Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

”Good boy... I am glad you admitted your mistake.” Yu Qi put Shino’s head.

”I am sorry. I will never do it again.” Shino apologised again.

”I hope you remember not to do it again.” Yu Qi stated.

”Yes.” Shino nodded his head several times.

”Let me wipe your tears.” Yu Qi took a tissue and wiped Shino’s tears. ”Everyone must be for you to eat.”

”Okay.” Shino sat on Yu Qi’s shoulder.

Yu Qi and Shino came out and walked to the people waiting for them. She put Shino on the table.

”Everyone, you can eat now. Sorry for the wait.” Yu Qi stated.

Xiaohua helped Xiaoliu to eat properly. He was adapting to move like a human. Rukh, who usually did not bother with anyone, also liked to eat human food. After that, they cleaned up and washed the dishes.

...

The military still kept the smuggling case under wraps. They did not reveal to any media outlet. They still tried to investigate who the buyer was. So, Long Hui still needed to go to the Capital City. He went back after three days of staying at FINN City.

Since it was Yu Qi’s day off, she accompanied Long Hui. They did not drive and took a flight. As soon as they landed, personnel from the military camp were waiting for them to take them to the military base. There was no need for them to walk out of the airport by themselves through the proper way.

When they arrived, Yu Qi needed to be in the visiting area while Long Hui had to go to the restricted area. Yu Qi did not want to sit here alone. So, she walked to the training ground. She saw Grandpa Long training the new recruits. She did not want to be a bother. So, she was just silently watching them. Well, she was not alone. Some people were also there watching the new recruits.

A man came closer to Yu Qi while smiling. ”You must be watching your boyfriend training.”

”No.” Yu Qi shook her head.

”So, you have a member family here?” The man said.

Yu Qi was about to say no, but her eyes landed on Grandpa Long, who shouted at the new recruits. ”Yes.”

”Who is your brother? I can ask my father to take care of him. Well, my father is a major.” The man said proudly.

Yu Qi raised her eyebrow. She did not understand why this man kept asking the unrelated question.

”So, tell me which one is your brother?” The man asked, coming closer to Yu Qi’s side.

Yu Qi immediately put a distance between them. ”I am sorry. The family member that I mentioned is not the new recruit. It is the instructor.” She stated.

”Huh? That is former General Long.” The man did not believe Yu Qi.

”Well, I probably need to correct it. He is my future grandfather-in-law.” Yu Qi said.

”Eh??? Future grandfather-in-law...” The man was surprised.

If Grandpa Long was her future grandfather-in-law, meaning this woman was Colonel Long’s fiancéee. He heard about the matter. Colonel Long really loves his fiancée. And he tried hitting on her. If this reached Colonel Long’s ear, he would be patty meat.

”Miss, I apologise. Please forget what I said earlier. Excuse me.” The man ran away after saying the words.

”Yu Qi...” Someone called her name and when she turned around, she saw Grandpa Long.

”Grandpa...” Yu Qi smiled.

”Why are you here?” Grandpa Long asked.

”I came with Brother Hui. He has some work to settle. Then, we will leave together.” Yu Qi stated.

”Some work to settle, meaning it will be a few hours.” Grandpa Long said.

”I know.” Yu Qi said. ”He often waits for me to finish my work too.”

”Well, it is his job to wait for you since he is your bodyguard.” Grandpa Long stated. ”Well, do you want to join me in training the new recruits?”

”Can I?” Yu Qi was surprised.

”Of course, I can say that you are the instructor whom I invited.” Grandpa Long grinned.

”If you say so...” Yu Qi smiled.

”Well, next is the shooting training. You knew about shooting, right?” Grandpa Long said.

”Yes.” Yu Qi nodded.

”Well, we don’t need to have you change your clothes. What you wearing is enough.” Grandpa Long looked at Yu Qi’s clothes. ”Let’s go.”

Grandpa Long and Yu Qi walked to the training ground.

”Everyone, I have invited outside instructor today to join us. Her name is Tang Yu Qi.” Grandpa Long said.

Everyone who was resting while looking down, looked up and saw a beautiful girl standing next to Grandpa Long. Some of them even blushed.

”Is that Colonel Long’s fiance?”

”That’s her?”

”She is really pretty.”

”But I heard she is a doctor. Is she really know about shooting?”

”I think Sir Long want to show off his granddaughter in law.”

”Sir Long is nothing like that.”

”I hear a few years ago, Miss Tang won a shooting competition. It shook many people. Some people from shooting national wanted her to join them. The military also wanted her to be a soldier. But she refused everyone and became a doctor.”

”Well, she learned about medical for many years, how can she just let go?”

Yu Qi heard clearly what the soldiers were talking about. Grandpa Long probably could not hear that.

”Enough resting. We are going to start the shooting training.” Grandpa Long said.
