Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

With a dismissive wave of hand, I left the beach and headed towards the town ruins.

Watching Jason’s back, Chadite patted his own chest, almost revealing the secret.

Then, unable to resist, he chuckled softly, transforming into a meteor, disappearing from the spot.

The island was not vast; as a meteor, Chadite landed at the base of the Tower of Trial within a few seconds.

At this moment, Alka was sitting in the makeshift camp, seemingly sketching or writing something in his notebook.

Chadite silently approached him from behind, glancing at the contents of his notebook.

However, contrary to her expectations, the notebook did not contain designs for treasures for others, nor was it about the elemental knowledge he was studying recently, but rather names of people and places that were incomprehensible.

They appeared to be surnames of individuals, and some seemed to be team names.

There was no apparent connection between these names, just randomly jotted down in the notebook.

Alka seemed to be categorizing these names.

Chadite noticed there were eleven labels in total.

”What are you writing?”

Upon hearing the voice from behind, Alka was startled.

He trembled briefly and patted his chest: ”Why don’t you make any noise when walking?”

”Hehe.”

Chadite giggled, sat behind Alka, leaned her head against his shoulder, and glanced at the notebook in his hand, asking: ”What’s written on this?”

”A commission from the instructor.”

”Commission? From the instructor? When did you take it? Why didn’t I know?” Chadite asked curiously.

”I haven’t had the chance to tell you all, the commission hasn’t been discussed in detail yet. I just had a rough understanding.

I accepted it, and after you all finish the trials, I’ll need to go back in for more details, then I’ll share it with you all.”

Alka added a few more names on the notebook, closed it, and said.

Chadite nodded, intrigued but not pressing to know immediately.

Alka stood up, simultaneously dragging Chadite, who was hanging on his back, to stand as well.

”Alright, let’s pack up. Today Lucilia should be able to complete the trial.

At that time, we need to prepare to leave and hurry back to Gemini Island.”

”Why in such a hurry?” Chadite asked, puzzled.

Alka shrugged helplessly and said, ”There’s no other way, the materials on the ship are running out, now everyone’s treasures can only be designed somewhat.

Creating some raw materials, but to forge the final products, we must return to Gemini Island to purchase more. Buying materials will take quite a while.”

With a smile, Alka continued: ”Besides, resting here doesn’t compare to resting on Gemini Island, where it’s much more comfortable.”

Hearing this, Chadite nodded in agreement.

Indeed, they had been at sea for many years.

This time due to the distance between their target locations, the journey there and back alone took nearly two years altogether.

In contrast, the time spent handling tasks seemed to total only about six months.

Leaving Gemini Island, they avenged and obtained the Scepter Level treasure they’d been eyeing initially.

They found the Golden Era’s rescue organization, gaining their legacy and more information about the world before its demise.

Especially those books in the libraries, those gains are still considered the greatest harvest in their hearts.

They completed the previously unfinished Tower of Trial.

Through all these gains along the way, they achieved a rare accomplishment. That is, everyone on the ship gathered treasures of the Holy Grail Stage.

Among them, Alka, though yet to complete constructing the latest Scepter Level treasure. Once completed, he will have reached the achievement of collecting both Scepter and Holy Grail Stage treasures.

While his strength is merely at the Fifth Stage.

Below him were Jason and Chadite, who similarly harvested compatible Scepter Level treasures and a complete set of three Holy Grail Stage treasures.

Chadite’s treasures had even achieved perfect synergy among themselves.

This journey almost caused a qualitative change in their strength.

Even though most of them were still in the Fourth Stage, just barely breaking through to the Fifth Stage, the difference in strength was sky-high.

If they were to face the battles encountered at Fragrant Scent now.

It would only be described as crushing.

Reflecting on this, Chadite couldn’t help but smile.

Then she stood up and began to pack.

Not only they, but others gradually returned from various directions to the base of the Tower of Trial as well.

Likewise, started packing up.

Soon, Lucilia’s figure appeared on the Teleportation Platform.

But at this moment, Lucilia’s condition was evidently off.

She seemed dazed, even somewhat stupefied.

She wasn’t holding the Divine Essence but allowing it to float beside her.

Seeing this situation, everyone exchanged a glance.

It was clear that Lucilia underwent a trial of willpower as well.

And this trial had evidently taken quite a toll on her.

Alka blinked.

Now he could see more, sensing the emotions emanating from the soul.

At this moment, Lucilia’s soul projected emotions of reluctance, regret, remorse, and avoidance.
