I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1: 12.81 Unknown Star - Modern ABO World: Second Case - Hei Anjing wokes up.

After Oleander or the God of Misfortune, Bai Yun introduced himself and his system to the team, everyone hesitated at first until System Yue and System Yang appeared and approved of Bai Yinʼs identity. A small moon and small sun appeared in thin air and hovered around Ye Yuyan and Hei Yuhua.

System Yue said, [He is not lying. He is indeed someone from Vearth and works as an Executioner in the God System like Lord Hei.]

Bai Yin was startled to hear the name of his idol. All executioner classes in the God System all look up to Hei Anjing. He is after all the strongest Executioner in all realms.

”Lord Hei? Are you talking about Celestial Lord Hei!? Is he here? Please let me meet him. I want to ask for an autograph!” said Bai Yin with a rare excitement in his eyes.

Bai Jin felt embarrassed with how his elder brother reacted when he heard Lord Heiʼs name but he also felt sad for him.

”Ge, you canʼt meet Lord Hei. He is... sleeping,” said Bai Jin.

”Oh~ too bad,” said Bai Yin but the anticipation within his eyes dimmed almost instantly when he heard what his younger brother had informed him.

System Yang spoke, [I can ask the lord to give you some when he wakes up.]

Bai Yin smiled for a split second when he heard about that. He knew that the system Celestial Lord Hei possessed had the form of a small sun. When System Yang promised him, he knew he wasnʼt lying.

”Thank you, System Yang,” said Bai Yin.

System Yang said, [Itʼs just an autograph. Not a problem. If it was a photo that would not be possible because his husband wouldnʼt allow you to have one.]

”Husband? Celestial Lord Hei is married!?” said Bai Yin.

A cold and menacing voice was suddenly heard, ”Jingʼer is married to me. Do you have any complaints? Hm~” said Ye Xiajie in his usual black and red robe looking down on everyone inside the room.

It was at this moment that Ye Xiajie materialized before them once again. He still looks dangerous and aloof as before. Unapproachable as if he and they were from different worlds.

Bai Jin and Shi Wuya had met him before they immediately fell on their knees with their heads lowered and said,

”Greetings to the Lord God of the Nether System and God of Void, Supreme Lord Ye!” said Bai Jin and Shi Wuya.

Bai Yin was only stunned for a moment and kneeled down together with his younger brother and Shi Wuya.

”This humble one greets the Supreme God of Void. Please do forgive my rudeness just now,” said Bai Yin as he lowered his head and could still feel the pressure Ye Xiajie was emitting towards him alone.

It was at this tense moment that Iris suddenly exclaimed and started pointing at Ye Xiajie.

Iris said, ”Ah! Itʼs you. You! I saw you in my dreams. You are the dead man in the arms of the silver-eyed immortal in my dreams!”

Everyone looked at Iris who dared to point his fingers at Ye Xiajie. System Yue immediately made his move and hit Irisʼs hand forcing him to lower it.

(QwQ) owie~

Iris asked in a pouting voice, ”Why did you hit me?”

System Yue said, [Itʼs rude to point at people.]

”Sorry~”

At this moment, Ye Xiajie who was expected to get angry was instead dumbfounded. The Iris before him might look like a mortal young man but for him who can peer into oneʼs soul, he could see the divinity surrounding his soul as if protecting him. The only problem is that the soul before him had cracked due to a curse affecting his rebirth, growth, and memories.

Ye Xiajie floated before Iris and stared at him with those blood-like gem eyes. Being stared at like this by a Supreme being made Iris frightened but for some reason, his heartbeat is calm as an immovable mountain.

Iris himself was shocked, ʼIʼm supposed to be scared, thatʼs what my brain is telling me but how come I feel nothing but a bit of pressure? What happened to me?ʼ

Ye Xiajie frowned for a moment as if trying to remember something. He then glances at Hei Yuhua. To be exactly in the direction where his wifeʼs soul is asleep. Unlike Xia Jieye, he doesnʼt have their full memories, especially their past lives and what happened after he died. This is exactly the part Hei Anjing was not willing to tell him at all. It was as if something he didnʼt know was being hidden by him, it was something he must not remember until he merged with his body and soul core.

Ye Xiajie asked, ”Zhi Yang, Zhi Yue, do you remember what happened after I died in Inferno a few thousand years ago?”

System Yue answered, [No sir. I had fallen asleep when youʼve lost half of your soul and shut down to protect your remaining soul fragments.]

[I know but... My master had erased that part of my memories and taken it away. It was the Sovereign Ruler Mo Baojun who took it.] said System Yang.

Ye Xiajie frowned when he heard about this, then he suddenly recalled what Hei Jue had told him in the fifth world. In the beast world where Hei Jue tried to kill him but failed to do so.

{I will back away this time. Ye Xiajie, a word of warning. I suggest that you leave his side before you completely merge all your soul fragments... or else you would ---- the person you ---- the most.}

Ye Xiajie mumbled, ”I would ---- the person I ---- the most? Just what is it that they are trying so hard not to let me know? I already know that my mother in this life died under the weapon of my wife because that bastard used her as a shield at the last moment. But that doesnʼt seem all. What happened in the past? I need to know all details.”

System Yue asked worriedly, ”My lord is there a problem?”

Ye Xiajie shook his head and stared at Iris who was staring back at him fearlessly. It is rare for someone to not fear him instinctively due to some reasons. He is a Pureblood Supreme God from birth like Shen Siwang. Only irregulars like the Mo Bloodline donʼt fall into coercion naturally coming from him. And the Gods and Goddess who swore their lives to protect someone from the Mo bloodline would get their fate altered to be placed under the Mo Familyʼs protection. So only purebloods and those who swear their lives to them cannot be suppressed by his aura alone.

This mortal Iris happens to have a soul with divinity. A soul that does not fear his aura could only mean he is either connected to him or to his wife. Aside from Warden Lou most of his subordinates now work in the Nether System while it was said that all gods who used to protect Hei Anjing had died in Ancient Inferno when he collided with that useless father of his in this life.

Ye Xiajie thought of something and asked Iris, ”You... You are not originally human. You said you saw me before. Tell me everything that you had seen in that dream of yours. In exchange, not only will I remove the curse in your soul but I will also fulfill one of your wishes.”

”If I told you... Would you be able to help me with why I have such kind of dreams? It does not seem like a normal dream to me because each scene is vivid and too real for me to deny it.” said Iris.

Ye Xiajie said, ”If you are what I thought you are then I would help you get back your past life memories. Because if you happen to be a person that used to protect my wife means your merits are quite high that even I will never ignore it. To this Supreme One, the people who protected my wife while Iʼm away are the greatest merit you can have. I will reward you abundantly if you do so.”

”Thank you. But I think it would be faster for this esteemed lord to check it yourself. I will not resist whatever you wanted to see,” said Iris.

Ye Xiajie nodded his head and felt that it is indeed better for him to check it with his own eyes. Just by reading someoneʼs past memories, he could easily do such a task. He reached out his right hand and placed it on Irisʼs head who had closed his eyes. He felt a slight pain in his head when Ye Xiajie started reading his memories.

Ye Xiajie said, ”Your soul is injured, it would be a bit painful for you once Iʼve touched your soul directly. Donʼt worry I will heal it in the process.”

Iris heard Ye Xiajieʼs voice and relaxed as he let this supreme being do whatever he wanted. He surrendered his life for a chance to know his origin. After all, no one knew how he was born in this world. Even the orphanage said that they only found him outside the house and when he tried to check his own origin when he grew up, he found no traces of his family which is supposed to be impossible in this world in which everyoneʼs profile had been recorded by the government.

While Ye Xiajie was checking through the memories of Iris, Hei Anjing who was sleeping within Hei Yuhuaʼs soul suddenly opened his eyes. Most of his subordinateʼs souls were connected to him by soul contract when they all died in the past he didnʼt let them reincarnate directly to Vearth but transmigrated their souls to the lower worlds to help him look for the traces of the Ye Gui Race.

But who would expect their souls would either be affected by the transfer as someone once again interfered? But just now he clearly feels one of his generalʼs souls.

”This feeling... Is Wan Yi reborn in this soul? And... Is AʼXia trying to see what happened after he died? It seems like I can no longer hide what his life mission as a Ye Gui must fulfill. Sigh~” murmured Hei Anjing.

He disappeared from Hei Yuhuaʼs souk domain and reappeared in the world outside. Everyone was surprised to see Hei Anjing appearing right now. Those who recognized him were shocked.

Hei Yuhua calls, ”Lord Hei?”

”Lord Hei!”

Everyone looked in the direction where Hei Yuhua was looking and saw Hei Anjing in his usual white and black robes sitting cross legs on the free couch while hugging a pillow in his arms. He was staring at his husbandʼs figure with a helpless smile.

System Yue was the happiest among them, he had a close relationship with Lord Hei for becoming his system while System Yang is not around.

[Lord Hei! You are finally awake. Milord would always wake up grumpy when he saw you are still sleeping.]

A little moon almost rammed towards Hei Anjingʼs head. This silly moon really did accidentally hit Hei Anjingʼs forehead.

BONK!

System Yue, [ (QoQ)/ Itʼs not on purpose! Lord Hei, Iʼm sorry~]

Hiss!

An ice surface on Hei Anjingʼs forehead to stop a bump from forming. With a wicked smile on Hei Anjingʼs lips, he squeezed the rude little moon and threw it out of the window in anger.

”Reflect outside,” said Hei Anjing.

Aaahhh!!!

Everyone watches without a word of help to forgive System Yue.

System Yang could only sigh as he floated in front of Hei Anjing and asked permission to pick up the flying moon outside the house.

[Master, please let me pick up, Yueʼer.]

”Go ahead. While youʼre at it contact Warden Lou and AʼMing to return as soon as possible,” commanded Hei Anjing.

[Yes, Master. But is it alright for Lord God Ye to see the memories of that past?]

Hei Anjing said, ”He would know sooner or later. He had to make a decision as soon as possible as well. It was his curse which he could never run away from because of his current bloodline.”

System Yang asked, [Are you alright now, Master?]

”At least the soul is currently stable. Go! Pick up that silly moon.” said Hei Anjing.

[Then Please excuse me for a moment, Master.]

After saying those words he flew out of the window and looked for System Yue who was thrown out by his master. Everyoneʼs eyes were still on Hei Anjing and he especially felt the burning gaze of Bai Yin who was already revering him in the corner. Seeing all this Hei Anjing didnʼt know whether to laugh or to cry.
