biological family because I stayed with the Tang Family. What a joke.” Yu Qi said.

”Indeed. What a joke. So, do you tell the military about this?” Grandpa Long asked.

”Hmm... I already told Colonel Wu, the person who called me about this. I also told him that they did not have to agree on that person’s demand.” Yu Qi said.

”That’s great, then.” Grandpa Long nodded.

The dinner continued. Grandpa Long told the butler to serve some medicinal wine after they had finished eating.

After that, Yu Qi got ready to leave. Yu Qi thanked Grandpa Long for allowing her to stay over for a short period. Grandpa Long laughed while telling her that she was welcome to stay over as many times as she wanted; he would be delighted.

The bodyguard arrived and Yu Qi got into the car. They went to the airport. Yu Qi did not waste her time checking in. Then, she went to the waiting area. She did not want to waste her time. So, she was doing her work while waiting for the boarding.

There were some people in the waiting area, waiting for their flight as well. Yu Qi did not want people to disturb her. So, she put on a mask. However, she did not expect someone would recognise her.

”Tang Yu Qi?”

Yu Qi heard someone calling her name. So, she looked up and saw a familiar face. Instead of feeling happy, she felt like shit. Why did she meet people that she did not want to meet today?

”It is really you.” The person smiled. He wanted to get closer to Yu Qi.

”You’d better stay far away from me.” Yu Qi said.

The statement made that person freeze in his steps. His expression showed that he was hurt by Yu Qi’s words.”I just want...” That person tried to say something but Yu Qi cut him off.

”No need. Bai Shu Jin, I don’t want anything from you. Just stay away from me.” Yu Qi glared at him.

Yes, that person was Bai Shu Jin. She did not know why she encountered these people today. First was Fung Meng Xuan, well, she understood that she had been called to see her. But Bai Shu Jin, if someone said it was a fate, she would say it was a shit fate. She did not want to see them.

Yu Qi stood up and walked to another seat, not wanting to be closer to Bai Shu Jin. Bai Shu Jin wanted to follow Yu Qi but a man stopped him.

”What are you doing?” Bai Shu Jin was displeased when someone blocked her.

”Please stay away from Miss Tang. Please don’t make a scene here. Don’t force our hands to do so.” The man threatened Bai Shu Jin.

’Our hands?’ Bai Shu Jin suddenly noticed several people were eyeing him. They were watching him like he was prey. He recalled that this man called Yu Qi was with ’Miss Tang’. Was Yu Qi hired them as her bodyguard?
