Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 936: Chapter 584: Celebration Victory!!_2

So the location with higher probability is—

She quickly said: ”Little Lielie!”

Galarian Rapidash raised its slender neck, its sky-blue and pink mane flowing smoothly without wind, clearly using Spiritual Power to scan for any hidden Blissey on its body.

Unfortunately, Liuqia guessed wrong.

As Mega Altaria spun around for defense, Baimu ordered:

”Exchange Field, Iron Head!”

Mega Mawile suddenly jumped up, swinging its menacing Giant Jaw behind it as a pink spherical object darted like an arrow toward Galarian Rapidash.

The audience gasped in surprise.

Blissey wasn’t on Galarian Rapidash!

Misdirected!

Liuqia realized things were going badly, but Blissey had already passed through the Feather Dance barrier, charging straight toward Galarian Rapidash’s mane.

A flash of blue light indicating a drop in Ability Value flickered.

But there was no time to focus on how much the opponent’s attack ability had weakened, as she noticed the metal luster of Mega Mawile’s Giant Jaw, and quickly shouted: ”Xiao Qingqing—”

”Chulu!”

Mega Altaria missed its grasp entirely, and the exaggerated force from the throw didn’t allow it enough time to reach out.

”Happy~”

Having grabbed the mane, Blissey shyly smiled at the camera facing it, and before Galarian Rapidash could shake its back wildly, it vanished from where it was.

In an instant.

It transformed into Mega Mawile, twisting like a dancer, using its Giant Jaw as two heavy hammers to slam down hard!

Bang! Bang!

The heavy thud sounded like drumbeats!

Following it was the ground cracking like a web and a starlike silver light, with no trace of Galarian Rapidash amidst it.

”Clear Dense Fog!”

Liuqia didn’t stand stunned, as Mega Altaria quickly flapped its fluffy cloud-like wings.

”Chu~~”

The crisp wind swept across the entire field, causing the silver light to retreat like a tide, revealing the fallen Galarian Rapidash.

Vivian shouted excitedly, ”Galarian Rapidash seems to have lost its fighting ability! The perfect cooperation between Blissey and Mawile! The elusive form of the shrunken Blissey that caught everyone off guard!”

While she explained, Liuqia’s score had clearly dropped to only one-third.

”Little Lielie! Get up!”

She kept cheering for Galarian Rapidash, and by the third call, there was no response, knowing she couldn’t turn the tide.

Fans waved their support sticks more slowly, watching Liuqia with worried faces.

The opportunity for victory had appeared.

Baimu remained expressionless.

Exchange Field, known as the famous rock-paper-scissors technique, is a game hazard that countless people love and hate to curse, and now its unpredictability is even more exaggerated under the bonus of Enlarge, making each use akin to walking a tightrope.

If the opponent guessed correctly or used other means to restrain, then all is lost.

Missed the guess?

Missed the guess and earned a ”Despair Experience Card.”

Facts proved that Lady Luck once again stood by Baimu, with Liuqia being misled by past experiences watching his matches, thinking Blissey had quietly snuck into Galarian Rapidash’s mane—a usual trick of his.

Unexpectedly, timely self-inspection gave the opponent a chance, allowing Mega Mawile to throw Blissey over with the speed that Mega Altaria couldn’t catch up with.

Ultimately, completing a decisive attack.

Not much time was left.

Baimu glanced at the big screen; the match against Liuqia was more time-consuming than expected, with three or four rounds having taken over three minutes.

So in this last minute or so, does Liuqia, with only one Pokémon left, still have a chance for a comeback?

He couldn’t be sure.

So it was time to take down Mega Altaria as well!

”Gravity! Foggy Field!”

”Dragon Dance~! Fly to higher ground!”

As Baimu commanded, Liuqia swiftly pointed to the sky, adjusting her status quickly.

Gravity, as a boundary-field type technique, though it can’t be defended against or cracked, can be avoided by ascending distance.

But after the distance is stretched, how would it launch an attack?

”Happy~”

Blissey returned to its original form, pointing skyward with its little finger.

”Chiduo!”

Mega Mawile lightly tapped its toes on the ground.

Bop~

The pink-purple light wave overlapped with the pale pink smoke, enveloping the stage’s two Pokémon, presenting a dreamlike Illusion Realm before all the audience.

Pearl-like feathers sparkled with azure glows as Mega Altaria floated elegantly upwards, resembling a green Luan heading to the skies.

No doubt about it.

Liuqia utilized Baimu’s performance effect!

”Unbelievable! In such a critical situation with one of her own Pokémon down, Liuji could still calmly take countermeasures against her opponent! Unbelievable! Liuji’s resilience deserves our applause!”

Clap clap clap clap——

Resounding applause filled the air above the venue.

Both sides had points deducted, and this time it’s undoubtedly Baimu, whose performance was utilized, who lost more points, bringing his score to just a little more than a third.

”Ha, as expected of Teacher Liuu.”

Baimu chuckled, fully aware that merely taking out Galarian Rapidash was not enough to make Liuqia fall into despair.

It might even ignite her fighting spirit!

Resilience in the face of setbacks is what makes Liuqia determined to promote the Gorgeous Competition.

As for the stage effect being used, it was expected—Blissey’s signature moves are limited, and with Altaria at the core, how could she not guard against Gravity?

The combination of Gravity and Foggy Field was a combined skill he researched after consulting with Liuqia.

So.

Was Baimu deliberately giving points to Liuqia?

Of course not!

He intentionally forced Mega Altaria higher into the sky, also suppressing Liuqia’s remaining score, only to take them out in one go!

”The time has come!”

Baimu looked to the opposite side and shouted in a low voice:

”Give it your all! Playful! Instant Movement!”

”Xiao Qingqing Ultimate Shock——”

Liuqia was also ready for a desperate frontal clash but widened her eyes upon vaguely hearing the opponent’s command.

Bang!

The intense flash resembled the patterns surrounding Mega Mawile, with a terrifying air current spurting shallow pink streams from its back, exploding with colorful stars.

The boiling energy seemed like the aura burst of a Saiyan’s transformation, twisting the air!

But what truly caught Liuqia’s focus was the Blissey leaping up to embrace Mega Mawile, with a bizarre energy twisting the two Pokémon.

She desperately shouted, ”Xiao Qingqing! They’re above you!”

The Mega Altaria, ready to meet the opponent from below, instantly looked up. Liuqia’s shout was just a habit; the two had already reached a telepathic level needing little verbal communication.

Yet even so.

It was too late for Mega Altaria to change course, as a pink light expanded infinitely in its sight.

High above the stage.

A pink star descended thunderously as if from outer space, striking the Mega Altaria, also shrouded in the pink air stream, from the high sky to the ground.

The next moment.

The shining cross star bloomed its brilliance!

A terrifying boom swept through the entire venue!

Rumble——!!

The earth shook violently, as if a true meteor fell from the sky aiming to collapse the entire Battle Tower!

The pink airwaves surged in all directions, causing many in the audience to involuntarily close their eyes, then urgently look toward the stage.

Baimu stood still, wind ruffling his hair chaotically.

After all, he leaned more towards being a trainer, still using basic moves like rock-paper-scissors that only trainers favor at the last moment.

What made Liuqia hesitate at the last moment was her inability to determine which location Blissey would take Mega Mawile to in relation to Mega Altaria.

After all, she had lost her Galarian Rapidash due to a wrong guess about Blissey’s position.

An instant’s hesitation led to insufficient reaction.

By the time she realized the opponent chose to attack from a higher position, it was too late.

She lost the gamble once more.

And Baimu won again, from [Exchange Field] to [Instant Movement].

Honestly.

Blissey only learned this move a few days ago, and he was also surprised upon discovering it, as the move shouldn’t be in Blissey’s technique pool according to his memory.

Later, he found from research that there were records of many Chansey learning Instant Movement in the Kanto Region.

As for Blissey... it probably learned it from Porygon II.

The animation world is an ”abnormal” existence by GF’s arbitrary construction, post-revision inclusion of various different rules, so he didn’t dwell too much on such matters.

”It’s over.”

When the breeze dispersed the dust.

The center of the stage revealed Mega Mawile standing with one foot on Altaria, while a dazed Blissey sat nearby.

On the big screen.

The countdown stopped at the last five seconds.

Liuqia’s score below her avatar was already cleared, while he had more than a third left.

The dust settled.
