Beneath the Red Dragon

In the distant depths of time and space, a massive Giant Dragon was materializing from the void, slowly emerging before our eyes, accompanied by the tremor of rules, appearing above the firmament.

Its body seemed devoid of Dragon Scales, with a sleek silver-grey skin, its size immense, measuring up to twenty-six meters in length.

The head of this Giant Dragon bore some resemblance to Fog Dragon Deniro, broader near the neck and narrower towards the nose, but overall, it was much broader and thicker than the arrow-shaped head of the Fog Dragon.

On both sides of this Giant Dragon’s nasal wings, there grew two long whiskers the same color as its skin, resembling long leather straps more than the tiny whiskers growing on the chin of a Golden Dragon.

Its Dragon Horns seemed to be an extension of the entire skull, exceptionally broad and thick, with a cluster of horns growing inward like bull’s horns on the skull.

The tips of the Dragon Horns were very close, forming a rhombus-like hollow on top of the skull, rather than winding back like the Dragon Horns of other Giant Dragons.

The main horns of this Giant Dragon bore eight additional horns of varying lengths growing upwards towards both sides of the cheeks, looking particularly strange, yet possessing a peculiar aesthetics.

Its wings bore membranes like butterfly wings, adorned with lusterous vertical stripes and light spots, the tail of the wings sprouting sharp spines extending from the wing bones, wrapped in the skin membrane.

This Giant Dragon’s tail appeared longer and thinner than any Dragon, almost twice the length of its body.

Above and below its slender tail grew slanted triangular thorny leather-like structures resembling joints, becoming smaller and shorter towards the end of the tail, until they disappeared.

”Time Dragon!” Karon said in a deep voice.

The Giant Dragon in the sky lowered its head, staring at the Ancestral Red Dragon for a long time before speaking: ”Beautiful Dragon Emperor, Karon Gogomola, my name is Deniris, as you said, a Time Dragon.”

The Time Dragon, one of the Legendary Dragon Species, perhaps in the eyes of these Legendary Dragon Species, did not consider themselves the same species as other Giant Dragons, so this Time Dragon named Deniris carelessly referred to the Ancestral Red Dragon by the title—the Dragon Emperor.

The voice of World Tree Ovo resounded in an instant, representing this World Tree’s angry heart, ”You ugly Giant Dragon, how did you enter my ’room’ without my permission, you are truly rude!”

The expression on Time Dragon Deniris’ face froze, feeling greatly offended in spirit, its voice involuntarily lowered.

”Your little world is indeed secretive and safe, but I could enter this Plane World at the moment you opened it, following the origin point of your creation, well, there’s no such thing as courtesy in the Time Dragon’s dictionary.”

The Ancestral Red Dragon squinted its eyes, an intense aura unconsciously erupting around this Red Dragon, it raised its head and asked in a resonant voice, ”Deniris, you came uninvited, what exactly is your purpose?”

”Me? I came for some signs,” Time Dragon Deniris said with a neutral Dragon Language voice, ”When you peered into my Purifying Spring, I noticed your traces,”

”But I was merely drawn to your remarkable appearance and unique aura, yet with my observations, I found that in the fog of the unclear future, you and I surprisingly have a connection,”

Deniris’ tone became serious, ”After sleeping and waking up, I discovered, on you, signs of my death, I won’t be killed by you, but my death is closely linked to you, after much exploration I couldn’t find the source of my death, so I found you.”

The Time Dragon, also known as the Era Dragon, Eternal Dragon, the powerful beings invincible to time feared by all creatures, only natural disasters and human calamities could harm these formidable Dragons.

To kill a Time Dragon, how difficult is that, even facing this juvenile form of a Time Dragon, the Ancestral Red Dragon has no absolute confidence to kill the other.

Even though Time Dragon’s abilities are just rule applications to Karon, if you can touch it, you can learn it.

Yet these powerful and unique Giant Dragons, who knows how many Magic Treasures they possess on them, having piles of life-saving treasures is not unusual.

Karon suddenly fell silent, a deep blue glow quietly covering his crimson pupils.

His brain, which was constantly working, ceased considering other knowledge and directions, starting to focus all concentration and attention, gathering pieces of information, deducing and simulating words of Time Dragon Deniris.

As individuals with deduction ability, generally speaking, it’s either an innate proficiency.

Or mastering history, politics, human nature, astronomy, geography, and other comprehensive disciplines, capable of recognizing the rule essence behind things.

In the view of these people, intelligence behind all disciplines at the highest point is inevitably convergent, interconnected, not seen as independent and separate states by the common eye.

Some variable factors would affect future deduction results, but in the cognitive system and overall prediction view of the deducer, there’s no right or wrong issue, rather an all-inclusive one.

The Ancestral Red Dragon possessed both, his capability is both an acquired talent and deduced from his self-cognitive system’s exploration and summarization of the rule of the development of things.

According to known information in the past, observing and calculating future event trends, gathering inspiration from all the information, discursive thinking deduction.

Concerning every action, every word of the Ancestral Red Dragon, every born thought, and thing desired to be done, in Karon’s eyes formed countless forward-branching lines, connecting to Time Dragon Deniris, centered on the essence of the Time Dragon extending externally as a fan shape.

The future result is locked as the present cause by the Ancestral Red Dragon, linear outcomes were exhibited and chosen one by one.

Dense heat surged and evaporated among the scales of the Ancestral Red Dragon, vast energy consumed in this brief deduction simulation, each second’s energy consumption equivalent to the entire energy sum of an Ancient Dragon.

This is also the reason why the earth core energy beneath Dragon’s Nest Mountain Range, preserved since ancient times, has been exhausted by the Ancestral Red Dragon to the extent of no longer being able to erupt.

Luckily, the Ancestral Red Dragon was in the small world of World Tree Ovo, having an almost infinite supply of energy, the limbs of the Ancestral Red Dragon grounded, drawing the energy continuously conveyed by World Tree Ovo.

The Time Dragon above awaited quietly, unclear of what was happening with the Ancestral Red Dragon, yet it didn’t hinder its appreciation of this unique Giant Dragon’s unparalleled beauty and charm.

Until much later, the deep blue in Karon’s pupils overflowed like flowing water, returning once more to the crimson glow.

He raised his enormous head, asking: ”I do not know why, nor the specific result, but I vaguely have some premonitions, Deniris, I ask you, is there only one Time Dragon in this universe?”

Deniris recovered from the charm of the Ancestral Red Dragon, it diligently furrowed its brow scales, with an uncertain tone said: ”Neither do I know, over countless years, I’ve always been searching for my kin, yet found nothing.”

Fiery breath spewed between the Ancestral Red Dragon’s fangs, Karon said in a deep voice: ”Since that’s the case, you should leave here, as far from Aikania as possible, as far away from this starry domain as possible, that’s my suggestion to you.”

”You know something, isn’t that right? Tell me, Karon Gogomola,” Time Dragon Deniris swam its massive body, asked excitedly.

”A muddy road is still a road, must be traveled, I cannot be certain, but I can tell you, you won’t die by my hands, yet you might die by my enemy’s hands.” Karon said lightly.
