Pokémon: My Parallel World Daughters Revealed

The image on the screen suddenly froze.

[Ding! It’s question time!]

[Generating a random question...]

[Question: How many relatives and elders did Tiana identify by name and position inside the mine?]

[A. Five]

[B. Six]

[C. Nine]

[D. Seven]

[The buzzer round will begin in thirty seconds!]

[VIP Chat Group]

[Ash]: It’s here! It’s question time!

[Pikachu]: Pika, pika!

[May]: This question is testing our memory, right? But who would have thought to deliberately count them?

[Iris]: I actually tried, but halfway through, I saw that bald man’s expression and started laughing so hard that I forgot who came afterward.

[Dawn]: I remember Champion Cynthia, Mr. Asher, Professor Carolina, Professor Rowan, and Steven. That’s five!

[Lana]: Wait, but she named the four members of the Elite Four before that. Don’t those four count?

[Lillie]: I think so too. The answer should be nine.

[Chili]: Too bad this is a livestream. We can’t rewind and watch it again.

[Cress]: Didn’t anyone record it? Couldn’t we just rewind the recording?

[Cilan]: None of the recordings can be opened. The livestream must have implemented that restriction to keep the question fair.

[Leon]: Come to think of it, why does Asher seem to have a good relationship with Steven in every episode? Even in our world, Steven was the one who found Asher first.

[Steven]: Naturally, I expected myself to be among the people he mentioned. It’s only right for Brother Asher to bring up my name outside.

[Steven]: Brother Asher and I are connected by fate. None of you could understand it, even if you were jealous.

[Leon]: I’m not jealous. I sympathize with him. Every time I watch you set a trap for Asher in this livestream, everything Raihan has ever done to me suddenly seems insignificant.

[Steven]: Can it really be called setting him up when it’s between brothers? That’s simply a little fun between brothers.

[Lorelei]: ???

[Wallace]: Fun?

[Lance]: Outrageous.

[Misty]: Mr. Steven, could you please choose your words more carefully? What exactly do you mean by ”a little fun between brothers”? That phrasing is extremely easy to misunderstand.

[Steven]: Misunderstand what? I, Steven Stone, have nothing to hide, so I have no reason to fear misunderstandings.

[Steven]: Besides, Brother Asher hasn’t appeared to deny it. In his own words, that means he has silently admitted it~

[Asher]: Steven, you *%$¥&%#%...

[Screen: A prohibited message has been detected from @Asher. Muted for ten minutes.]

[Misty]: You startled me! Weren’t you asleep?

[Bianca]: Unbelievable! I knew Asher was only pretending to be asleep! ヽ(｀Д´)ﾉ

[Alder]: I’ve lived for many years, but this is the first time I’ve seen someone pretend to be asleep to avoid answering questions. Young man, that is certainly creative.

[Blaine]: Hehehe. It’s even more advanced than when I used to hide from League meetings by soaking in the hot springs. At least I was genuinely bathing.

[Wallace]: Steven is even more extraordinary, though. He actually managed to wake someone who was pretending to be asleep.

[Bruno]: Indeed. They say you can never wake someone pretending to sleep, yet Steven managed it.

[Wallace]: Steven, how did you think of using that method?

[Steven]: I didn’t think about it that much. I merely said whatever came to mind.

[Raihan]: Whatever came to mind? Is that really the kind of phrase someone says without thinking?

[Leon]: Raihan, do you finally understand how terrifying Steven is?

[Raihan]: I do. He’s much more frightening than you.

[Steven]: Hey, why are you making me sound like some kind of supervillain?

[Wallace]: You aren’t a villain. You’re Asher’s personal nemesis.

[Steven]: I like that title!

[Iris]: Weren’t we supposed to be discussing the answer? How did the conversation get this far off topic?

[Lance]: That is another aspect of Steven’s terrifying power.

[Dawn]: Ah! We’re almost out of time!

[Countdown: 3, 2, 1—]

[Ding! The buzzer round has begun!]

[Ding! Congratulations to Wallace for successfully buzzing in!]

Sootopolis City, Hoenn Region.

Wallace had just finished rehearsing for an exhibition performance and was sitting on a sofa with a cup of black tea in his hand.

When the notification announcing his successful buzz-in appeared on the screen, he lowered his teacup.

”Oh?”

The corner of Wallace’s mouth curved upward as he adjusted his collar.

”How fortunate. It seems today is my lucky day.”

He glanced toward Milotic, who was eating Pokéblocks nearby, and smiled.

”If I answer correctly, I hope the reward will be the medicine used on Raina’s Milotic.”

Milotic raised its head and released a gentle cry, lightly swaying its tail in the water.

”In that case...”

Wallace extended one finger and selected his answer on the screen.

”My answer is C—nine.”

The screen flickered.

Wallace’s smile remained on his face.

Then a bright-red notification appeared.

[Incorrect answer!]

[Punishment: You will transform into a little girl for seven days. During this period, your height, physique, and voice will be irreversibly changed to those of a little girl. Upon completion of the transformation, you will receive an exclusive Pokémon Contest–themed Lolita dress as compensatory clothing.]

Wallace’s smile froze.

”...What?”

[VIP Chat Group]

[Steven]: ???

[Steven]: Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

[Steven]: Wallace!!! Your day has finally come! What goes around comes around! The heavens spare no one!!!

[Steven]: Wallace, are you all right? Do you need me to send you some children’s clothing? Say something! How am I supposed to know whether you want it if you don’t answer?

[Leon]: ...Steven, aren’t you getting a little too excited?

[Steven]: Excited? Not at all! I’m only slightly thrilled! Just slightly!

[Raihan]: I can already picture Steven dancing around his office.

[Winona]: Now I can picture it too.

[Steven]: ...

[Lorelei]: Judging by Steven’s reaction, that must be exactly what he was doing.

[Glacia]: Steven’s mental state remains as concerning as ever.

[Phoebe]: Hasn’t he always been like this?

[Glacia]: Fair point.

The next instant, an image of Wallace appeared on the screen.

When Wallace saw himself being broadcast, he appeared genuinely flustered. He raised one hand and hurriedly pleaded:

”Livestream, could you change the punishment? Even simply turning me into a woman would be preferable! I’m supposed to attend a Grand Festival celebration tomorrow. How am I supposed to appear there as a little girl...?”

However, no matter what Wallace said, the livestream’s punishment proceeded as scheduled.

An invisible force surged from the screen and enveloped his entire body in a soft pink light.

Wallace attempted to struggle, but his body had already fallen completely beyond his control.

The light spread downward from the top of his head. Everywhere it passed, his body visibly shrank.

”W-Wait a moment!!!”

The light faded.

The person standing before the full-length mirror was no longer the elegant Pokémon Contest Master who stood one hundred and eighty centimeters tall.

Instead, there was now a little girl.

At the same time, Wallace’s original clothes had transformed into a Lolita dress.

It had a white lace collar, a pale-blue skirt, and a golden ribbon tied around the waist, while subtle patterns were embroidered along its hem.

Long teal hair fell to his waist, curling slightly at the ends. A star-shaped hair clip rested atop his head.

His skin was fair, his cheeks carried a trace of childish softness, and his pale-blue eyes were opened as wide as possible.

Most importantly, those eyes were staring at the completely unfamiliar reflection on the screen, their pupils trembling violently.

Little Wallace opened his mouth and released an unbelievably soft cry of shock.

”W-What is going on?!”

His voice was soft and sweet, like Moomoo Milk pudding covered in twice the usual amount of frosting.

Little Wallace immediately covered his mouth with both hands, but the exclamation had already echoed around the room for several seconds.

Milotic poked its head out of the pool and looked at its considerably smaller Trainer.

It blinked, tilted its head, and released an exceptionally confused murmur.

”Mrrr?”

”Milotic, don’t look!”

Little Wallace turned his back to the pool, his voice soft and frantic.

”Th-This is far too embarrassing!”

Milotic tilted its head again before silently withdrawing into the pool.

Little Wallace turned back toward the mirror, touched his own face, and tugged at the hem of the Lolita dress.

Then he closed his eyes in despair.

”...I’m doomed.”

...

TL: Smh, why is it a little girl? We need oneesan Wallace!
