Tentacle Monster Reincarnation: I Will Protect the Heroines

The light blades released from the blade are like horizontal rain, difficult to do an imitation of receiving with the sword like just now. ”But that kind of thing does not matter...!”

Toward the pouring light he swings the sword up and cuts down from the uppermost. Roar! Black flames overflowed. The scorching heat burning swallows the light blades and burns to ashes. Sparks and ash danced riding the wind. ”What is that...!?”

Above the princess is leaking a voice of impatience. She understands that feeling well. No, precisely because a warrior who handles flames she understood deeper than the princess, Knight cannot move the body. Not light. But absolutely not darkness either. The black flames the brother, the Black Knight used were burning with a completely different principle. Light is always advantageous against darkness, precisely because of that that which burns light to ashes is not power of darkness she can speculate. No, no, wrong, wrong. She gazes at the flames. At the end of the scorching heat burning black she felt she sees something. That is a distant distant star in a universe even the world differs. Existing there something more blasphemous not light nor darkness. In the planet of flames a flame in the form of a young child laughed. Eyes met, that kind of illusion. The head creaks. Shouts must not understand. But ah. Precisely because a warrior who handles flames even though must not notice, noticed, ended up, so. ”Withdraw that foot...!”

Right before understanding the blasphemous something at the end of the flames. The man who wrapped the blasphemous flames on the sword swung the sword toward the princess. ”This, what are you...!?”

Among Earth’s humans sufficiently sharp, yet toward Sacred too dull slash. But the princess avoided. Those flames are bad. She does not understand even a fragment of the flames’ origin, but because fear was floating on the expression of Knight at the feet. Sacred who is good at flames. Precisely because of that the princess largely jumped back. Knight’s head became free. ”Safe. Sacred Knight.”

The boy turning his back this way and glaring at Alter and the princess. Earth’s man, precisely because of that cannot intervene in the fight of Sacred and Magician Diabolic. But. Holding the sword that releases flames she ends up thinking even repulsive he descended on this stage. ”Kazu, ki...?”

With a hazy consciousness she mutters. At those words the man. Niekawa Kazuki shook the shoulders as if slightly surprised. ”...I see, as I thought that kind of thing.”

For an instant he turned his face this way and showed a small smile. ”...A strange sword.”

While taking distance Alter mutters. ”I feel a thing close to magical power of darkness, but a completely different thing. What is that?”

He still does not regard Niekawa as a threat. After all Earth’s human, if hitting an attack can drive to combat inability in one blow. But the sword in that hand was different. Alter directs his gaze to Knight. The face of having sanity shaved because observed the flames and almost understood something. ”...Understanding the essence is more dangerous. But no problem. If able to know the surface performance...! ’Waves, wash away’!”

He releases magic from the left arm. Not light magic by the right hand gripping the holy spear, his original magic of darkness. Because just now those flames burned away the princess’s light, ’then if darkness how’. Water overflows. A tsunami surges. If Knight were in perfect state an attack nothing. Light is always advantageous against darkness. Therefore a tsunami born from darkness can easily evaporate with holy flames. But the sword in the hand of Niekawa standing in front is not light. Then naturally weakens by the law ’fire is weak to water’. No good, with that cannot prevent. Knight puts power in the body and desperately tries to stand. ”No problem, Sacred Knight.”

Flames blow. Black, black, blasphemous flames swallowing everything are dancing. In that center Niekawa laughs as if relieving, and for an instant twisted the face in pain. But that was only an instant, as if nothing he brandishes the sword. ”Burn to ashes. ’Colvaz’...!”

Burned away the tsunami. The large amount of closing water combusts. Not evaporated. Burning ringing go-go and turning to ash. Not magic of light or darkness, not physical law either. A god’s law far more blasphemous than that kind of thing. That sword’s inscription is Colvaz. In Cthulhu myth the ability of that sword possessing the same name as a satellite of Fomalhaut talked is ’burn to ashes all and every existence’. That is in the literal meaning, in ’a game with Cthulhu-myth motif released before the Sacred series’ the flames released from this sword possessed the ability ’ignore the opponent’s fire-attribute resistance, and perform damage calculation as weakness attribute and critical hit’. Of course in the game Colvaz is only a weapon. Therefore could only exert the effect at the timing of attacking in one’s own turn. But since dropping that into reality. Can even burn to ashes the opponent’s attack. ”Holy Sword Excalina! Destroy that man...!”

Cutting the burning-collapsing tsunami a flash jumps in. The princess’s light. Not the light blade swung toward Niekawa just now. The same as when released toward Knight. A full-body full-spirit one blow. Because she thought must do so or cannot defeat, because even though fell to darkness Sacred recognized him as an enemy she should defeat. ”That kind of attack I will not let pass...!”

He slams the blade on the closing light. Light burns and turns to ash. At the end of the tsunami combusting and vanishing the princess who swung the holy sword was putting on an expression of astonishment. Before that sword that burns unrelated to water or flash, let alone light or darkness, Alter knits the brows irritated. ”I see, Mouse? Those who can prepare that kind of strange item are not that many... What was she doing, that bat.”

”...On that I will agree. Wavering there wavering here. Therefore not trusted.”

Whose talk is it. Still collapsed on the ground Knight slowly heals the body. Healing does not go well more than expected. Since directly looking at the thing at the end of the flames released from the sword Niekawa holds she somehow cannot concentrate well. The greatest crisis passed. Then must stand quickly. Even though thinking so. ”Intending to become equal holding a powerful weapon? Fool. Earth’s human welcoming Sacred’s light. That compensation is not light.”

Alter readies the holy spear. While thrusting the spear wrapping purple lightning and the right arm he raised the mouth corner. ”Ruin with that compensation. While cursing yourself who rose on the stage beyond your place.”

”...No.”

In contrast Niekawa quietly readies Colvaz’s sword in seigan and shouts. ”Already tired of cursing myself. Therefore now change the curse to a celebration and hold you...!”
