Emperor’s Domination

The gigantic astral forms faltered before the combined onslaught. The source of the tribulations contributed the most, expanding from lightning roots to arc lakes and beams. Remember, these were tribulation lightning bolts—the deadliest of their kind.

At the same time, Weizhen’s ring continued the suppression while Bao Pu and Primal Yin Immortal Ghost attempted to devour them.

“Ahh!” Finally, the two astral forms crumbled, revealing two wisps of primordial light. They pulsed once and disappeared.

Lightning bolts surged outward, causing the attackers to retreat. Nevertheless, Bao Pu and the ghost made sure to gather as much flesh and blood as possible before leaving the battlefield.

Weizhen’s ring collapsed and the three avatars also retreated off the battlefield, leaving behind the tribulation source.

The biggest winners were Bao Pu and the ghost; the abyss and the worm devoured the flesh and blood to absorb immortal powers.

This scene shocked all spectators including supreme overlords. The primordial immortals were the strongest existences in Three Immortals. Alas, they fell today to their allies.

Their primordial shell should have been unbreakable. Unfortunately, the tribulation source could overwhelm anything.

If they hadn’t used their astral form to control the tribulation source, Weizhen and the others would have no chance regardless of the most favorable circumstances.

This was the only scenario where they would lose but Li Qiye’s return forced their hand. They left their redemption grounds, allowing their avatars to take over.

Their arrogance was their undoing as they believed they could suppress the tribulation source once they went all out.

“Must have been planned from the start.” Someone said.

No one expected the unkillable immortals to die on top of being dismembered by Weizhen’s group. Nevertheless, they noticed how everything had to line up for the plan to work.

“Weizhen is something else.” A primal ancestor said, certain that Weizhen was the mastermind.

Bao Pu and Primal Yin Immortal Ghost couldn’t have come up with this or had the necessary resources.

“That’s why he is the leader of Supreme Heaven.” Another murmured.

“Boom!” Bao Pu and the ghost finished the absorption process, becoming one with the redemption grounds.

Bao Pu changed dramatically. The crack in his chest closed entirely. Now, the worm grew wings and attached to his back instead. They were white and angelic, seemingly belonging to an immortal.

Of course, others had seen the true face of the worm and weren’t fooled by appearances.

“Almost perfect.” Bao Pu touched his chest and was satisfied. He took one step forward and was no longer incomplete. This started a foundation for him to become a primordial immortal later.

“Boom!” Meanwhile, the abyss of Fiendish Ground horrified others. None dared to look straight at it.

Immortal rays erupted from within – a sign of potential ascension for Primal Yin Immortal Ghost.
