Emperor’s Domination

Divine Firmament had twenty-four layers with numerous lives. The divine beasts held absolute authority over the races despite their small population.

Perhaps they only had one hundred thousand members out of trillions and trillions, this didn’t prevent their domination.

The dragon servants also held high status, second only to the divine beasts. This was more of an organization than a race. They consisted of elites chosen from any race, groomed to be the most loyal servants.

Thus, the divine beasts spent their time cultivating and left administration to their servants.

Li Qiye entered Chong Firmament, one of the largest firmament layers. It ranked in the top ten since it was home to Chongming Bird - the new ruler after Skykiller True Dragon and Phoenix Queen.

She didn’t do anything different and left it to the servants. Although the servants had “dragon” in their name, they served all divine beasts.

Whenever a new divine beast was born, whether it be a chongming bird or a death serpent, they would have up to a million servants. These were all expert cultivators up to the overlord realm.

After entering Chong Firmament, Li Qiye felt a majestic life force. At the center was a great tree of incredible size. The branches and leaves covered the whole firmament.

Stars and suns grew within its radius. Thus, the land didn’t suffer from darkness despite being blotted out by the tree.

This firmament and the tree had three separate regions - the mortal world, the divine realm, and Chongming Palace.

The mortal world was at the bottom and had the highest population. The divine realm was home to the chongming birds and the dragon servants. Of course, only emperors and up were eligible to be in this second region.

As for Chongming Palace, it resembled a crown on top of the tree. Only adult birds were granted access. This was also home to “the” Chongming Bird.

However, after becoming the lord of Divine Firmament, she spent more time in Skykiller Palace. Nevertheless, Chongming Palace remained the symbol of authority. No one dared to disrespect this holy area.

Li Qiye arrived at the mortal world and took a look at the tree. This was rather impressive, far larger than many trees he had seen previously.

Today, countless guards patrolled all three regions of the firmament.
