Lin Tian muttered to himself as he picked up Yan Xinyue’s purse that she had left on her seat and headed towards the restroom.

However, having reborn into the Earth Mortal World, it seemed any time he encountered women, trouble was bound to arise.

Thinking this, Lin Tian couldn’t help but give a wry smile.

But when he arrived at the corridor near the entrance to the restroom, he found several girls dressed in Xiaoqiao Restaurant uniforms, standing around chatting and laughing.

Lin Tian’s steps involuntarily halted.

“A group of women standing at the restroom entrance, how am I supposed to get in?”

He watched the girls for a long while; they showed no sign of moving.

The thought of just walking past them made his scalp tingle, so he could only frown and consider his options with a dark expression.

Soon, an idea struck him, and he moved forward with the purse in hand.

The girls noticed Lin Tian approaching and couldn’t help but show signs of wariness.

“Big color wolf, what are you doing?

This is the women’s restroom!”

One of the taller girls, realizing there was no one else around, chided loudly as if to embolden herself.

Pfft…

Lin Tian almost coughed up blood—he hadn’t even done anything yet, and they were already calling him a big color wolf.

“Look, I mean no harm.

Can you help me deliver this purse to my friend?

She’s in the third stall!”

To avoid further misunderstanding, Lin Tian hurriedly explained, handing over the purse.

“Heehee, this handsome guy is really a good man!”

One of the girls chuckled, then said to the tallest girl, “Xiuxiu, give the guy a hand!

We should get back to work before our supervisor sees us chatting and throws a temper tantrum like she’s got PMS again!”

The girl named Xiuxiu let out a sigh of relief, took the purse, and entered the restroom as her colleagues walked away.

Seeing this, Lin Tian felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.

But as soon as he was about to turn away, a sharp, urgent scream came from within the restroom and then abruptly stopped.

Lin Tian’s expression changed, and he rushed into the restroom without a second thought.

Once inside, he found the girl named Xiuxiu who had delivered Yan Xinyue’s purse, fainted on the ground.

The door to the third stall was half-open.

Lin Tian quickly helped Xiuxiu up against the wall and after checking found she had just fainted, having suffered no fatal injuries.

Relieved, he turned and went into the third stall, where he found Yan Xinyue leaning against the wall, pale-faced and with blood on her lips, her eyes dazed, as she struggled to keep from fainting.

Lin Tian hurried over to support her and asked anxiously, “Sister Yue, what’s wrong with you?”

“I…

I’m okay, it’s just an old ailment!”

Yan Xinyue was leaning against the wall, her body limp with no strength left, but fortunately not unconscious, managing to speak in a low voice.

“Hold on!

I’m taking you out.

I’ll take a look at you, I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine.”

Lin Tian said firmly, preparing to help her leave.

“Lin Tian…

she fainted when she saw the blood while bringing my purse in.

She might have a fear of blood, help her first!”

Yan Xinyue, feeling apologetic, said as she glanced at the still unconscious Xiuxiu.

“Lucky you didn’t completely faint; that would have been more trouble!

You two really picked the wrong place to faint!”

Shaking his head helplessly, Lin Tian supported Yan Xinyue and carried Xiuxiu, slowly moving out of the restroom.

Lin Tian wanted to tend to them right away, but the restroom floor was too dirty and the air too acrid.

However, as soon as Lin Tian took them out of the restroom, shrill screams suddenly erupted from outside.

He saw Xiuxiu’s colleagues appear, and upon seeing Lin Tian, a man dragging two women out of the women’s restroom, their expressions changed drastically, and they screamed so loud they nearly burst through the ceiling tiles.

“What’s going on?”

Following the girls’ screams, a tall man dressed in a suit entered with a loud voice.

“Supervisor, this man dragged Xiuxiu and another woman out of the women’s restroom!”

The female servers pointed at Lin Tian with terrified expressions.

“Security!”

Upon assessing the situation, the supervisor bellowed for backup.

Quickly, seven or eight burly men in security uniforms stormed in, surrounding Lin Tian.

“What are you doing?

Both of them have just fainted!”

Seeing the gathering crowd, Lin Tian’s eyebrows furrowed as he spoke in a low voice.

“Fainted?

Definitely not just that.

He said he was getting Xiuxiu to bring a purse to a woman inside, and now he’s brought them out.

There must be something wrong!

Maybe he was trying to kidnap Xiuxiu and that other woman!”

One of the female servers said fearfully, pointing at Lin Tian, then she hid behind the supervisor.

“Take him down!”

The supervisor’s expression turned grim as he ordered the security guards.

“Wait!”

Just as the guards were about to swoop in and apprehend Lin Tian, two men walked out from the men’s restroom and one shouted, causing the security guards to hesitate and stop in their tracks.

“Xinyue, what happened to you?

Did this guy grab you?”

A young man in a sharp black suit stepped forward, immediately taking the weak and barely able to speak Yan Xinyue into his arms.

Seeing the young man call out Yan Xinyue’s name so familiarly, Lin Tian didn’t interfere and let him take her.

“I…

I’m fine, just a little faint…”

Yan Xinyue was so pale she could barely speak.

“Did this guy drug you or take advantage of your illness to make his move?”

The young man gave Lin Tian a cold glance, then turned to Yan Xinyue, “Xinyue, don’t talk for now.

I’ll have my friend take a look at you.”

Turning to the other young man, he said, “David, my friend, this beautiful lady is the one I have my eye on, so I’m entrusting her to you later!

With your medical skills, you could be ranked in the top three in Huaxia, so you have to get to the bottom of her chronic condition!”

The foreigner following the young man had high cheekbones and blue eyes, and from the sounds of it, this foreigner was a doctor with impressive medical skills.
