The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 474: Chapter 476: Do You Still Want Me?

The red liquid fell on the pure white Italian carpet, like blooming red roses.

With trembling fingers, Xia Xiaonuan asked, ”Which hospital are you at? ... Okay ... I’ll be right there.”

Hanging up the phone, Xia Xiaonuan was in a panic, ready to rush out, but when she reached the door, she realized she was only wearing a bath towel.

She hurriedly turned back, opened the wardrobe, randomly grabbed a T-shirt to put on, and a pair of jeans, then wore a down jacket over it. She grabbed her keys and dashed out.

...

Nangong Yaoling slowly drove up to the company building, noticing a girl under the streetlight, his brows furrowed slightly as he hurried over.

He stopped the car beside Jiang Xue and got out.

Seeing Nangong Yaoling, Jiang Xue suddenly rushed forward and threw herself into his arms.

Nangong Yaoling stiffened completely.

”Jiang Xue... what happened?” he asked in a low voice, reaching out to push her away, but Jiang Xue held on tighter.

”He knows...” Jiang Xue cried, ”He saw my phone, he knows about us... I confessed to him... Young Master... I feel like I’m a bad woman...”

Nangong Wei closed his eyes.

He patted Jiang Xue’s shoulder, ”You’re freezing; have you been waiting long? Come, get in the car and tell me slowly.”

Only then did Jiang Xue let go of Nangong Yaoling and followed him into the car.

Nangong Yaoling turned up the heater in the car. Jiang Xue grabbed his hand; her hands were also very cold. Looking at the petite girl in front of him, a complex and pitying expression flashed in Nangong Yaoling’s eyes.

”Jiang Xue... don’t be afraid, I’m here,” he said, pulling out a tissue to wipe the tears off her face.

Jiang Xue nodded, taking the tissue.

”What exactly happened?” Nangong Yaoling frowned and asked.

Jiang Xue took out her phone and showed Nangong Yaoling a photo.

”This was taken that night at the hotel... at the time, I didn’t know what came over me, but I took this photo. I kept wanting to delete it, but... I couldn’t. Today, my phone was left in his car, and he saw it. He exploded at me, said he didn’t want me anymore... What should I do...”

Nangong Yaoling looked at the photo, and because he was drunk at the time, his face was not visible.

”Why... why didn’t you delete this photo until now?” a flash of anger crossed Nangong Yaoling’s eyes.

Jiang Xue lowered her head, stammering, ”I... I... I couldn’t bear to...”

Nangong Yaoling couldn’t help but laugh.

He reached out and patted Jiang Xue’s head.

”Silly girl.”

”Actually, you care about me too, right?”

With a wronged expression, Jiang Xue looked at Nangong Yaoling, ”It’s all your fault... The first time, I treated it as an accident, but when I met you again at the hotel, the things you said to me... Since then, I haven’t been able to forget you. I tried to deceive myself; I didn’t want to be someone who ruins other people’s families, but... I couldn’t control myself, I think about you every day...”

Nangong Yaoling took a deep breath.

He pulled Jiang Xue into his arms.

”I’m sorry...” he said softly, ”It’s all my fault.”

He shouldn’t have let her face all this alone, but recently, there had been too many things overwhelming him.

Thinking about everything Jiang Xue had done for him and how he might have let her down again, he felt incredibly guilty.

”Young Master... I have nothing left now... do... do you still want me?”
