Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

The sea at night was illuminated by the starry river and scattered stars on the sky’s curtain. Tonight’s night sky surprisingly had only one unknown star hanging.

Making tonight a bit darker compared to last night.

In their field of vision, the flashing red light guided their direction.

Looking at the red light from afar, Alka said, ”Get ready, everyone, we’re almost there.”

Following the guidance of the red light, they could already see the towering gigantic lighthouse. At the top of that tower, there was a Southern Cross shimmering with a red glow, guiding the surrounding ships.

The iconic building of Southern Cross Island, the Red Star Lighthouse.

At this moment, the Sound of Dawn was already covered with a simple disguise, and the iconic bird head at the ship’s bow was altered.

It was turned into a very normal, shark head-like figurehead. Although it was a temporary change, Pororo’s frantic suggestion was still adopted by everyone.

The emblem on their sail also turned into a shark head biting a trident-like symbol.

With such a disguise, they first slowly sailed into the port, then uncontrollably began their actions, arriving at the area specifically for storing Ghost Ships.

”Haven’t seen you before? What are you doing on Southern Cross Island?” At this time, a patrol team by the port approached the ship side, and the leading captain asked Alka and the others on the ship.

”We are a Treasure Hunting Team, just passing by, and we want to restock and rest here for a few days.”

”Treasure Hunting Team?” The captain glanced at Akka, and then they no longer thought much about it.

”One Golden Sail.”

Alka nodded, not hesitating.

A Golden Sail appeared in his hand, which he flicked into the hands of the captain below. After checking the Golden Sail, the captain satisfactorily nodded and waved his hand, imprinting a red mark on the ship’s bow.

”Recently, strict measures are in place, and foreign strangers can only act in the port city. Unless proven otherwise, you cannot proceed to the central main city.”

Hearing this, Alka nodded.

He then watched the patrol squad leave.

”Alright, let’s get to action.” Alka turned and said to the others.

Jason nodded first, jumping off the ship directly, and taking advantage of the night, he headed towards the port city.

He needed to gather some recent information about Southern Cross Island, as they had left the island several years ago.

Who knows how much things have changed over the years?

Of course, it’s also possible that it hasn’t changed at all.

”I’m going too.” Alka said, jumping off the ship.

Silently searching under the cover of night.

Looking around the environment, he began to compare it with the memories in his mind. They did spend some time on Southern Cross Island and were quite familiar with it.

Of course, this was limited to the port; as for beyond the port and the inner Royal Capital, they knew almost nothing about it.

Soon, Alka saw a street sign, turned, and walked into Mast Street, arriving at the former number 28.

At this time, the shop was still open, but there were not many customers inside, after all, it was already night, and Alka looked at the sign above.

Golden Trout.

It seemed Balazs, who risked staying here, had survived successfully.

Thinking for a moment, Alka turned and walked into a certain alley, heading inside.

The alley was slightly dark, with some puddles underfoot. But fortunately, there wasn’t any overly pungent smell emanating from this alley.

Passing through the alley, he arrived at a small staircase leading to the second floor and opened the outer iron gate.

As the iron gate opened, it seemed to trigger some kind of spell that lightly swept over Alka. Alka walked straight up the stairs to the second floor.

Leaving the wooden door.

As the door was pushed open, a crisp bell rang out.

Inside, there was dim yellow lighting.

A few people sat scattered around this small tavern on the second floor.

The owner, who was wiping a glass, looked at Alka and frowned slightly, then carefully examined him for a while.

”Stranger? But I should have seen you somewhere before, right?”

Alka smiled and said, ”I was fortunate to visit here a few times years ago.”

He then ordered two drinks and went to sit at a corner table. Seeing where Alka sat and that he ordered two drinks, the owner silently went behind the bar.

Alka just sat there quietly, savoring the drink in front of him. It seemed he was waiting for something.

After about more than an hour, a cloaked figure walked into the tavern, gently tossing a cloth bag to the owner.

The owner caught it directly and put the bag away.

And this cloaked person walked straight to the innermost corner where Alka was, sat opposite him, and only then did he lift his cloak.

Revealing Balazs’s face.

One could see some scars on Balazs’s face, slightly aged.

”Alka, long time no see, it’s been many years, hasn’t it?”

Alka smiled and nodded, raising his glass and clinking it with Balazs’s across from him.

”That’s right, it has indeed been many years.”

Balazs smiled, drank the alcohol from his glass, and looked at Alka, frowning seriously.

”Although it’s been a long time, isn’t it a bit early?” he looked at Alka, his eyes revealing questioning.

He remembered, if he wasn’t mistaken, Alka should have just passed the Third Stage not long ago.
