Hogwarts: I Am an Exemplary Wizard

Chapter 1036: Chapter 781: Name Magic’s Flaws (Part 2)

After listening to Kael’s explanation, Dumbledore’s expression turned serious, and he solemnly nodded.

”You’ve considered this thoroughly, it was my oversight.”

”You can’t say that.” Kael stroked his chin, ”If I were able to defeat him, I’d even be willing to pay people to find a spacious place to curse him for a whole day, with ’Voldemort’ appearing not less than three times in each sentence.”

The seriousness on Dumbledore’s face lasted only a few seconds before it collapsed.

”What do you mean by that?”

”Information bombardment,” Kael said. ”Since he likes hearing his name, just shout it more often, get several groups of people to shout it twenty-four hours a day in rotation, throw in some swear words, the dirtier the better, preferably with a family tree included. I remember Riddle should be a Muggle surname, right? Calling him a half-mudblood seems fitting.

”Under the influence of Name Magic, he must be able to hear it clearly. If he can’t stand it and comes for me, I’ll take him out. If he doesn’t, he just has to endure it. Just thinking about it makes me happy.

”Unless he’s willing to revoke this magic, but that would be a good thing for us anyway. Besides losing some Galleons, it’s not a loss at all.

”Of course, these are just thoughts, I can’t beat him now.”

For a moment, the look in Dumbledore’s eyes changed, and as he looked at Kael, it was as if he were looking at a Fire Dragon knitting wool socks, just... absurd.

Using a loophole in Name Magic, to have people relentlessly curse Voldemort... is this something a normal person would come up with?

But having said that, Dumbledore thought about it carefully, and found that doing so would indeed be quite satisfying.

Should he... give it a try?

He hesitated a little, anyway he had a lot of Galleons, and hiring a few hundred people was doable as long as it could make him revoke the Name Magic, it would be considered a success.

However, after looking at his unresponsive arm, Dumbledore dismissed the idea.

Forget it, it’s not appropriate for now.

Dumbledore sighed; whenever he chatted with Kael, he always felt a delusion that perhaps he really was getting old.

This was because Kael’s ideas always clashed with his, very effective, but he could never think of them, which was a kind of mental constraint, unrelated to wisdom.

Just like the Hogwarts Express, which had been abandoned by the times, yet still ran for various reasons.

As a result, after talking with Kael, Dumbledore would always chat with Harry, who would remind him that it wasn’t him who was out of touch, but Kael, Kael was the unique ’minority.’

At this moment, voices outside suddenly grew louder.

”Oh, I guess it’s time for dinner.” Dumbledore stood up, proactively ending the conversation.

”Has it gotten so late without me noticing? I am getting a bit hungry; I hope the dinner has some of those cream tarts I like; I really love them.”

Kael actually had a lot more questions unasked, like why Voldemort would choose such a peculiar place like Austria, what exactly he did there, and the details of the battle.

But Dumbledore seemed unwilling to say more, and even when this topic was brought up earlier, he became inexplicably vague, as if intentionally avoiding something.

But the problem is if Dumbledore doesn’t want to speak, there’s nothing he can do, he can’t exactly use Veritaserum on him... huh?

Kael raised his eyebrow, he really seemed to have some Veritaserum, and it was even a gift from Snape.

It’s just that he couldn’t quite remember where he put it, after all, it was something from Snape, he wouldn’t use it whatever it was, so he usually just tossed it aside without much tidying.

But it should be in the box, he could find some time to look for it carefully.

Thinking this, Kael followed Dumbledore out of the room.

Outside, Mrs. Weasley had indeed already prepared dinner, and to Kael’s surprise, Lupin had also returned from St Mungo’s Hospital.

The bandages that had previously wrapped his entire body now only remained on a few spots on his wrists, and he looked a lot better, able to move freely without assistance.

This surprised Kael, but didn’t surprise him too much.

As long as the injuries weren’t caused by Dark Magic, they wouldn’t be much trouble for St Mungo’s, not to mention Lupin was a Werewolf, with a recovery rate faster than an average wizard’s.

It’s just that Tonks still looked somewhat worried, always following by his side.

”Really glad you’re okay.” Kael walked over and greeted.

”Thanks to Dumbledore, he brought Phoenix’s Tears,” Lupin said with a smile, ”And I also want to thank you, Kael.”

”Thank me for what?”

”I’ve heard about what you and Mr. Scamander did.”

Tonks had mentioned this to him while he was in St Mungo’s, and a few of the friends he developed in the Werewolf Tribe also sent letters saying that the group of Werewolves in the Dark Forest hadn’t shown activity for a long time.

It seemed they moved, the Death Eaters went to find them, but to no avail.

Also, the Werewolves in Knockturn Alley hadn’t appeared for a long time either.

Thinking of this, Lupin couldn’t help but marvel, ”Who would’ve thought that something I couldn’t solve in over half a year, you managed in just a few days.”

”Ah, it’s nothing.” Kael waved his hand, ”It’s mainly because you’re too soft-hearted, as long as you take out a few of the most active ones, the rest will naturally behave.”
