Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Like lightning descending.

A tremendous roar.

The spear formed of thunder immediately pierced through the demon flying below, pinning it directly beneath the city wall.

Then the lightning expanded.

A vast area of thunder spread around.

The large group of weak demons climbing the city wall below, along with the pierced demon, turned to ashes amidst the thunder.

One pink orb after another enveloped something and disappeared from the scene.

Alka directly dragged them into the world of dreams.

At this moment within the dream world.

The enormous Tower of the Furnace was rapidly operating, as Alka rampaged outside.

Countless demon souls were being continuously fed into the furnace.

”Alka? It seems that arrogant fellow has died, truly amusing.”

The Devouring Mouth appeared in front of Alka at some unknown moment.

The instant he appeared, he felt his body immobilized.

Everything around seemed to be disappearing, moving away from him.

The imprisonment effect achieved by the disappearance of space concept made the Devouring Mouth feel slightly peculiar, having never experienced such a situation.

However, despite this situation, the Devouring Mouth did not panic, rather he smiled and looked at Alka.

”An avatar? You truly are a coward, timid demons should not flaunt themselves before me.”

Although Alka’s voice wasn’t loud, it transmitted accurately, and with his special structure, everyone could understand it.

Including the demons.

Such a voice made all the demons involuntarily turn to look at where Alka stood.

Alka directly grabbed the neck of the Devouring Mouth with one hand and shouted loudly.

”I am Alka, the Slaughterer of Demons.

The Devouring Mouth? Merely a timid demon who doesn’t even dare to present his true form before me.

And you, you are the same, all cowards.”

Saying this, Alka crushed the body of the Devouring Mouth with a squeeze of his hand. As for the soul fragment preparing to disappear, Alka didn’t bother retrieving it, allowing such feelings and anger to return to the body.

It’s unclear whether it enraged the Devouring Mouth, but Alka’s arrogant words evidently instantly angered all the demons present.

Watching the demons charging at him.

Alka grabbed with both hands, and an energy spear formed of elements appeared in each hand.

One after another, he threw them out.

Each spear could pierce through a demon.

The explosive elements affected a large surrounding area, exterminating the demons in a vast region similarly.

Very soon, most demons realized that this human was not someone they could provoke.

Then they discovered a more serious problem, the souls of those demons killed by Alka did not return to the Abyss but disappeared.

The reason for this was self-evident.

Apart from those utterly reckless demons, many demons quietly distanced themselves from Alka.

”Is it him?”

”Indeed, if my feeling is correct, he has a strong connection with the corresponding Dream Realm.”

Several tall and strong demons stood on a rocky hill in the distance, discussing as they watched the arrogant Alka.

”He seems to have a grudge with the Devouring Mouth?”

The demon who spoke, evidently of some leadership status, appeared to be a noble existence from the Abyss by its form.

Standing roughly 4 meters tall, with a strong, muscular humanoid body adorned with noble Abyssal patterns.

A pair of beautiful, majestic horns rose from his forehead.

A pair of wide bat wings covered his back, clad in Purgatory Armor made of Abyssal forged iron.

Although there was anger in his orange-yellow demon pupils, there was also wise calmness.

”From what I understand, indeed, the Devouring Mouth perhaps never gained an advantage over him. Instead, has been at a disadvantage until now.”

Hearing his subordinate’s words, this tall demon nodded, staring at Alka.

”So if he dies, it would greatly benefit our attack on this world, wouldn’t it?”

On the other side was a strange demon body made seemingly of shadows.

In response to this demon’s words, he evidently didn’t show a respectful attitude, merely nodding.

”Exactly, according to my studies, he should be one of this world’s Dream Realm Kings. But the problem is that even if you kill him here, his soul and mental body will return to the dream realm.

It won’t affect that Dream Realm at all.”

”If the body is unimportant, why does he still maintain such a strong body in the outside world?

Isn’t there a significant obstacle between dream and reality in this world?” he was somewhat puzzled.

”Farol, though this world is shattered, it was once one of the strong worlds of the Star Realm.

Moreover, the world’s shattering didn’t cause too much damage to its mental world, the dream realm. If not for this obstacle, those powerful dream creatures could devour us without leaving a trace, not even the soul returning to the Abyss.

So it’s just an obstacle, those powerful ancient creatures are no fools.”

The shadowy demon sarcastically remarked to the noble demon beside him.

This noble demon, Farol, did not get angry, just nodded slightly.

”But no matter what, destroying his physical form in reality would surely benefit us, right?”

The shadowy demon continued to observe Alka.
