Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

Yu Qi asked where they came from. Su Yu Hi told her that the people were from Continent M. Yu Qi immediately agreed on the spot. She asked about the time.

Since Su Yu Hi wanted to invite Yu Qi to join the meeting, he asked Lei Wong to schedule the meeting for 5 p.m. He also booked a private room at the restaurant around the hospital. This way, Yu Qi could come and join her without rushing.

Yu Qi told Su Yu Hi that she would attend the meeting as well. She would like to meet that representative.

...

Yu Qi walked into the restaurant. She changed her clothes to much formal attire for the meeting. She was a little bit late because of some matters at the hospital.

She was sure that Su Yu Hi and the representative had already arrived and had got seated. She told the waiter about the booking. The waiter led her to a room. He knocked on the door. He opened the door after hearing the voice telling him to open the door.

Su Yu Hi was smiling when his eyes landed on Yu Qi. He told Yu Qi to come in and led Yu Qi to sit beside him.

On the other side, there was the same middle-aged man who harassed Yu Qi yesterday. He was shocked, then showed a disgusted look at Yu Qi.

”This is...” Su Yu Hi just sat down and wanted to introduce Yu Qi to the middle-aged man before the middle-aged man cut him off.

”Mr Su, I don’t understand why you need to bring your woman here to discuss a business meeting.” The middle-aged man said.

Su Yu Hi was stunned before he wanted to introduce Yu Qi again. ”Mr Shao, this is not...”

”No need to introduce her to me. Women are nothing. You should ask her to leave so that we can continue our meeting.” Shao Fa stated.

”Sure.” Yu Qi stood up.

Shao Fa smirked. However, his expression turned into confusion when he heard Yu Qi’s next words.

”We don’t need to work with a short-minded man like you. Oh... I forget. A short-minded old man.” Yu Qi stated.

Hearing this, Su Yu Hi also stood up. Shao Fa became panicked.

”Mr Su, what is the meaning of this? You can not ruin our meeting just because your woman said something like that.” Shao Fa said.

”My woman? Who tells you that she is my woman? She is our Chairwoman. She is the decision maker in our company. Since she already said that no collaboration between us, the meeting is over.” Su Yu Hi stated.

”What? Chairwoman? How? Impossible. How could a woman like her become a chairwoman?” Shao Fa stated.

”It seems you come to ask for a partnership without researching our company. It is impossible to work with you. Let’s go about the whole deal.” Su Yu Hi stated.

Su Yu Hi finally left the room. Yu Qi was waiting outside.

”Done?” Yu Qi asked.

”Hmm... I don’t know that he looks down on women.” Su Yu Hi sighed.

”Well, it is probably because of me.” Yu Qi chuckled.

Su Yu Hi raised his eyebrow. ”What do you mean by that?”

”First of all, we already met yesterday on the flight returning to FINN City. He harassed me wanting me to be his ’tour guide’, if you understand it.” Yu Qi gave Su Yu Hi a look. Then, she continued. ”He continued to harass me, calling me a kept woman until the flight attendant had to intervene. However, after landing, he still came to harass me until I put him in his place with my beautiful words.”

”You call him an old man...” Su Yu Hi laughed.

”He kept wanting me to accompany him. So, I told him that I was not interested in an old man. That might piss him off.” Yu Qi said.

”Anyway, we are not going to cooperate with someone like him.” Su Yu Hi had already decided it.

”By the way, how is your wedding preparation? Is it the final stage, am I right?” Yu Qi changed the topic.

”Hmm... Yes.” Su Yu Hi nodded.

”Don’t forget about the invitation card.” Yu Qi reminded Su Yu Hi.

”Su Jin is handling that part. Don’t worry. You will receive yours soon.” Su Yu Hi said.

Shao Fa was stunned for quite some time in the room. Chairwoman? That woman? How could a woman build an empire business like that?

He searched QinYue Group on the internet. He went to search about the cooperate. That woman’s picture was indeed there. Her title was indeed a chairwoman.

He lost the opportunity because of his prejudice that women could not be successful like a man. His company would be angry at him for blowing up this opportunity if they found out about this.

He would spin the story showing that Yu Qi and Su Yu Hi insulted him first. That was why he blew up and got angry at them.

He did not know his harassment on the flight had been recorded by someone. It was clear that Shao Fa was the one who started it first. It continued until the flight attendant changed his seat. The harassment at the arrival gate was also recorded. All recordings were with Yu Qi’s bodyguards.

Shao Fa never knew that the people who blocked him on the flight were Yu Qi’s bodyguards.
