I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 671: 12.73 Unknown Star - Modern ABO World: Second Case - Repairer and Executioner

After hearing the explanation of the situation from System Yue, the real Ying Wu was in disbelief. He never expected his younger twin brother to do all of those things after he died. Though he didnʼt tell him when he took his place in that mission, his family should have been informed about it as he told them his wishes before he left.

Ying Wu said, ”I canʼt believe AʼSu did such a thing. Yuyan and Hei Yuhua Iʼm sorry for my brotherʼs selfishness that affected your life. Iʼm not going to ask you to forgive him as what he had done is unforgivable but please... Please give him a chance to repent. I will talk to him about this.”

”Brother Wu, I think he wouldnʼt listen to you right now. He might not even believe that you are alive. I mean he also knew about the existence of Systems and their capabilities and Iʼm sure he had wished for your revival as well. But his system wasnʼt able to fulfill that, so he might not believe that you have returned to life.” said Hei Yuhua.

Ye Yuyan said, ”I believe my wife is right on this point. As for a person, he might listen then... It can only be Yu Xi who lives with him all this time. I do not know the extent of their relationship but I know theyʼve been living together after youʼve died.”

”Hm? He is already living with his beloved and still trying to ruin you? That brat... What is wrong with his head.” said Ying Wu in disbelief.

System Yue commented, [This might be a hatred his evil system had instilled in his soul so he can use him to gather enough negative emotions not only from this group but also from his host himself.]

Yun Jie frowned and asked, ”Are you saying he is psychologically burdened?”

”This is possible. I mean their Syndicate had that mad scientist on their side right? How strong is his mentality to watch you die multiple times without breaking? I think that evil system of his had done something to him.” said Lou Wei.

System Yue said, [That might be possible. If it is indeed like that then... There must be something wrong with his soul.]

Ying Wu worriedly asked, ”Can AʼSu be cured?”

[That is possible but... You will need someoneʼs help with it.] said System Yue.

Ye Yuyan asked, ”Whose help?”

[Lord Hei. He is skilled in healing problems with souls. As long as your soul isnʼt missing a fragment he can help you cure it or merge it.] said System Yue.

While his thoughts are: ʼRight. Lord Hei is proficient when curing broken souls because he had lived his life gathering, protecting, and stabilizing Lord God Yeʼs soul all this time. But he couldnʼt even heal his own soul as he sacrificed his own soul core for Lord God Yeʼs revival. That orb just now could only temporarily wake up Lord Hei but... It couldnʼt mend his faded soul. Milord knows that but he canʼt do anything for him as he doesnʼt know anything about healing the soul. He used to only destroy and capture them for punishment. But he does everything to stabilize Lord Heiʼs soul from disappearing as if holding on to the last strand of hope to keep him by his side.ʼ

No one knows about System Yueʼs thoughts. Hei Yuhua and the rest started talking about what they should do this time. They must rearrange their plans and with Ying Wu on the team, things would be much easier to do with his help. The person himself is willing, which is good as well.

Hei Yuhua said, ”For now letʼs focus on the current case and capturing the executives under him. Sir Warden Lou and Sir Yun Ming are about to return to the country. I also need to complete my second mission.”

”Thatʼs also true. So letʼs focus on capturing Datura but we lack information,” said Ye Yuyan.

Shi Wuya spoke up, ”We can help you with that. Xiao Jin and I will capture Iris for you. Give us one day.”

”Eh? Is one day enough?” asked Bai Jin about his former system.

Shi Wuya said, ”Yes, itʼs enough for me. Just do the usual thing you do online.”

”Okay, I will help you hack the whole stock exchange and freeze Irisʼs shares~,” said Bai Jin.

Shi Wuya said, ”Go bait him to meet us.”

”I will! Letʼs do it later,” said Bai Jin.

Just like that the mission for capturing Iris was left for Bai Jin and Shi Wuya to do. Since theyʼve already helped them capture the System of Ying Su, it is better to help them all the way. Theyʼve noticed that the Supreme Lord was in a hurry to finish everything in this world and return to their place. He and Shi Wuya also need to return to the God System and report about the changes in his Systemʼs status.

The Demon General Shi Wuya had been pardoned by Ye Xiajie. He used to not have this kind of authority but ever since his souls had merged together his memories started to return to him. This includes his credentials as Supreme Lord of Darkness which is the alter ego of the current Sovereign Ruler, Shen Siwang.

Hei Yuhua spoke, ”AʼJie, Brother Lou. Can you guys go to Aster? Ask the Director for help and bring the agents to work together with Brother Louʼs subordinates. Your mission is simple. Protect the dummies at the Prime Ministerʼs House and Miss Suʼs side. Some of the executives would most likely target them again. Try to capture them if you could and kill them if not. As long as they donʼt escape then anything is allowed.”

”Is that okay? How many of the executives do you think would move to kill our family?” asked Ye Yuyan.

Hei Yuhua answered, ”Maybe two to three. The possibility of Nightshade leading that assassination mission is 50 percent but Poppyʼs mentality lately had been unstabilized if he is calm then he wouldnʼt come for the witnessʼs life on his own. He accidentally showed his head for that. With this, Nightshade would most likely stay by his side to protect him. Her loyalty towards Poppy is almost an obsession at this point.”

”Hyacinth is non combatant and Azalea is a doctor. If only these two moves were to do the elimination mission then Xiao Jie and Lao Wei would be able to handle them. The problem is on our side. We have Datura, Poppy, and possibly Nightshade. There is also Oleander. Is he an Assassin? You and I might not be able to handle four at once.” said Ye Yuyan.

Ying Wu suggested, ”Letʼs ask Xi for help. I will also help you suppress them. There are even some unexpected variables. We should handle it together.”

”Wait. Even though your body is healthy right now, are you sure you can fight as it is?” asked Ye Yuyan

Ying Wu said, ”No worries. My recessive nature had been cleared after rebirth. I can still remember the training we had in those days.”

”Well, if you say so. Iʼm sure, Yu Xi would definitely be happy to see you,” said Ye Yuyan.

Ying Wu said, ”Are you sure? He might not be happy to see his future brother-in-law though.”

”Pfft! Well, thatʼs his problem,” said Ye Yuyan.

These two friends who used to be separated by life and death are now together on the same side. They had the same goal and that is to stop Ying Suʼs plans for destruction.

Ye Yuyan said, ”I guess I need to meet Yu Xi tomorrow personally. You should accompany me.”

”Sure. My pleasure,” said Ying Wu.

Hei Yuhua said, ”Then I will handle Officer Ying Su for you two. Have fun with the réunion.”

Meanwhile at the abandoned warehouse where the Red Poppy Syndicate temporarily used as a hideout...

Ying Su was causing chaos in his room as he saw that the news about Student Xu Meijiʼs death was not being played on the evening news. He had killed Xu Meiji by impulse and felt that things had completely gone out of his control ever since his system had gone missing.

His usual calmness was replaced with uncontrollable fierceness as if something snapped inside his brain. He started destroying things in his room. Sounds of things were being thrown, something broken, and something cracking was heard coming from his office.

CRASH! Thud! BAM!

Ying Su said, ”What the hell is happening? Where is the news? Who fucking block the news of Xu Meijiʼs death!? His death was enough to show the incompetence of the police force and make the public hate them. Who is hindering my plans!? Is it that damn Prosecutor again? Ye Yuyan!!! We are not finished!!”

BAM! THUD! Crashed!

Just outside his room, his executives felt awkward by the sudden aggressiveness of their leader. He was usually calm and collected as if everything was under his control. This is the first time they saw him act his age. Short-tempered and a bit naive. There are some executives that felt the unease of his sudden changes like Azalea and Oleander. But the loyal Nightshade seems to worry more about Poppyʼs well-being above everything.

Nightshade said, ”What happened to Poppy? Is he stressed lately? He should have sent Oleander to kill that brat instead of going there on his own.”

”Sis, I donʼt think thatʼs the only problem. Though it is really unexpected of him to make a move on his own,” said Iris.

Datura said, ”Thatʼs because the Poppy Leader knows Iʼm the most important pawn among us. I help him with everything~”

”Nonsense. The leader doesnʼt need you at all!!” Hyacinth said.

Azalea said, ”So noisy. Iʼm returning to the hospital. Contact me if thereʼs a mission to do.”

”Wait. Iʼm returning to the studio as well.” Hyacinth said.

No one stopped the two as they were free to come and leave anytime. The Syndicate never restrain their movements with their private life.

Iris who was playing with his laptop suddenly jumped up and exclaimed, ”Hah!! I finally caught you! You fucking thief you dare to touch my money!!”

He then prepares to leave and packs his things in a hurry, ”Iʼm leaving early today. I will give the next hit list tomorrow instead. Bye~”

Even Iris left in a hurry, obviously, Bai Jin played him online again and this time let Iris see his frozen account and started transferring his shares. He was hacked without him noticing and counter hacked the enemy and found his location. He is now on the way to confronting this online thief.

Seeing the members decreasing as time passes. The three people who were left behind felt awkward with each other. Nightshade is in a bad mood and doesnʼt want to talk. Datura is busy thinking about his paused experiments and Oleander is a person of few words.

Silence descended in the area. It broke when a cold-faced lady with silver eyes forcefully opened the door of the laboratory in anger.

BANG! This is the sound of the door hitting the wall.

Datura looked in her direction and said, ”My darling apprentice, donʼt destroy the door of my lab. Iʼll kill you.”

”Kill me huh? Why donʼt you take a look at what your precious mate did with your experiment? He moved something in there and it exploded. Your medicine had gone poofed.” said the young lady in a white coat.

”WHAT!?” shouted Datura as he ran into his laboratory and only his anguish screams could be heard coming from the inside.

”Hmp! Iʼm not helping you clean that. Iʼm going home.” said the young lady as she only glances at Nightshade and Oleander fearlessly from a distance and walks away as if she didnʼt see them.

Nightshade commented, ”Thatʼs beautiful Hydrangeaʼs younger sister right? Why did that madman bring her out of the main laboratory?”

”Isnʼt it because the case he is involved in had Hydrangea in it? Datura hates Hydrangea for destroying his face after all. Iʼm also bailing for tonight.” said Oleander as he also prepares to leave.

Nightshade said, ”Sure. Donʼt forget to drop by at Irisʼs place tomorrow for the lists.”

”I will,” said Oleander as he disappeared within the darkness as if he had merged with it.

Somewhere in the darkness, the moonlight that evening hits the road Oleander is about to walk into. A small black spider with some red pattern on its back comes out of his hair and lands on his shoulder.

[Your target had been eliminated by someone else. The Hidden Villain, Ying Suʼs System had disappeared from this world.]

”I failed my execution mission just like that? Is it another world hopper but isnʼt only the God of Wealth who entered this world with me?” asked Oleander to his system.

[No. A supreme being descended in this world. Thatʼs why I told you to no longer get entangled with this plot. Itʼs time to leave.]

Oleander said, ”Letʼs go meet, Bai Jin. He might know what is happening right now.”

[Then I will show you the way, Host.]

Every time a Repairer from the God System descended in a world, he would always be paired with an Executioner to protect him from unknown variables. The ones assigned in this world are the following people:

Lin Jiya (Bai Jin): Repairer [System Wuya]

Oleander (???): Executioner [System Zhizhu]
