Fairy Tail: Collapsing Stars

Chapter 467: Fairy Tail Is Preparing to Go and Cause Trouble on Other Continents

Time flew by…

In the blink of an eye, half a year quietly passed!

The time had come to X785, May, spring!

The Fairy Tail Guildʼs main forces, who originally would have been ”buried” on Tenrou Island because of Acnologiaʼs attack, were still active in the Kingdom of Fiore! The entire Mage Guild, Fairy Tail, still displayed endless vitality, firmly maintaining its title as the strongest Mage Guild in Ishgar, without the slightest sign of decline…

As for the town of Magnolia, where the Fairy Tail Guild was located, it was now lush and green. The originally bare trees along the streets had already put on emerald-like new clothes, and then…

”Boom!!”

Amidst the intense flames, they turned into countless ashes!

”Natsu, donʼt run!!”

”Have you found Lucy?”

”Not yet…”

”Damn it, where did that Lucy run off to?”

”Forget it, letʼs deal with Natsu first!”

Countless Mages, violent Magic power swirling around their bodies, waved their hands, causing Magic Circles to form on their own. They then transformed into streams of elemental attacks and attacked the young man with short cherry-pink hair.

”Continue, continue! Donʼt stop!”

Facing everyoneʼs attacks, the young manʼs eyes contained not the slightest fear. He merely raised the corners of his mouth and provoked everyone. Suddenly, he was swallowed by flames. Blazing flames wrapped around his entire body, making him look like a man of fire. The flames that had just ignited the trees also came from this young manʼs hands.

The young man was none other than the Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild, the Fire Dragon Slayer Mage Natsu Dragneel, who used the flames inherited from the Fire Dragon King Igneel!

At this moment, as he released flames with a wave of his hand, all the Mages rushing toward him were sent flying!

”Hahahaha! Just this level!”

After defeating todayʼs challengers, Natsu burst into loud laughter.

Half a year had already passed since Fairy Tail Guildʼs X784 S-Class Mage Promotion Trial. During these six months, the number of people who wanted to prove that they possessed the strength to become an S-Class Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild by defeating Natsu and Lucy had not decreased. Instead, there were more and more of them…

The reason was that someone, for some unknown reason, had spread this news outside the Fairy Tail Guild, claiming that as long as one could defeat Natsu and Lucy, one could obtain S-Class Mage certification recognized by the Magic Council! From then on, one could rise rapidly in the magical world of the Ishgar Continent, going from an unknown nobody to someone fought over by countless Mage Guilds…

From then on, countless Mages who considered themselves fairly strong but could not pass the S-Class Mage Promotion Trial held by the Magic Council all gathered toward Magnolia Town!

This caused the town to experience a second spring, and the economy of the entire town was driven upward by several percentage points…

This behavior was even called the—Lucy Effect by some economists in Magnolia Town!

However, Lucy herself, who had been written into economics textbooks by economists, did not feel happy about this at all…

Inside the Fairy Tail Guild.

”Iʼm so tired, this is too hard!”

Lucy muttered to herself. Who knew how she had spent these past six months?!

If her experience over these six months were to be described in four words, it would be as if she had ”arrived in hell”…

”Lucy, itʼs time for you to renew…”

Just as Lucy was muttering to herself, Mirajane walked toward Lucy with a smile, then looked at Lucy kindly as she spoke.

”Uh…”

The corner of Lucyʼs eye twitched. She took out the wallet she carried with her, her fingers trembling as she pulled several banknotes from inside and handed them to Mirajane. As those ten-thousand-Jewel banknotes disappeared from Lucyʼs wallet, her already cash-strapped wallet became even emptier. There was almost no money left now~

”Thank you for your patronage~”

Mirajane smiled slightly at Lucy and collected Lucyʼs money.

”This is too hard…”

Lucy hugged her head alone, sitting in the no-battle zone of the Fairy Tail Guild! She cried out in pain.

Because the Lucy Effect had unexpectedly turned out to be so effective, there were simply too many people challenging Lucy and Natsu. This caused enormous trouble even for those who were not interested in Natsu and Lucy.

Therefore, Makarov had established a no-battle zone for Lucy and Natsu inside the Fairy Tail Guild. As long as they were inside this area, no one could challenge Lucy and Natsu! Of course, this area charged a fee…

Likewise, aside from establishing the no-battle zone, Makarov…

Had also stipulated the times when Natsu and Lucy could be challenged. Seven to eight in the morning was breakfast time, twelve to two at noon was lunch break, five to eight in the afternoon was dinner time, and ten at night to six in the morning was rest time. During these periods, Natsu and Lucy could not be challenged!

In other words, there actually wasnʼt much time in a day when Natsu and Lucy could be challenged. Of course, if Natsu and Lucy themselves chose to fight someone, that was counted separately…

After Makarov intervened, Lucy finally lived a relatively happy life. However, these happy days were actually bought with Lucyʼs money.

”The money I have on hand isnʼt much anymore. If this continues, it wonʼt last long at all. At most, in about five days, Iʼll no longer have enough money to live in the no-battle zone!”

”Moreover, with the population of Magnolia Town increasing explosively, rent is also rising. The money I have now canʼt even support next monthʼs rent! In other words, from now on, I canʼt choose to stay inside with the door closed anymore. I have to find a way to go out and work on missions to make money, but…”

Lucy muttered to herself. She did not have much money on her now, and quite a bit of it had been borrowed from Brandish. If this continued, she would really go bankrupt and eventually end up sleeping on the streets!

However, it wasnʼt that Lucy didnʼt want to go out and take missions. It was that the circumstances did not allow it!

Thinking this, Lucy looked outside the no-battle zone…

”Lucy, are you finally planning to come out of the no-battle zone?”

”Lucy, Iʼve been waiting for you for a long time!”

”Lucy, letʼs decide the victor between us!”

Outside the no-battle zone, the members of the Womenʼs Alliance, Kagura, Juvia, and Lisanna, were glaring viciously at Lucy like this. They were just waiting for Lucy to come out of the no-battle zone~

”If this continues, I canʼt get out at all!”

”If I go out now, Iʼll most likely be killed by them!”

”No, Iʼll definitely be killed by them!”

Lucy shouted in agony.

”Um, sisters, can you spare my life?”

Lucy let genuine emotion fill her eyes, trying to move Kagura and the others with sincerity.

”No!”

However, the answer Lucy received was Kagura and the othersʼ firm response.

Clearly, there was no win-win situation between Lucy and Kaguraʼs group!

”This is too hard!”

Lucy wailed once again. She was truly suffering too much. If she had known that the S-Class Mage certification of the Fairy Tail Guild was such a troublesome thing, she would never have wanted it.

However, there was no medicine for regret in this world…

At the same time, Lucy still understood the principle that one must bear the weight of the crown one wishes to wear.

And with battle after battle, Lucyʼs strength had indeed increased during these six months. After spending a certain amount of money to hire Ultear to help her develop her Second Origin, Lucy could now steadily open three Celestial Spirit Gates. This level of strength was already top-tier among all Celestial Spirit Mages in the entire Kingdom of Fiore…

Unfortunately, she was still no match for these people in the Fairy Tail Guild, who were candidates for S-Class Mages in name but monsters in reality…

”Sometimes, I really envy them~”

On the second floor of the Fairy Tail Guild, Laxus leaned against the railing, tilting his head and glancing down at Lucy and the others making noise on the first floor, revealing a slight smile.

”Laxus, you brat, why are you alone on the second floor looking so troubled? Could it be youʼre thinking about some girl?”

Ur had just returned to the guild, reported back to Makarov, and then arrived at the mission board on the second floor of the guild to accept an S-Class extermination mission that suited her relatively well.

Just as Ur was preparing to leave, she saw Laxus standing忧郁ly on the second floor of the guild, looking sideways down over the entire guild hall.

”Hmm?!”

Ur became puzzled by this.

Thus, she quickly walked to Laxusʼs side, forcefully slapped Laxus on the shoulder, and asked.

”Donʼt joke around, Ur! Iʼm not thinking about such a superficial thing!”

Laxus felt the bone-chilling coldness on his shoulder. Without needing to turn around and look, he knew that his old opponent Ur had arrived.

Laxus had fought Ur for so many years, from being unilaterally beaten down by Ur, to barely being able to maneuver around Ur by relying on the speed of lightning, to fighting Ur to a draw, and then to now, where under the condition that both of them used conventional Magic, he could unilaterally suppress Ur. How many times had he fought Ur? More than a hundred battles?!

Naturally, Laxus understood Urʼs temperature more clearly than anyone could…

”Whatʼs bothering you? Instead of thinking about it, how about fighting me again?”

Ur looked at the worried Laxus with a smile and asked.

”Forget it! Iʼve already lost interest in my defeated opponent!”

After hearing Urʼs words, Laxus raised his head, tilted it forty-five degrees, looked toward the ceiling of the guild while shaking his head, and expressed his disdain for Ur.

”Defeated opponent?”

”You really dare to say that!”

After hearing Laxusʼs words, waves of bone-chilling cold instantly erupted from Urʼs body.

As she spoke, Ur intended to directly freeze this stinking brat who looked down on her into an ice sculpture!

”Ur, youʼve noticed it too, right?”

”Actually, the speed at which weʼre progressing is getting slower and slower! Our strength hasnʼt increased for a long time!”

Laxus ignored Ur, whose cold aura was erupting. He looked at those guild members on the first floor who had yet to pass Fairy Tailʼs S-Class Mage Promotion Trial, still possessed boundless potential, and were in a period of rapidly increasing strength, his eyes filled with envy.

”Is that so? Youʼve encountered a bottleneck too!”

When Ur heard Laxus say this, she finally withdrew her terrifying cold aura.

She finally knew why Laxus had been acting out of character. It was probably because Laxus had encountered a bottleneck in his advancement!

Encountering a bottleneck during a mageʼs cultivation was a very normal thing in the magical world.

However, in Urʼs opinion, Laxus had cultivated for such a long time, his Magic power was almost inhuman, and he had already stood at the peak of the humans of Ishgar, only then encountering a bottleneck. This was already something countless people would not even dare dream of.

One had to know that for many people, even if they spent their entire lives, let alone entering the realm of the Ten Wizard Saints, even reaching the level of an S-Class Mage was already a huge problem…

Moreover, the matter of encountering a bottleneck…

In fact, it wasnʼt only Laxus who was facing this problem right now. The vast majority of the S-Class Mages within the Fairy Tail Guild had encountered the problem of bottlenecks! Ur herself had also encountered a bottleneck.

Of course, the Magic power of almost all the S-Class Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild had already reached the levels between the Heavenly Kings and the Spriggan 12! That was, between Level Nine and Level Ten as evaluated by Evanʼs system. If this were publicized, saying that the S-Class Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild were all inhuman, it would probably make everyone in the magical world of the entire Ishgar Continent drop their jaws in shock!

However, after reaching the levels of Inhuman and the Spriggan 12, everyoneʼs horizons had become much broader than before, and they had already taken the affairs of the continent very lightly.

After all, when Evan himself had reached the level of the Spriggan 12 in strength, he had already begun to set his sights beyond the Earth-land world, upon countless other worlds. As members of the Fairy Tail Guild, the horizons of the S-Class Mages naturally would not be lacking under Evanʼs leadership!

As for competition among Mages, most of it was also competition between guild members. After all, across the entire Ishgar Continent, there was already no Mage Guild capable of being an opponent of Fairy Tail. Even Blue Pegasus, which likewise had a Ten Wizard Saint presiding over it, could not…

As for whether everyone could continue to step into a higher level on the basis of their current strength, even Evan himself could not be certain!

Therefore, it was normal for various kinds of confusion to appear in the hearts of the S-Class Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild!

After all, their cultivation had gone too smoothly before. It was time for them to encounter some hardships!

Without experiencing wind and rain, it would be difficult for the guildʼs outstanding seedlings to have anyone capable of entering the realm occupied by August, Zeref, and the others, although even after experiencing wind and rain, it would still be difficult…

”A bottleneck!”

Ur sighed. With her potential, according to Precht, at most she could reach the level of matching Warrod, which was the so-called level of just entering the Inhuman realm. The possibility of progressing further was very small. But who told her to have a good daughter!

With Ultearʼs help, Ur successfully opened her Second Origin. Moreover, Ultear had expended a huge favor to invite Precht to help with the analysis, and according to Urʼs unique physical characteristics, they improved it into a specialized Second Origin. According to Ultear, it was the Second Point Five Origin!

Therefore, Ur had also successfully raised the Magic power within her body to the level of the Spriggan 12. However, after Ur raised her Magic power to the level of the Spriggan 12, the speed at which her Magic power increased began to become extremely slow. In Urʼs view, she either had to rely on time to slowly grind it out in the future, or stimulate her potential through one fierce battle after another!

Unfortunately, at present, across the entire Ishgar Continent, including the Western Continent, there was no existence capable of opposing Fairy Tail. Although the battles within the guild were also fierce, after competing with each other for so many years, everyone had already become familiar with one anotherʼs methods. Their fights had become extremely boring…

Moreover, they were guildmates after all, so everyone restrained themselves to some degree. At most, someone would have an arm broken or a leg crippled. At worst, they would be beaten into a Level-One cripple. None of these were fatal injuries, and all of them could be healed, so they lacked some excitement!

Therefore, Ur and the other S-Class Mages in the guild were actually looking forward to having some opponents!

”Yeah! A bottleneck! I didnʼt expect that I would encounter a bottleneck after cultivating to only this level. It seems that if I want to break through the bottleneck, I can only remove the Dragon Slayer Lacrima that seals my talent. What a pity! After more than twenty years of companionship, Iʼve gradually gotten used to it…”

Just as Ur sighed, Laxus also sighed.

However, it was as if the joys and sorrows of people were not the same…

Just as many of the bottlenecks on Urʼs body completely did not exist on her exceptionally talented daughter Ultear!

Likewise, Laxus, who had inherited enormous Magic power and possessed tremendous talent, had reached the level of the Spriggan 12, which was Level Ten according to Evanʼs system, relying solely on the talent sealed by the Dragon Slayer Lacrima, combined with the Second Origin developed with Ultearʼs help!

However, this was still not the limit of Laxusʼs potential. He was still improving. It was just that the speed of improvement had begun to slow down, making Laxus, who was accustomed to advancing every year, feel unaccustomed to it…

”Ice-Make! White Rose Garden!”

In response to Laxusʼs inhuman behavior, Ur rewarded Laxus with an entire rose garden.

”Boom!!”

Amidst a thunderous roar, Laxus was directly blasted out of the second floor by Ultear.

”Boom!”

A golden bolt of lightning continuously flashed within the Fairy Tail Guild. Laxusʼs figure, transformed into lightning, gradually appeared in the guildʼs first-floor hall. He looked up at Ur, who had suddenly attacked him, the veins on his forehead tightly bulging.

”Ur, are you crazy? What do you mean by suddenly attacking me?”

Laxus looked at Ur and shouted.

”Nothing. I just canʼt stand seeing such an arrogant brat like you…”

Cold freezing air surrounded Urʼs entire body as she gave Laxus a death stare.

”Huh?”

Laxus was extremely depressed by this. He had no idea what exactly he had done to offend Ur.

”Boom!!”

However, Laxus was not willing to show weakness either. As Ur erupted with waves of powerful Magic power, the Magic power within Laxusʼs body likewise rose.

For a moment, Laxus and Ur stood like this, one in the ruins of the guildʼs first-floor hall and the other in the corridor on the second floor where the railing had been destroyed, staring at each other. It seemed that the two of them could start fighting fiercely at any moment!

”Laxus is going to fight Ur?”

”A battle between a Ten Wizard Saint and an S-Class Mage of the guild isnʼt something you get to see often!”

”A battle between experts!”

”I wonder who will win in the end!”

The guildʼs many people who loved watching the fun looked at Laxus and Ur, who were faintly confronting each other and ready to strike at any moment. Not a single person went to stop them…

As Fairy Tail members, not only did they not oppose Laxus and Ur fighting, they were even somewhat looking forward to the two of them fighting as soon as possible! Only then could these people who loved watching the fun enjoy the spectacle!

However, the Fairy Tail gamblers, who normally placed bets whenever there was a battle, were listless today.

After all, during last yearʼs S-Class Mage Promotion Trial, Makarov had harvested them like leeks far too brutally, to the point that even now, no new seedlings had grown yet~

”Boom…”

”Tch, suddenly this became a little boring!”

”Thatʼs true…”

However, what the people of the Fairy Tail Guild did not expect was that after Laxus and Urʼs Magic power erupted for a while, they both withdrew their Magic power, seemingly losing interest in continuing the fight. These two old opponents no longer wanted to fight each other. After all, when the same thing was done hundreds or thousands of times, one would always get tired of it. The two of them also wanted to find some fresh opponents…

”Tch, theyʼre not fighting anymore!”

”Boring…”

”I thought I could watch S-Class Mages exchange blows!”

The many people who loved watching the fun looked at Laxus and Ur stopping and all revealed dissatisfied expressions.

”Everyone! I have an important matter to announce!”

Just as the people who loved watching the fun were about to disperse, Makarov, the Guild Master of Fairy Tail, appeared at some point on the podium in the center of the Fairy Tail Guild and spoke seriously to all the Mages in the guild.

”Guild Master Makarov…”

At this, the many people who loved watching the fun in the guild scratched their dry hair, looking bewildered as they gathered over.

”First is the first matter. Starting today, all activities within the Fairy Tail Guild are suspended!”

”Everyone, after completing the missions you have already accepted, please wait patiently and do not accept any new missions…”

”Then there is the second matter. Because the guildʼs people are currently not all here, I wonʼt say it for now. When the Mages in the guild have gathered a week from now, Iʼll announce it during the eight-oʼclock morning meeting!”

”As for the matter mentioned today, please tell one another and make sure everyone knows. Thatʼs all…”

After Makarov said this, he stopped speaking, jumped down from the podium in the center of the guild, went to the bar, sat back down in his usual position, and began drinking some wine.

”The Guild Master has an important matter to announce?”

”I wonder what it could be?!”

After hearing Makarovʼs words, Gray fell into deep thought.

”Anyway, it must be very manly!”

This was Elfmanʼs answer.

”What does this have to do with being manly?”

Gray looked at Elfman and complained.

”What? Could this have something to do with being naked?”

Lyon, standing naked beside Gray, seriously asked.

”Even less!”

At this, Gray seemed to have inherited Lucyʼs spirit and shouted his complaint at Lyon.

It seemed that because Gray and the others had spent so much time with Lucy, everyone had been infected by Lucyʼs complaining energy…

Now every Fairy Tail member could complain about a few things!

”Everyone, the Guild Master already said that we should put down the matters at hand. Why donʼt we call this challenge off, how about it?!”

As for the undisputed Queen of Complaints of Fairy Tail, Lucy, she was taking advantage of the situation. Taking advantage of Makarovʼs recent announcement that activities were being suspended, she immediately spoke to Kagura and the others guarding around her.

”The Guild Master said that we should finish the matters at hand and not do anything else, so my challenge doesnʼt violate the Guild Masterʼs words! After all, in my view, what Iʼm doing right now is the matter at hand…”

Kagura looked at Lucyʼs timid appearance and smiled kindly.

”Are you a devil?”

At this, Lucy shrank her neck and stayed safely inside the safe zone without coming out.

One week later…

Because the guildʼs mission board had been closed, after Lucy returned home last time, she had stayed at home for six days, then arrived at the Fairy Tail Guild around breakfast time. By the time all the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild had gathered, Lucy was already sitting in the safe zone drinking early tea.

”Good morning, everyone~”

Lucy seemed to be in a good mood as she smiled and greeted Kagura and the others who had arrived late.

”Iʼll kill this damned woman sooner or later!”

At this moment, Kagura, Juvia, and Lisanna, the three girls, rarely reached a consensus.

”I wonder why the Guild Master summoned us?”

”Yeah, yeah…”

”They wonʼt even let us go out to do missions anymore, and they wonʼt let us fight either. Itʼs so boring!”

At eight oʼclock in the morning, the Mages of the guild were already standing beneath the podium of the Fairy Tail Guild, yawning. Because Makarov had specifically emphasized that this morning meeting was very important, all the Mages of the guild had arrived, with not a single person late! Even Natsu, who was still sleeping, had been dragged to the Fairy Tail Guild by Happy.

”Snore~snore~”

As a result, Natsuʼs snoring continuously echoed throughout the guild hall!

Then, just when everyone in the guild had arrived, Makarov did not appear…

About an hour later, when the people of the Fairy Tail Guild had already begun to grow impatient, Makarov finally arrived late and walked into the guild.

”Everyone, why did you all come so early today?”

Makarov looked at all the members gathered in the guild, his face showing confusion.

”Didnʼt you tell us to arrive early? You said you had something important to announce today…”

At this, all the Mages in the guild practically roared at Makarov.

”Huh? Is that so? Is that so?”

”Iʼm sorry! Everyone…”

”If you hadnʼt told me, I wouldʼve forgotten!”

Makarov apologized to all the Mages in the Fairy Tail Guild.

Then, without any more nonsense, he stood on the podium of the Fairy Tail Guild.

”Mirajane, are all the Mages in the Fairy Tail Guild here?”

Standing on the podium, Makarov first asked his assistant Mirajane.

”Reporting to the Guild Master…”

”Aside from Evan, Irene, Selene, Ignia, Acnologia, August, and Mr. Zeref, everyone has arrived.”

After hearing Makarovʼs words, Mirajane responded with a smile.

”Oh, those people donʼt matter. Itʼs fine as long as everyone else is here!”

”Since everyone is here, letʼs begin todayʼs meeting!”

As Makarov spoke, he prepared to begin todayʼs meeting.

”Why has the Guild Master summoned us here?”

At the same time, the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild looked at Makarov with puzzled expressions. Everyone pricked up their ears, waiting for Makarov to explain the contents of the morning meeting.

After all, this was the first time in all these years that Fairy Tail had required everyone to attend a morning meeting!

Clearly, todayʼs morning meeting was extraordinary. Makarov must have had some important reason for doing this…

Perhaps there was some major matter to announce!

However, just as everyone in the Fairy Tail Guild was eagerly awaiting Makarov to explain the contents of the morning meeting, Makarov seemed to have gotten stuck. He stood there blankly, staring at everyone in the guild.

”Guild Master, say something already!”

At this, even Mirajane could not stand it anymore. She looked at Makarov and softly reminded him.

”Even if I want to say something, I donʼt know what Iʼm supposed to say!”

However, Makarovʼs answer was too astonishing, to the point that all the Mages in the entire Fairy Tail Guild froze.

”How can you not know what youʼre supposed to say?”

”You personally gave the order to summon us here!”

”And yet you had us put aside the matters at hand, even at the cost of our own interests, just to summon us here so that we could stare blankly at you?!”

The Mages of the guild exchanged glances before looking at Makarov and asking.

They had even given up their work, waiting for Makarov to announce some major news, only to find that Makarov himself did not even know what the morning meeting was about?!

”Ah, thereʼs nothing I can do about it!”

”After all, actually, it wasnʼt me who summoned you here. It was Evan!”

”So thereʼs no point looking at me…”

Makarov shrugged at the Mages in the guild. He was also helpless, but the fact was that he did not know what Evan had summoned everyone in the guild for. He was merely passing on the message. It was all Evanʼs task~

”So, after Evan told you that you needed to summon us, you didnʼt even ask Evan what the matter was before directly giving the order?”

Immediately, a Mage of the guild looked at Makarov and asked.

”Exactly!”

Makarov answered without hesitation.

”Do your job as Guild Master properly, you bastard!”

As Makarovʼs voice fell, the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild all angrily complained.

”Hehe~”

At this, Makarov picked his ear, looking as if he had completely treated the guild membersʼ words as wind passing by his ears. So what if he was the Guild Master of Fairy Tail? As the Guild Master, how could he listen to the guild members?!

”This damn old man!”

Thus, the members of the Fairy Tail Guild standing beneath the podium exchanged glances, their eyes flashing with anger toward Makarov. If Makarovʼs Magic power had not been genuine, they would have rushed forward long ago to properly teach Makarov a lesson.

”Everyone, sorry! Iʼm a little late!”

Just as the people of the Fairy Tail Guild were becoming impatient, a teleportation portal suddenly appeared on the podium in the center of the guild. Immediately afterward, Evanʼs figure slowly walked out from the portal.

”Evan!”

With Evanʼs arrival, the originally somewhat chaotic members immediately quieted down. Evanʼs reputation within the guild was still very high.

”I summoned everyone here today because there is actually one matter I need to tell everyone!”

”I believe everyone should have noticed that our strength has all reached a bottleneck!”

”Throughout the entire Ishgar Continent, there is also no longer any existence that can make us feel challenged or give us competition!”

”So I have decided that starting today, our Fairy Tail Guild will collectively migrate to the Northern Continent, Guiltina! We will go there to undergo deeper cultivation…”

Evan stood on the podium of the guild.

With his very first words, he announced an important matter that caused the entire Fairy Tail Guild to erupt into commotion!

”What? Migrate?”

”The Northern Continent, Guiltina?”

”I heard itʼs supposed to be very dangerous there…”

After hearing Evanʼs words, the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild were all shocked. Some Mages who already knew about Guiltinaʼs situation even had their expressions suddenly change.

”Yes, it is indeed dangerous there!”

”After the Dragon King Festival four hundred years ago, some dragons fled Ishgar…”

”And the brand-new homeland chosen by these dragons was Guiltina. In other words, Guiltina is a continent that has dragons!”

”Among them, Kurnugi, Selene, and Ignia lived on the Northern Continent, Guiltina, before they came to the Fairy Tail Guild!”

”Therefore, the living environment there is more like Ishgar four hundred years ago, when dragons and humans coexisted, compared to the current Ishgar, where dragons have disappeared because of Acnologia…”

”Of course, because the living environment there is harsher, perhaps it can better stimulate the potential of our Mages!”

Evan had no intention of deceiving everyone either. He directly told all the Mages in the guild the advantages and disadvantages of going to Guiltina.

”Of course, not everyone has to go. If there are Mages who donʼt want to go, you can stay behind! The old site of our Fairy Tail Guild will still retain its guild functions and shelter all of you from the wind and rain!”

Evan stood on the podium and spoke to all the Mages in the guild.

”Well, Iʼm already this old. Going to Guiltina or something, Iʼll pass~”

Macau was the first to give up on going to Guiltina. After all, his wife and children needed him to take care of them.

Although Macau actually really wanted to see that continent where dragons and humans coexisted…

”If Macau isnʼt going, then Iʼm not going either!”

As Macauʼs good buddy, Wakaba naturally chose to stay behind as well.

”Iʼm staying too!”

”I want to go to Guiltina and take a look…”

”Of course we have to go to Guiltina!”

”A real man goes to fight dragons, so I choose to stay behind!”

”You just said real men should go fight dragons? Why are you staying behind?”

”Actually, Iʼm not a real man…”

With Wakaba and Macau taking the lead, the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild immediately began making their choices.

”Everyone, thereʼs no need to agonize too much over whether to go or not!”

”It doesnʼt matter. You are all still members of the Fairy Tail Guild!”

Evan stood on the podium and spoke softly while looking at everyone in the guild.

As Evanʼs voice fell, everyone soon made their choices. Some of the weaker Mages chose to remain in the guild. As for all of the Fairy Tail Guildʼs S-Class Mage candidates and current S-Class Mages, they all chose to go to Guiltina. Some were even already impatient to head to that continent where dragons and humans coexisted!

”What a coincidence! I didnʼt expect someone to bring me a pillow right when I was getting sleepy!”

Laxus, who had long been dissatisfied with the cultivation environment for Mages on the Ishgar Continent, had already planned to go out and take a look. He had merely been hesitating because he did not want to leave the Fairy Tail Guild. Now that he had Evanʼs words, there was no need for him to hesitate. As long as the guild moved over, Laxus would have no so-called worries holding him back.

”A world where dragons and humans live together…”

”Iʼm fired up!”

Natsu became eager to try. He shouted excitedly, seemingly already unable to wait to head to Guiltina.

”There is one more thing I must remind you of!”

”In Guiltina, even our Fairy Tail Guild is not an invincible existence!”

”There are organizations there that can stand shoulder to shoulder with our Fairy Tail Guild. One of them has a small grudge with me, so it may implicate you. Of course, if I take action, they are still nothing worth mentioning, but if that happens, it wonʼt serve the purpose of tempering you…”

”So the choice is yours. Should I directly go and eliminate those organizations, or should I leave them for you to deal with? You choose for yourselves!”

The reason Evan, despite reaching the Dragon King level in strength, had not gone to Guiltina to find Georg Reizen and the other Dragon Eaters for trouble was precisely because he intended to throw the task of dealing with this guild to Natsu and the others.

As for Evan, he had long since looked down on the small amount of combat power possessed by Georg Reizen and the others. His sole purpose in going to the Northern Continent, Guiltina, was to focus on dealing with the God Dragons entrenched in the Northern Continent.

”Before choosing, I have one question!”

Natsu, who had awakened at some point, looked at Evan and asked seriously.

”Natsu, when did you wake up?”

Lucy, who was sitting in her seat and concentrating on listening to Evan, was startled when she saw Natsu suddenly awake.

”You said…”

Evan nodded at Natsu, indicating that he could ask whatever he wanted.

”Are those guys you mentioned strong?”

Natsu looked at Evan and asked eagerly.

”For you guys, theyʼre very strong!”

Evan thought for a moment before speaking to Natsu.

”Then leave them to us!”

As Evanʼs voice fell, Natsu, Gray, Laxus, and Ur all revealed smiles.

Even Erza and Mirajane were somewhat tempted…

”Hehe!”

Evan looked at the eager guild members and revealed a satisfied smile.

”Actually, I have a question too!”

Lucy approached the podium and weakly raised her hand as she looked at Evan on the podium.

”Ask!”

Evan looked at Lucy and nodded lightly, indicating that she could ask whatever she wanted.

”Um, how did the force far away on the continent of Guiltina come to have a grudge with you?”

Lucy looked at Evan curiously as she asked.

Yes, from just now, Lucyʼs gossiping soul had already begun burning. She was simply too curious about exactly how that force far away on the continent of Guiltina had managed to provoke Evan.

”Haha, that happened many years ago…”

After hearing Lucyʼs question, Evan smiled slightly. He recalled the first time he had encountered Kurnugi. At that time, both he and Kurnugi were still young.

”I was still young back then…” A trace of reminiscence appeared on Evanʼs face. Because the story was too long and the matter too complicated, it would have to begin with Fairy Tailʼs Magic Council ERA infiltration and annexation plan. Since some matters were inconvenient to say openly, Evan summarized the matter and simply said, ”A lot of things happened in between. Anyway, I went to the Northern Continent once! Then I beat up the Guild Master of the strongest Mage Guild in the Northern Continent, Guiltina, and afterward went to tear down the guild he belonged to! And I arrogantly said that Fairy Tail had done it. From then on, the grudge was formed.”

”Eh? So you were the one who went looking for trouble?”

”No, no, no, so you really were the one who went looking for trouble?”

”And you said a lot of things happened in between. What exactly happened? You should explain it clearly!”

”You went to the Northern Continent, fine, but why did you provoke the strongest local force? And after provoking them, why did you leave your real name behind?!”

”Ah, there are too many things to complain about that I donʼt even know where to start…”

After hearing Evanʼs words, Lucyʼs expression was shocked as she frantically complained. At this moment, Lucy felt her energy was abundant, and her complaining energy was almost overflowing!

If the mainstream of this world was not the cultivation of Magic but complaining, Lucy believed that she would definitely be the Evan of that world!

”As expected of Evan! Truly impressive!”

”Hahaha, this is what a Mage of Fairy Tail should be!”

”Damn it, I want to go cause trouble for the strongest Mage Guild on the continent of Guiltina too!”

”What does a guild model look like? This is a guild model!”

”Iʼve already gotten tired of tearing down buildings on the Ishgar Continent! I can finally change the flavor!”

”The Northern Continent, Guiltina. Iʼm really looking forward to it more and more~”

Compared with Lucyʼs frantic complaints, the other people of the Fairy Tail Guild did not notice anything wrong. Everyone fully approved of Evanʼs actions. When you arrive at an unfamiliar place, what is the first thing you should do? Naturally, go cause trouble for the strongest local force! Was there even anything to think about?

The people of the Fairy Tail Guild were all eager to try at this moment. They could no longer wait to charge into Guiltina. They had already gotten tired of causing trouble in Ishgar, and now they were going to cause trouble on another continent!

At this, the Fairy Tail members shouted at the people of Guiltina: ”People of Guiltina! Youʼd better wait properly! The greatest scourge in this world is coming!”

”Ah…”

”Iʼve stayed in the Fairy Tail Guild for too long, to the point that I forgot that there isnʼt a single normal person in this guild!”

Lucy looked at the group of demons dancing wildly around the guild and fell silent.

Sometimes Lucy wondered if it was because she wasnʼt crazy enough that she seemed somewhat out of place compared with everyone in the guild…

”Since thatʼs the case, everyone, itʼs decided! Weʼre going to Guiltina! Beat down all the forces there! Let them know how formidable our Fairy Tail is!!”

Seeing that the timing was about right, Evan immediately stood on the podium, waved his arm, and shouted loudly.

”Oh!!”

Immediately, all the Mages of the Fairy Tail Guild began shouting.

The entire Fairy Tail Guild erupted into a unified, earth-shaking roar!

”From the very beginning, our goal seems to have gone off track…”

At this, Lucy could not help complaining.

On the other side…

Above a certain part of the sky on the Ishgar Continent!

This was where the Mage Guild, the Heart of the Magic, was located!

A gigantic sky fortress!

”Let me see what that evil brat Makarov has been planning recently?”

Precht, the second Guild Master of Fairy Tail and one of its founders, was currently sitting on his lofty throne. In his hand was intelligence handed to him by a spy he had planted inside the Fairy Tail Guild.

Although, given Fairy Tailʼs situation, he did not need a spy at all to know what was going on in the Fairy Tail Guild…

”Hmm? This, this is…”

Precht looked at the letter handed to him by the ”spy”. His uncovered left eye suddenly contracted.

”Fairy Tail has gathered the strength of the entire guild, assembled a large number of troops, and plans to attack Guiltina?!”

”Is that so? Makarov, you damned brat! Youʼve finally decided to begin your world conquest plan?”

After reading the intelligence in his hand, Prechtʼs expression became somewhat gloomy, and his forehead was covered in sweat. He had done his utmost to stop Makarov, but unfortunately, he had ultimately failed.

As for the news that the Fairy Tail Guild planned to head to Guiltina, it soon also reached the hands of the Guild Masters of the other Mage Guilds!

”Champagne today! Damn Fairy Tail is finally leaving!”

This was what the Guild Master of Lamia Scale, Granny Oba, said.

”Too wild. Iʼm treating everyone to barbecue today~”

This was what the Guild Master of Four Hounds, Goldmine, said.

”What a pity. So many handsome young men, and I wonʼt be able to see them anymore~”

As for the Guild Master of Blue Pegasus, Bob, this was what he said.

In short, as news spread that the Fairy Tail Guild planned to conquer Guiltina, ninety-nine percent of the guilds across the entire Ishgar Continent celebrated!

The only one that did not celebrate was Blue Pegasus, which basically had no conflict with the Fairy Tail Guild! After all, they said they were in the magical world, but in reality, they ran a host club…

At the same time.

As Evan began preparing to deal with the God Dragons and the various forces of Guiltina.

Inside the royal palace of the Kingdom of Fiore.

Old Thomas, the King of the Kingdom of Fiore, who was likewise a member of the Fairy Tail Guild, was currently entertaining a distinguished guest.

”Looks like you didnʼt destroy my door~”

The distinguished guest had black hair and black eyes, and his entire body radiated a mysterious aura. He was none other than Zeref!
